Experiencia negativa: Right before I had my drivers test, I called to complain about one of the instructors incompetence and unsafe practices but the phone operator instead told me I had low chances of passing and I should take more lessons (I passed the next day btw). Only didn’t give a one star because Dylan and Dave are what saved the quality of the service.

Experiencia negativa: I called to get some information for my friends son. The woman was not very friendly at all and I felt like I was bothering her . if this is how they deal with a new client how are they going to deal with kids!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about this school has been awesome and worth every penny. Our daughter is one of those over-scheduled kids and we were sure she'd never get her license. MHD Auto School made it so easy and manageable. The staff is professional and understanding. On the day of my daughter's exam, the RMV examiner was a no-show - something that NEVER happens. The MHD Auto staff was so calm, professional, and kind as it all got sorted out. They even kept teaching the students as they waited for a replacement examiner, reminding them of common pitfalls and best practices. They stayed in communication with the scheduled students and helped get the schedule back on track when an examiner came. I haven't seen that level of customer service anywhere in a while. Things happen - but it's how a team handles a situation that matters. My daughter enjoyed all of the instructors, and really got confident at driving. I feel safe with her at the wheel. I loved how they empowered my teen to do all the scheduling and how they made it work. Thank you to Michele, Jacie, Dylan, and the amazing manager who helped on exam day :)

Experiencia fantástica: Ive been driving with them for the past many months and they are all extremely kind and helpful! They are great at making first time drivers feel comfortable and will not stress you out behind the wheel like a paranoid father will.

The classes are fun and informational! All of the instructors are great and really work with the kids to make sure they are where they need to be for their license test. Really awesome group of people to have working in our community with the kids!

Experiencia negativa: I called to get information for my son so he can start drivers ed the lady had a very sour attitude was very snappy when I asked questions, not professional at all I’m not spending $840 on a place that’s not professional

Experiencia fantástica: The MHD Auto School provided me with well-run informative classes and helpful hands-on driving hours. The classes are taught by knowledgeable teachers through interesting videos, special guest speakers, and enlightening lessons. The driving hours provide real-life experience on the road and prepared me successfully for my driving test. Without MHD Auto School, I never would have passed my permit/driving test, and I would not be the great driver I am today.
