Experiencia negativa: Laura is very rude and unprofessional she told me, her client, to find another driver when asking to repeat her question and basically told me no after I had informed her I wasn’t a minor. When asked for another instructor she said she was the ONLY instructor for universal driving but refuses to be questioned about anything

Experiencia negativa: I called For information when women answer the phone I asked if she could give me some information she was super rude and told me that she had already spoken with me never have I ever called this place before..... and just hang up on me I think that’s very unprofessional.
