Experiencia negativa: I took my driving test here and had a very disappointing experience. The examiner I was assigned to was rude, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the test. He yelled at me, asked “what are you doing?” in a harsh tone, and gave unclear directions that made me more nervous than I already was. It felt less like a test and more like being scolded for trying to learn and see what it was I needed to work on. It didn’t help that he didn’t even say hello, or was even polite. Just straight up attitude and scolding me. I understand the test is meant to be challenging and taken seriously, but respect and clear communication should be part of the process. I left feeling discouraged instead of motivated to improve. I hope this location provides better training for its examiners on professionalism and communication. No one should walk away feeling humiliated after trying their best. I recommend taking your test in Wethersfield who were much more patient and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I thought I wrote a review for this place, but I guess I didn’t. I took weekly driving lessons with this school back in late 2021 to early 2022. This is a great driving school. My instructor was Bruno and he helped me strengthen my driving skills. He was always patient with me whenever I made mistakes. I’m very grateful that I had him as an instructor. I also had one lesson with the owner, Sal. Bruno and Sal are both great instructors, they really know what they’re doing. I took my license test with this school and passed on my first try. I highly recommend this driving school!!

Experiencia fantástica: Santos Driving School of Rocky Hill was very helpful in assisting me with my license test. I had took driving lessons prior to my test date at the Hartford Santos location and took my license test here at the Rocky Hill location. Prior to my test I had to wait in a classroom for others to test before me, and Dave (a Santos Rockyhill instructor) was kind enough to answer any last minute questions before students went on the road. In getting my last minute questions answered, I took my license test and passed! Thank you to Santos Driving School of Rocky Hill and to Dave for being personable with students! The test and services were easy to afford and take! This location is highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible attitude when I called. I was trying to asked questions and he was annoyed about them. In a condescending tone he asked me from what town I was. Also, he asked when my son got his permit and when I told him he got mad that I was just calling now. I am sorry but what does he cared? Was I supposed to tell him that I was laid off and until last month I got another job so yes, now I can pay for my son’s classes? The fact that I was trying to talk and he keep cutting me off was very rude. Finally, when I was able to at least ask him when were the early classes so I can tell my son. He said “what about you and your son find out” and then hung up on me.

Experiencia fantástica: Santo Driving School is amazing. The instructors know what they're doing and the owner, Sal is such an amazing person. I was very nervous about driving and he helped me calm down every nerve I had. He even showed me a few of his tricks on how to park which I needed very much . Parked in one shot for my test. I 100% recommend Santo Driving School!!! Sal I hope you read this.

Experiencia fantástica: Was blessed to have made the call to this school- learned how to drive quickly, efficiently. I have used other schools in this area- but the school's goal is to get the job done, not take your money. Chose Santos!

Experiencia fantástica: Dave is the funniest person i know. No lecture has fun with the class. Franks is not good he just lectures. Sal is also very friendly he is there on the day of the road test. 10/10 highly recommended.
