Experiencia negativa: If I can rate them 0 I would. I called this taxi service and told him where I was going then her asked me if I’m going to Brooklyn or Manhattan and I told him Manhattan and when his driver got here he assumes I was going to Brooklyn because that’s what his boss told him even though I said Manhattan. He was unprofessional from the time I called him and when the driver called him to ask him what would the new price be he said to throw is out the car that the driver should not take us. When I called the manager back her said that I told him Brooklyn but he was so unprofessional yelling at us and this was unacceptable. Please Find another car service this treatment isn’t worth it.

Experiencia negativa: I will never use this company again I missed my daughters graduation because of their unprofessional services. Not only were they late they took me to the wrong place the driver gave me attitude when i told him that I was not going to pay extra for his mistake of taking me to the wrong place. So unprofessional, disrespectful, and most of all irresponsible for their action. If you want to get to your destination on time and to the right place call someone else.

Experiencia negativa: I called for service at 8:09AM. The dispatch said 8 mins, which mean the driver should be here @ 8:17AM. I called at 8:19AM, 2 mins later & the dispatch said give him 2 more mins. More than 2 minutes past & I had to call a different taxi service. The new dispatch said 5 mins & came in 5 mins. I have yet to see the 1st car yet. The 1st dispatch called me saying the driver didn't see me, I told him I left & he just hung up on me. No apologies for tardiness or anything! So unprofessional on so many levels. Time is money & It's too much competition out here to be LATE & disrespectful x2. Get it together. Never will I call again.

Experiencia negativa: I'll start like the rest of the reviews here: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Why? 1) It's impossible to schedule a car with them when you use a Groupon coupon. 2) When I finally scheduled a trip to Newark airport, I had to take an earlier then I wanted option (3pm instead of 4pm) because they didn't have any cars to service this coupon at 4pm. 3) They DID NOT COME on the date and time I scheduled the pick up!!! When I called them, they told me that they don't have any reservation under my name!!! And that is on the day of my international flight. 4) The customer service is horrible and they don't offer any solution! I have to say that I purchased this Groupon coupon after reading the reviews on Yelp (all of which are terrible), cause I did not believe that a company can perform THAT BAD. Well, Encore Car & Limo Service cannot perform at all.
