Experiencia negativa: They don’t answer there phone at all. I’ve been calling them for a week straight and even left my email. STILL NO CONTACT FROM THEM

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great location, it is clean and follows COVID protocol. I took the class and I completed all 3 of my lessons with the instructor Ms. Guadalupe. She is an excellent instructor. She is very calm, understanding, knowledgeable of the manual, great communicator and very passionate about her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone that will take driving lessons.

Their car, so smooth and comfortable, their instructors are excellent teachers and very nice too especially Mr Lev, he teaches to the point of comfort and accuracy. I passed my test at once, I highly recommend this school for anybody looking for a place to have good driving lessons.

Experiencia fantástica: Well as a parent, they did everything I thought needed to be done very well. The questions I had were promptly answered. And when we had to do a change in the class schedule, they accommodated me. My son seems to think the driving part is good and I can tell you they are doing a better job than I could have. I say this after trying to do it myself with the first kid.

Experiencia negativa: I bought these driving lessons for my wife who knows nothing of driving. The instructor failed to explain how to use the mirrors, turn signals, and how to keep correct position in the lane. At one point he gave her instructions to break the law at a stop sign. The first day, the pickup was 22 minutes late and ended the lesson 5 minutes early. The second day, pickup was 10 minutes late and ended the lesson 5 minutes late. So far, we've been short changed 32 minutes of driving time. We do not recommend purchasing driving lessons from this school. I'm willing to reconsider my opinion depending on the schools customer support. Update: We asked to cancel our current lessons to reschedule with another instructor. They required a $35 fee for the change, paid in cash, in the office. (My wife says if you notify them 24hrs in advance the fee is waved.) Paying the fee is not very easy to do for anyone with a day job. We were successful in changing instructors after jumping through these flaming hoops.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in to sign up for classes & the receptionist Melissa was so nice and helpful and even translated the course descriptions and pricing ! can't wait to start my classes !! Facility is clean and the staff seems friendly

Experiencia fantástica: paid for a 2 hour driving test and paid to use their car for the DPS road test. everything was professional and they even sends you reminders letting you know that your appointment is coming up. man I would recommend this school to anyone that does not have a car for the road test or if you want extra pointers before your test.

Mr. Larry was amazing! He took my daughter from not knowing where the gas pedal was located to being confident on the freeway. She was able to get her license on her first attempt. Also, I thought they were a great value for what we paid.

Experiencia negativa: It's suck to go here don't go they are disorganize I call before I go the next day on Saturday to take 6 hour. Class and I ask what time I have to be there and the guy told me they start at 9 ok the next I went at 9 sharp and in the office nobody was there one guy he told me to wait I wait for 45 min and one lady she show up and she say am late really for Wat I been waiting from 9 and am late or she is late bad customer service don't go it suck

Experiencia positiva: Esther is an amazing teacher! I do think it's Better for a woman to teach a woman! A lot of the male instructors I have had previously tended to focus on different things- and I was still a horrible driver and still didn't know how to change lanes or use mirrors properly after all those lessons.

Experiencia negativa: The school sent a car that stopped in the middle of the busy road. Luckily, I was not hit by the car behind. The gas pedal was not working. The school did not even apologize for the interruption of the session due to the malfunction of the car. Instead, they said that it happened in the past and there is nothing to complain about. Do not take any class with this school if you do not want to be dead.

Experiencia negativa: AWEFUL!!!! Beware! Paid for the class in full! Arrived for the first class of 3 weeks they decided to cancel the WHOLE session! At least they could have had the common decency to cancel before arriving at the class and sitting through 30 minutes of the "class" (which was NON INSTRUCTIONAL) Total waste of time! STILL hoping to get a refund! uggghhhh..... POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES
