Experiencia fantástica: From beginning to end my son had a great experience! He learned a lot in the classroom and the teacher made some of the lessons fun and engaging. Driving portion was done in a timely manner with good driving instructions!

Experiencia negativa: Class experience was good but then after signing up and completing class we were informed that they were too busy to complete the on tye road driving for 3 to 4 months. We know many kids that signed up through the school for free and completed faster. They were also hard to get ahold of via phone and email.

Experiencia negativa: I did manage to get someone on the phone before I signed my son up and he ccompleted the classroom portion of the class in November 2023. I completed a form with my contact information and he was supposed to drive in February 2024. Communication has been zero ever since. No call and no return phone call after I left at least two voice messages. I even contacted another driving school who was willing to do the driving part with my son. However, that didn't happen because I couldn't get a call back from Smart to get the appropriate forms to the other driving school. I feel that I have been ripped off. I spent $150 for a class that my son will have to repeat, potentially costing another $100 to $150 to be bored, just to get to drive. The right thing for Smart to do was to give me the courtesy of a response. Update on 6/21/24 - My rating is still a 2 because 1) I don't have a husband and 2) I paid for the class so any discussion about driving with another school should have occurred with me and not my son. They may have talked with my son and his dad in recent weeks but I know that there was no response to me or his dad as of 5/1/24. Almost 6 months after my son took the class.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so thankful I enrolled my teens in Smart Driving School. Chris and Johnny went above and beyond to ensure my son and daughter could practice driving together at a convenient time of day. The knowledge and skills they've gained from Smart, in the classroom and on the road, has set them up for a lifetime of safe driving. Much appreciation, Chris and Johnny!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience with this driving school. My daughter was able to do her class & driving time so she can get her permit at 15. The owner, Chris, was a fantastic teacher and always quick to respond to emails. Her driving instructor, Johnny, was patient, kind, always smiling and an awesome teacher. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Mr. Cash was late almost every session for 20+ minutes. Very unprofessional!

Experiencia fantástica: Smart driving school is one of if not the best way to get a drivers Ed course, it is very helpful fun and you feel like you actually learn during the course, I was able to get my certificate in 5 months and that’s very quick compared to the waiting time at schools in the area, I highly recommend 10/10

Experiencia positiva: I have been trying to get ahold of them to take the driving portion after completing the book portion March. They company has not responded to email or voice-mails. Called again today and the voice-mail was full. Needless to to say I am frustrated and unhappy with the level of customer service. Update to my review. Although, it was hard to get a hold of them at first they did eventually reachout and my son got his hours. He enjoyed his time with his instructor.

Experiencia negativa: This driving school has excellent reviews, but their customer service is lacking. I have called multiple times, sent an email, left multiple Facebook messages trying to get some information and answers to a couple of questions regarding their August driving class. Their office definitely needs some help with answering the inquiries for info. Looking elsewhere

Experiencia fantástica: Chris Gale and Smart Driving School are a fantastic pathway to becoming a new driver! Chris instructed our son and he was well prepared as a new driver both for the tests and for starting off on his journey as a safe driver with good foundational experience. The driving sessions were easy to schedule with a range of hours throughout the day. If had a reason to, I’d definitely use Smart driving school again.

GCS ended up being impossible for us to work with, so we switched over to Smart Driving School for the remaining driving instruction.
