Experiencia negativa: Tonya the instructor is very unprofessional, a liar and, disorganized. Classes ended early. 5 months later to take driving portion that has been scheduled for over 2 months and, she screwed up the schedule and drop off location. Deleted messages she sent to me about all of this. No longer felt comfortable with her being near our student driver after this. Going somewhere else for the driving portion - very shady.

Experiencia fantástica: We went to the school where they administer the driving test for license and another exam station lied to me and messed up my sons appointment they sat down with us and scheduled us for the next day(today)...we had questions cause when we asked in Mount Vernon they would only give part answers to our questions but they were wonderful on answering to the full extent we also found out things that were said to my son as to what he could and couldn't do during the manueverability testing portion were wrong and lies from the Mount Vernon examnier my son passed his test no problems in coshocton and they were wonderful and even gave a school excuse slip since we had to leave school for his testing

Experiencia negativa: It is very difficult to get a phone call returned and get anything scheduled. My son completed the in class drivers ed at the millersburg location. They were great; easy to get ahold of, polite and respectful. Since completing that we’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to schedule the in car portion closer to home. I can get anyone to schedule it when I get a hold of someone or to call back when someone takes a message. To respond to this, Katie at millersburg did reach out to me to get it scheduled very quickly. Like I stated, we have been told we could do it at the location closer to us but no one will schedule it or return my calls. I have an Email from Kenny stating that it would not be an issue but he has not reached out to schedule. Communication definitely has not been clear.

Experiencia negativa: Agree soundly with the reviews commenting on the unprofessional behavior of staff. Especially Katie from the Millersburg office.Our son drove with her, she is well past retirement age, and it shows. Whether or not she was an adequate instructor in years gone by, we can not tell, but any professionalism is long gone. She needs to retire.

Experiencia negativa: Works with KCCC students and seems like a really simple and logical choice. I should have seen the red flags when it came time to trying to get ahold of someone when we were looking for a driving school for my child. It took several attempts and in person visits to get any real info. But, still the location just made sense. Here is our story: Spoiler this place sucks... After a couple month waiting period (which I think is standard after you first inquire anywhere) we got the information on class dates and times. Still I'm not really upset. It seems a little busy and a little mismanaged but whatever. They ask for the tuition in full upfront before the start of the first class. Some assistance is available for those that need it, in this case we opted for the full price out of pocket. $325 When I asked if we could pay with card, "no." I asked about using a check? "Well, you can but we would prefer cash." ...weird. Also, no way am I sending my teenager with $325 + the $26 deposit to walk around with at school... again, weird. (we paid with check and $26 in cash) Next, we are scheduled for in class portions and things move as you'd expect... classroom time ends, and the next step is the "In Car" training. This is 3 days of driving and then you can go take your test. After 1 month with absolutely no contact I started calling. I called for another month and every time I got the exact same answers... "we will call you back" (lies, never got 1 call back) "we are just really busy and there is only 1 instructor" (who cares, you took my money, and a lot of others so find a way to manage your business or stop taking new students! For a month I have called 2-4 times a day demanding an answer. I am dizzy from all the spinning they do. I was told, "you need to read the contract-we have 6 months to get the student scheduled." First of that that is awful customer service but I am well beyond that. So my question was ok then give me the date?! Pick a date on the calendar and just stinking tell me when this will be done because if feels like it never will be if its never scheduled!!! The next response was priceless... "We don't schedule out that far in advance." I appreciated this one because it actually made me laugh at how stupid it was. The last call at the 4 week mark of phone calls and 2 months into the process. I was told today that "Keith" would be giving me a call (Keith was going to call me several times over the last month and has not). Keith would like to set up a face to face meeting with me... I couldn't care less - I dont want to meet anyone else, I dont want to talk to anyone else...I just want a date on the calendar...You took my money - give me the service you owe me. Recommendation: Just go to Columbus and get this done for your kid. It's not fair to them to have to deal with stupidity and mismanagement.

Experiencia negativa: They seriously need to adjust their hours and allow people to know that they aren’t open for what they say they are. I got here at 1 o’clock on Monday and there’s no one here and it’s completely closed up even though it says they are open until five.

Experiencia negativa: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would have gave 0 stars if possible UNORGANIZED.UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We called multiple times and got a completely different answer every time for 2 months. The only thing I wanted was an update on when to expect to schedule the driving portion of the program. Supervisor replied " you didn't have to come here " when we expressed our disappointment with the experience.

Experiencia negativa: This place is absolutely unprofessional. They let class out early all the time after telling the kids they had to have a certain number of hours, by law. They talked about alcohol being the drug of choice "just don't get caught." They shorted us on in car hours. The driving instructor got out of the car (illegal) and let my child practice maneuverability while she vaped. The other instructor had her dog in the car during his in car hours. One instructor told my child she was legally not allowed to administer his test since she did his in car hours. But when we went to take the test at the exam station - she was the one who administered his test. A friend told us her child failed the maneuverability 3 times and they passed her because she got it right on the 4th try. (All during one exam.) I'd go elsewhere if I were you, and it's an option.

Experiencia negativa: Take your student somewhere else to test if they completed their 4 hour driving requirement required for the adult remedial driving instruction with a licensed instructor. We arrived early with the certificate of completion from a different driving school in hand and they refused to administer the test without a 24 hour affidavit . Which we did not have due to him driving with an instructor. We are filling a complaint with the state.

Experiencia fantástica: My son attended class at the Dresden location. Stacy was his driving instructor and she is absolutely amazing! She was very patient and helpful with my son and made him a better driver as well as providing positive feedback to him. She quickly put him at ease as he was nervous the first night of driving. Alisha coordinates all 5 locations and was excellent at returning calls and making sure everything was well coordinated from the schedules for classroom and driving training as well as scheduling my son’s driving test at the Coshocton location. I highly recommend the Coshocton Driving school for their excellent education, organization, communication, and pricing. You definitely will not be disappointed!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This driving school is wonderful! I started calling driving schools six months before my son's permit was about to expire. No other school would accommodate us or even take the time to call me back. I finally found Coshocton Driving School, who was the only school that even seemed interested in helping us and wanting my business. Alicia was my son's instructor and he learned a lot from her. She helped him improve on his driving skills and he passed his driving test with ease. I cannot say enough good things about them. I give them an A+!

Experiencia fantástica: Coshocton Driving was the absolute best, returned my call right away, very informative on scheduling and pricing, got my son scheduled in less than 2 weeks after we had a bad experience with another local company, they picked up and dropped off which was amazing, the instructor was awesome and knowledgeable, great value for the price, we could not be any happier and will definitely be going back for my next child.

Experiencia fantástica: Very accomodating and informative. Came for a remedial class and wasn't expecting to learn anything new really but definitely did. Wish this guy was around when I took it the 1st time. I won't ever go anywhere else and I highly recommend you don't waste your time anywhere else either.
