Experiencia fantástica: I had a stroke 10 months ago and ly license was under medical suspension. I took a few lessons from Christo to prepare for my competancy exam. I just passed and am on the road to getting my license back! During the process I got to meet Chris Christo the owner. He is an awesome guy! Super nice, patient, great at explaining the process. Going to Christo made me so much more confident going into the test. The instructors are great!

Experiencia fantástica: By far one of the best driving schools around. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous and encouraging. The classes were informative and the instructors were helpful and patient. Scheduling was a breeze, and every aspect and interaction with the school was top-notch. Thank you to the Christos family and their entire staff.

Experiencia negativa: I had an incident with a driving instructor from this driving school that was highly unprofessional I feel that other parents should know who Is teaching their children how to drive. Last week as i was driving down main st which is extremely busy! this instructor did not have their turn signal on letting me know that they were going to park in a parking space so I was unaware as to what they were doing. As he proceeded to reverse, he looked at me and started screaming profanities at me and flipped me off, now he was dressed up head to toe in cowboy attire not sure if he was late for a performance But still, that’s not the way you handle the situation and given the fact that you are a driving instructor and you teach children You should not act this way. I would not utilize this particular driving school To teach my children how to drive, it’s very clear that they are not professional! I did attempt to call to speak to a manager, but they don’t Pick up the phone I believe this is my only option. I did drive around to take a photo of the vehicle The gentleman was driving, which is how I know how he was dressed up. Next time use your turn signal when you are going to parallel park And think before you speak.

Experiencia negativa: If I could, I'd give them zero stars. This is the worst driving school ever! The customer service is atrocious. It took over a year just to schedule on-road appointments! My daughter had to wait months and months to finally get her on-road driving time. The scheduling department is a complete disaster. They are also very expensive. We live in Westborough and wish there was a closer school. I do not recommend this driving school at all!

Experiencia negativa: The communication between the school and students/parents needs significant improvement. I signed my daughter up 8 months ago, and although she completed her class training promptly, we were informed she couldn't start her observations or driving sessions until a parent completed an online class. Unfortunately, the school couldn't provide this class for 2 months. After finally completing it, we faced another 7-month wait for her driving classes. This delay has disrupted my daughter's plans to get her license when she becomes eligible. Until the school learns to manage demand better, I strongly advise parents to communicate frequently and plan well in advance to avoid similar frustrations.

Experiencia negativa: Christo Driving School bunch of unprofessionals you can see they only replying positive reviews because simply they don’t care! There is no other driving school in town Christo Driving School is only one in Marlborough. I had a horrible experience interacting with registration Christo Driving School registration who works there, they are rude, they don’t bother to explain details before signing up. I had an only good experience with instructor her name is Chrissy she is amazing. I booked sponsorship to pass my driving test, is there any logic to understand how is it possible to pass driving test new car, never interacted before, nobody bothered to explain car futures, who are u people?! I believe Karma and wishing u good luck

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I can’t give less than 1 star ( I WOULD LOVE TOO IF I COULD ) it is not school it is a gathering of unprofessional ”STARS” of educational system ( at least with whom we had interacted), front desk staff rude as hell and with 0 knowledge of their job descriptions and attitude like Everest mountain, you are promised sponsorship and they don’t even bother to explain basic information of each and individual car, simply what is where. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! Before they going to sign you up for driving lessons and tests your permit will expire!

Experiencia fantástica: I just wanted to say NOT to listen to the hateful comments. I was reading the comments before I had signed up for Christo’s Driving School and was scared to apply. The phone call was very professional. They were nice. Yes you have to give credit card info because they need to make sure that you WILL make a payment before the driving class. I took my first class on Tuesday and the instructor (Chris) was VERY nice, very helpful and very understanding. The communication between my instructor and I was Amazing. My worries and doubts went away after my first lesson and I’m very satisfied with my decision on attending this driving class.

Experiencia negativa: I sign up my son for driving ed in February and he took all the online clases and now he needs the road lessons but now the school says that they don’t have openings until December because they don’t have enough instructors. I explain to them that my son permit expire in November, that is 4 months from now and they told me they can’t do anything. I ask for my money back and they say that I still owe $105.00 to cancel. This is not our fault that 5 instructors left there positions. That is not acceptable. I advice everyone not to sign up for Christos Driving school. They should have been honest from the beginning or let us know the time frame. Please share this to your family and friends.

Experiencia negativa: They made me pay all the online classes in the begging of February and then told me I had to wait 5 more months to take the in person driving and still wants to finish paying while I have to wait. They refused a refund even though I have my permit, and there excuse was 5 instructors left. This place is horrible.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give zero. Except for the excellent teacher but a very bad company and unprofessionalism of other employees.

Experiencia negativa: Too expensive for what it is. Not every instructor is good as the other and all follow different methods, confusing to student. Worth it if your child is under 18 and they want license ASAP. Road test instructors aren’t chosen by the school but, strict and should be well prepared for failure.

Experiencia fantástica: My son took lessons with the Northborough location. When Covid hit they allowed him to switch to online Zoom classes which were very convenient. He had his driving lessons scheduled. They called and accommodated us right away and got his lessons scheduled. Despite the shut down he will still be able to take his drivers test on time. Very happy with their communication and driving instruction.

Experiencia fantástica: I went with the framingham location and they were great!!! I took a road lesson 4 days before my road test and I passed!! Showed me great tips and was really calm and friendly. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Christopher Christo was a PERFECT GENTLEMAN and a very kind man who took me to the Milford Registry of Motor Vechicles! The men have very tough jobs so I sent him a St. Christopher Medal from a national, Catholic shrine to protect him. He was compassionate, honest and I hope, now, a dear friend. Sandra A. Experiencia negativa: Very rude, very bad customer support. I called the office number for driving classes and gave all the information, they asked for credit card information for which I told I will give once I book appointment, then the person (Sara) told someone would call next day. I waited till evening and called them back and same person picked up phone and she had hard time checking my details, after 10 minutes she was able to find my details and then she said reason no one called was because credit card information is not given which was surprising. I asked to speak to supervisor, some one by name Rachel took the phone and I tried to explain her everything, she told I have to give credit card info first, I told I have no problem giving it but I need to know if there is any appointment before giving it, she said there is no appointment till end of July and hung up on me! I am not sure why they need credit card info even before scheduling appointment, they do not know when they have appointments available and also they had tough time finding my details from their system. Also they seem to be very rude and don't care about customer service! I would recommend not to go with these people unless they have some justification for both credit card and mainly rudeness.
