Experiencia negativa: I have had all 3 of my kids there at first there were nice then lady in the front desk and daughter our horribly rude as hell real attitude problem and this past time like hmm well he has to pay 10 Dllrs for his last driving course what the hell is that lady if u want ppl to respond to u like that u need to be more considerate with ur customers and yes I do pay my extra 10 dllrs when he misses what am I suppose to do I swear these ppl

Experiencia fantástica: Did my 6 hour course and it was very helpful and really easy! The instructor was super nice and if we had questions, he’d answer them and explain very well. Also took my driving test with them and passed! The driving instructor was also helpful and if I had questions, he’d answer! After the test, he explained what mistakes I made and what I was good at! Definitely was happy with my scores and I’m glad I came here! Also my brother came here to do Drivers Ed when he was in high school!!! So I definitely recommend coming here if you need to take your courses and driving test!!!

Experiencia negativa: My son was enrolled with this school the driving instructor has horrible directions. this is just one of the issues. At one appointment the receptionist made the appointment with myself and a day a later called and said we had a missed appointment. She wanted to charge me for it until I told her she spoke to me and I had the confirmation paper to prove it. When my son took his test the instructor told him to turn at the flashing lights where the tree fell down. I could not believe he did not use a street name. Is this what DPS use? I think not. The instructor ran out of the vehicle to tell my husband. He should have spoken to his student. I would never use or recommend this place to anyone. The only thing they are concerned with is ensuring payments and fees are paid.

Experiencia negativa: I went on a weekday around 11:15 to talk about coming to their classes only to see a sign that said, "OUT TO LUNCH AND RUNNING ERRANDS WILL RETURN AT 3:30PM" how can you open at 11 and 15 minutes later be out for lunch. I also called the number but I didn't get anything back, and I ending up going to another driving school.

Experiencia negativa: The lady on the phone was very rude when I called for my driving permit so I went somewhere else very bad customer service

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, awesome instructors! My son learned everything the instructor dished out. Money well spent! Totally recommend Delcar to everybody!
