Experiencia negativa: Scheduling was difficult and took much longer than expected. We purchased five sessions in total. During the first four sessions, my child felt that Jacqueline’s instructions could have been clearer and more structured. The fifth session, which was supposed to be a mock driving test, was conducted by Kim and was a particularly negative experience. Kim’s communication style was unprofessional and discouraging—she frequently popped and chewed gum during the lesson and delivered feedback in a harsh, condescending tone that made my child feel embarrassed and less confident. At times, she provided instructions that contradicted the other instructor. Bottom line—my daughter came home in tears and feeling less prepared for her test than she had before the lesson. We do not recommend these instructors.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had two kids go through the easy way to drive School in the last 2 years. They were one year apart. My third kid is getting ready to go through. Every experience I have had with this driving school has been five star. They've returned calls they've answered emails and they've been extremely good on doing appointments. Highly satisfied with them. All interactions with the driving instructor were great according to my kids. And they send the certificates on time within the time frame that they indicate

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled a driving lesson before my driving test. EZ cancelled last minute, on me, so I had no time to get a lesson before I had to take the test. They were no help finding me an alternative.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service! Takes months to schedule, and there's a lot of rescheduling and canceling with no replacement dates. They are way overbooked, so scheduling a time is next to impossible and feasible for them, not the customer.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience with the driving lessons the driving teacher Andrew was very nice and friendly.I paid for 5 lessons and at the end he took me to take the drivers test for the license and I ended up passing. 10/10 would recommend these classes to anyone who is trying to learn how to drive!

Experiencia positiva: My first instructor, Andrew, was great and patient and I learned a lot from him. My second instructor, Jacklyn, was the exact opposite. She explained everything hastily and would get irritated when I asked her to repeat something or when I nodded to show my understanding instead of speaking. She made me super anxious and on edge and in addition to that, the things she ‘taught’ me weren’t even on my actual driving test. Thanks for nothing, Jacklyn!

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend using this school for your self, they are very unprofessional. We do not send reminder emails or text and they will charge you a hefty fee iif you get the days mixed up, with a high cost of the schools as it is in an honest mistake, the owner was very rude and insisted on charging us this fee when the instructor said that they would be able to. Save your money.

Experiencia negativa: Sent an email to ask for clarification about some information on their website and I never heard back. I just think it’s a little ridiculous to call yourself “highest in quality” and not respond to simple emails from potential clients.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful driving experience I learned a lot, John Gomez taught me a lot and is very proficient at courtesies and teaching drivers how to be better on the road making it safer for other people. I very much recommend this driving school especially since they come out to Truckee/tahoe and teach kids how to drive, it was very well worth my money. And this is something of a life skill that should not be cheapened out on. And they are very proficient on rescheduling for other people if need be.

Experiencia fantástica: They really helped me to pass my driving test in 2020. As soon as I got BTW practice with Douglas in Truckee it’s really worked out and I got my first driver license. Thank you, Douglas!

Experiencia negativa: Not recommended. E-Z Way's instructor was 90 minutes late for our son's first appointment. Bad first impression. For the second appointment, they didn't show up at all. When our son called to find out what happened, they told him his appointment was scheduled for the following day at 10am - contrary to what he was told on the phone when he made the 2nd appointment. Much later that same day, they then switched his appointment time to 8am instead. This is not acceptable. My son has wasted a total of 5 hours of his time with no communication from the school regarding their own internal scheduling issues. We are going to request a refund for the remaining sessions. Businesses who can't communicate, can't schedule properly, and don't respect the time (money) of their customers simply do not deserve to remain in business. Fortunately, there are other schools in the area for us to choose from. Buyer beware!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is thee best driving school in town. Their instructor Kim is a gem. Extremely knowledgeable and on point. She will make sure you are aware of everything you need to know to be a safe and effective driver. Very clear instructions and tons of little tips and tricks to get their students ready for the road! Absolutely the best in town!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service, I scheduled three lessons at the end of summer, and I've received one of the three lessons so far, only after several unanswered emails and call. My lesson was at the beginning of November, and I was told I would be contacted shortly, and I am still waiting on a response. I am deeply unsatisfied, and would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: The best learning experience I have ever had. My instructor Dave Kelly was very funny and extremely flexible with my schedule. He showed me the ropes of the road in a quick, easy, and fun way. After each lesson I always looked forward to the next. I highly recommend EZ way driving school.
