Falls Driving School

Experiencia negativa: This is coming from a student of Falls Driving School. They’re very off track with the payments, the workers don’t really care about the students they just want the money. They pick favorites when it comes to cancellation list callings. I’ve told the driving school i’m available every single day and still I only had one on road every 2-3 weeks or so. While there’s other students who have an on road every week. I called to complain about the situation because my permit would’ve been expired but they never did anything about it. The driving instructors don’t really care for their job either they’d rarely ask for my permit when i came in the car.

Experiencia fantástica: It took me far too long to write this review and I feel bad about that! I started lessons in December of last year and passed my road exam just a few weeks ago. My lessons were scattered because I wanted to stick with the same instructors and I’m so glad I did. I have had anxiety about driving for over 10 years, due to a bad experience behind the wheel (not an accident). I didn’t think I would ever drive again but the time had come where it was a necessity and I couldn’t avoid it anymore, especially living here. My instructors, Joe B & Jack, were so incredibly kind, patient, understanding and supportive. They gave me confidence I didn’t know I had or could ever have. Even when I stumbled because of another instructor, a different Joe, who set me back many paces mentally and hurt my confidence; they got me back up to where I needed to be. They could see my progress and how hard I was trying and I am SO incredibly grateful for their support. I seriously could not have done this without Joe B & Jack. I don’t know if they’ll ever see this, but THANK YOU. I cannot recommend Falls and those particular instructors enough. I also have to mention the office staff was incredibly kind as well, especially when I asked to not be assigned lessons with the other Joe again. That type of care and consideration did not go unnoticed or without appreciation. Thank you, Falls, for helping me overcome my driving anxiety, helping me to a newfound freedom and for giving me the confidence that I could finally be a licensed driver at nearly 40 years old.

Experiencia negativa: My driving instructor used to always say "stupid has a license too", and it looks like this is where Stupid learned to drive. Encountered a student who proceeded to cut me off and then drive 5 mph under the speed limit.

Experiencia positiva: Went to the required parents meeting. Was worth it because gave good pointers and reminders for how to teach your child how to drive properly.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so impressed with how knowledgeable, efficient, and kind the staff and instructors are at Fall’s Driving School. Both of my teenagers have successfully completed driver’s education and got their licenses with this program. I highly recommend them and will be forever grateful for their service.

Experiencia fantástica: Two generations of my family have learned how to drive with Falls Driving School. My third teen successfully passed their driving test today! In my opinion, having Falls professionals get into cars with my teens was worth every penny. They are also supportive experts on navigating this process.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the instructors were incredibly friendly and helpful, not once did they raise their voice or even show any signs of agitation/nervousness. The classroom portion was very helpful and taught us the rules of the road very well. They helped me pass my License test no problem, would highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: They don’t actually teach you how to operate a vehicle, they just tell you what you’re doing wrong. They will only ever tell you the rules of driving, they won’t teach you how to park or back up. They will day things like “use your mirrors” but they will not explain further on how someone is suppose to use them. More or less renforcing what someone learns when they’re taking their permit test verses actually teaching them how to drive. Also, the instructor is very passive aggressive and unfriendly. I was very uncomfortable the entire time and learned nothing new.

Experiencia fantástica: I really love this driving school. The instructors have patience and understanding and the ladies that work in the office are professionals and very friendly. If it wasn't for falls driving school I would of never gotten my drivers license. Only had nine lessons and tada I passed my road test.
