Experiencia negativa: This may be the worst run business that I have ever dealt with. I give it zero stars. Do Not Use This Driving School!!! Horrible communication. Wouldn’t answer phone or ever return my messages. We wasted 3 full months trying to schedule in car training and never did get it scheduled. Had to get our money back and go elsewhere. Stay far far away from using this place for your teen driving!!

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars for Randy, my daughter’s instructor. He was kind, flexible, and helpful. He promptly responded via text and call and got her training done very quickly once he had an opening on his schedule. He prepared her well for her test and she passed on the first try. Unfortunately, the owner of the company is not good about communicating. I understand he is having some health issues, which is unfortunate, but some response to customers who are reaching out would be appropriate. In the end, it all worked out for us, because Randy was very responsive once we got in touch with him.

Experiencia negativa: I called today to ask about Teen driving prices, and see if the address was still on Montgomery Road. He responded and said they are not on Montgomery Road but Reed Hartman, I asked how far away from Norwood and he responded he was the only driving school and they don't help people from Norwood because they have to many problems then started talking about chickens. Would not recommend this driving school and never got any prices. Need a new staff and training!! Very disappointed

Experiencia negativa: Very rude and asked what school my son went and didn't accept him because he went to a different school. Horrible staff and school overall.

Experiencia negativa: I called Drive Rite twice over last two weeks. Mainly to sign up my kid for in car training. I called a second time to get clarification on their online form and what needs to be signed up. The management/ customer service rep had such an attitude and a demeaning tone of conversation. I am really glad I had this conversation because I am not wasting my time or money with this company any more. Truly deserves 0 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: The instructor that my son had was great! He was very comfortable with him. I would practice maneuverability with my son and he would tell me how he was taught to line up the mirrors and what not. He would do it perfectly! My son took the test and received a100%. Frankly, kind of jealous. I attribute the instructor for sharing his insights. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: The worst customer service and really rude employees. They took our money with no estimated date. When asked about the tentative date, the management was really rude and obnoxious. I’m glad I was able to get my refund- would not recommend this school to anyone- I’m glad my child did not do her in-cars with such rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional staff.would give it 0 stars if I could!

Experiencia fantástica: My son loved driving with his instructor. Randy was great with scheduling around my son's busy schedule. He was always went out his way to work with us.

Experiencia negativa: This guy is obnoxious and loud. He gets agitated with simple questions and insults customers. Can’t believe he even has 3 stars. Folks don’t give this guy the time and day , avoid this Karen at all costs.

Experiencia fantástica: we had a great experience using drive rite. Walt was prompt in getting back to us and explaining what info we needed to provide and submit. Randy that did the in car was patient and offered helpful on the road instruction. I definitely recommend them

Experiencia fantástica: The owner is extremely nice, you just have to be patient. He is elderly and sometimes needs reminders but he is extremely cooperative. The rates are great value compared to others. The instructor also had great tips for maneuverability.

Experiencia negativa: The person who answers the phone is very rude... poor communication on when the instructor will start with the student...I would go somewhere else..

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Drive-Rite school was very positive. I appreciated Walt’s initial honesty that scheduling was very backed up due to COVID; however, he was able to work with our schedule and fit our driving lessons in earlier than anticipated- weeks before other schools even had openings. The driving instructor, Randy, was very professional and provided excellent training and tips for my son. Overall, I would highly recommend this school.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a wonderful experience with Drive-Rite school during the summer of 2020. My daughter had Randy C. as her driving instruction and he was great! He helped my daughter improve her driving skills, including manuverability, as well as provided pointers about what was on the modified driving test. Overall, Drive-Rite was professional, affordable and accomodating. Also very responsive (usually within an hour or so) to any messages we left. Would highly recommend Randy and the school to others!

Experiencia fantástica: Easy to schedule the times we needed for the driving portion (did the online classes through a different site). My son liked the instructor and found him helpful. The instructor worked with him a lot on maneuverability, which was my son's biggest concern. He passed his driving test on the first try, so he was happy and obviously prepared!

Experiencia positiva: Randy Clark was an awesome instructor for in cars. My daughter was so nervous and he made her feel very comfortable. He was very helpful and by the end of the 8 hours my daughter felt very ready to take her test. He was also very easy to get ahold of for any questions that I had. Would recommend him to anyone. :) Tina
