Experiencia negativa: Literally, the worst of the worst ! Go ANYWHERE else, but here or their Brandon location (same owners) . The instructors, especially “Carol” are not qualified, and spew outright lies and misinformation. But, don’t dare challenge the validity of BOGUS statements! You’ll be labeled as a disruptive nuisance.. EVERYONE is referred for “Treatment” Of course, you aren’t ALLOWED to get one from your personal health insurance . No, no… pick from “THEIR” handpicked and approved ones, out of “The Book” .Kickback? After being yelled at by Carol in her office for not attending HER class, stating I was taking too many breaks. Literally, ONE ! All the while stating I was being disruptive. So, I’m NOT attending HER class, yet… I’m being disruptive by questioning her falsehoods !! I can’t make this crap up ! I am a legally handicapped man, with a Doctors note stating, I NEED to take stretch breaks, she says, doesn’t matter. She ultimately kicked me out after I asked for a complaint form ! This WILL NOT stand. To be continued …

Experiencia fantástica: This review is solely for Mr. Ivey. I just finished his DUI 1 class and he has renewed my faith in people. He is an excellent teacher. He has experience dealing with a family member who was an alcoholic and his compassion for helping people to quit drinking is inspirational. The class is educational, fast paced, everyone is participating, and I dare say fun. Many times I was belly laughing. I made a horrible mistake and everyone I have met during the process have been vulture type people who are simply gross human beings, not Mr. Ivey. He is a genuine soul, that really wants to change the world and I believe he will, one class at a time. Thank you sir, I truly appreciate your expertise.

Experiencia positiva: Ok the evaluation part is awful...I cried...he made me feel like I was the worst person on earth. He is the worst. It's not fun and just go in knowing your probably going to get treatment. And it's expensive but is ok and I don't mind it. You meet cool people. The DUI 1 class with MR.IVEY was off the chain!! It was fun and very entertaining. He made it a breeze. I enjoyed his class. I learned a ton. He really made me think about what I doing to myself and where I'm at in my life. Thank you Mr. Ivey for everything!!

Experiencia negativa: These people are con artists plain and simple. They are here to take your money and don’t care about you. They made it impossible to schedule after I paid and then claimed they tried to call me and my voicemail wasn’t set up which is just not true. If you have to go through them be diligent and show up to the office when they openif you need answers, they don’t return calls or emails.

Experiencia negativa: Would give -50 stars if I could Don't let the name change fool you this is still dui counterattack (a govt mandated program, they're just trying to reset their ratings) The clerk admitted herself that the process is designed to be as painful as possible You will be required to participate in their counseling program (read more time, headache and money) I recommend Hanlon counseling services I'm here to get another copy of my completion (for license puropses), I've paid (AGAIN), I've been here 20 min, I had to ask what was going on, the lady told me she's emailed tallahasee, couldn't explain what that had to do with handing me my copy of my completion paperwork. I completed class way back in March of this year. Unfortunately you're here so... the evaluators (mine was openly hostile, tall, thin old graying man) need to hear that you never drink to excess, you've never blacked out, you don't drink for any emotional reason and you got unlucky after light social drinking. If you have to take the class again for whatever reason (ex. late from break and doors are locked on you) you have 90 or 30 days to resign up or you'll pay the full 500$ again. Your best bet is to call Monday on 2 or 3 phones right at 9 to get in asap. Best of luck. They BLOW

Experiencia negativa: I have been calling this place for 5 months just to get a 77096 form. Till this day. I have not talked to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: To all of those looking at reviews for advice. You are only required to attend this class and evaluation. You are not required to talk to anyone. Shut up and do not volunteer information. They will use it against you in order to say "Treatment Recommend not required". But if you get put on probation, guess what the probation office requires? If you were recommended for Treatment THEN the probation office will REQUIRE you to go to treatment. Which makes ZERO sense. This is all apart of the money grab a DUI offense is. STRONG Word of advice when you go to the this place SHUT UP and just advise "I have the right to remain silent, as anything I say or do can and will be used against me". The evaluators are not your friends, they are not there to help you. They are there to create a case against you in order to get as much money out of you as possible...THATS IT.

Experiencia negativa: For this to be a state required school they're very much unprofessional. I did everything that was Court ordered and completed everything. After successfully completing the DUI class it took a month for my evaluation and they only asked questions about my past. After their review from only asking past questions not anything present they said I have to do more treatment. Which is wrong. I have a state job and get drugged tested and tested for alcohol. More treatment is not needed. And when I asked for why that was ruled on my evaluation, she couldn't say anything, but kept repeating stuff from my past. Meaning college days in 2013 and it was 2022 when evaluation was done.

Experiencia negativa: It’s impossible to get ahold of anybody, been completed with my class for 4 months and they haven’t sent me completion to the dmv yet

Experiencia negativa: I was on hold for over an hour trying to get ahold of them!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Complete program, they refuse to answer emails or the phone. Has taken an extra month trying to contact to get my license returned. I feel if they are required to be used by the state they should be required to respond. They take money and ignore you. Anyone else have this issue, maybe the state needs to renew their license.

Experiencia negativa: I did my classes here and after completing they tried to give me more time taking classes. Even though I only had to do the class to get my license back. My dui had been 10 years prior.

Experiencia negativa: I was calling for a friend who enrolled in this class but has since entered into a in patient rehab. I call on their behave and I was on hold for 35 minutes. They said they couldn't speak with me (HIPAA) and then violated HIPAA. When I called her out on this, she hung up. BEWARE

Experiencia negativa: Terrible, continuing to have to wait after already waiting 2 hours for them just to pick up the phone. Hellllllooooo?!?!?!?
