Triangle Driving II: Opiniones
Experiencia negativa: They gave my sister a terrible car in which the shift gears didn’t work to the point the old man who was her proctor had to switch seats with her because even he couldn’t move it from his own seat. When she tried to switch seats she spent a good minuet trying to unbuckle her seatbelt bc it was stuck. The pedals are extremely light as in there’s no in between with how fast and slow one could go. This caused for wide turns leading to her to fail her test. The car given for the test was extra different compared to the cars given during practice
Experiencia negativa: So my daughter goes in today to take her driver’s test. The older man was very rude but I didn’t think anything of it. I just blamed it on old age. As she is giving him everything to take her test, he tells her that she needed a report card. We informed him on the check off list that it didn’t say anything about a report card. Long story short, I went home to print out a report card. When we gave him everything, he gave me a document and told me to give the document to my insurance company that is if my daughter passed the test. So we kinda looked at each other like what. Who does that? So she was next, another gentleman walked in with his parents. They said he barely passed but he did. Someone else tested the gentlemen but when it was time for my daughter to test, the older guy got from behind the desk and tested my daughter. Needless to say, my daughter did not passed. She came in crying. She said the guy was so confusing and so unfair. She told me she turned on signals and he said she didn’t. She told me she did everything she said and went the speed limit . I told her to go in the car while I talked to the older man. When I said hi, he asked was I the mother of the last driver, I told him yes and so he was like, well she didn’t pass. I asked why. He said because she went 25 around a curve that said 20. I went on to say to him that my daughter always follows the speed limit and he told me well ma’am today she didn’t with an attitude. Why would my daughter speed during a test and she is trying to get her license? That doesn’t make sense. But I told my daughter we can’t change people’s heart, or their stupidity. He was rude to us from the time we walked through the door so I felt like he was out to get her.
Experiencia negativa: I waited 3 weeks continuing to ask when the classes were scheduled they never pick up the phone and every time they say they have a class they never show I waited 4 hours in the hot out side.
Experiencia negativa: I have been calling for over a week everyday. I understand staff shortage but you cannot tell me there is not one person to answer the phone some point in the day.
Experiencia fantástica: Great service
Experiencia positiva: Difficult to call and talk to somebody or get confirmation of drive test appointment. If you are close by, suggest just going to the office and waiting until you can find somebody to speak with otherwise you're going to play phone tag. If you're not in a hurry, like I was, it won't be a problem. Took drive test with a retired Math teacher. He was accurate, professional and fair. I have 33 years driving experience and made plenty of mistakes, which were correctly noted. If your 16 year old daughter is failing the test (referring to the angry ranting mother who posted previously) rather than rant on here about how bad the evaluator is, perhaps spent that energy teaching and practicing to help the 16 year old to get better skills and knowledge. I'm personally quite impressed to find somebody still upholding standards and took my markdowns humbly and tried to store those reminders of how I can be a better driver. The gentleman who is doing the driving evaluations is an absolute gem for upholding standards (no doubt he did the same in his math class for 42 years) so that we all become better and safer drivers. If it were up to me, and your 16-year-old fails the driving test, I say the parent has to come in and retake the test also. That might help some of the unnecessary inaccurate criticisms which are attempting to lower the standards and instead putting that energy into where it needs to be. If the business side of taking appointments gets better, more convenient, this would be a five-star review. Suggest online appointments booking via Calendly or similar.
Experiencia negativa: Don’t even bother going here!!!!
Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend this place at all!!!!!!!! Hide your kids to!!!!!!!!!!!
We are so sorry to hear about that. We value your feedback and hope that this was just all a big misunderstanding!
Experiencia fantástica: Excellent. Helped my son get his driver's license. Thank you!!
Thank you! So glad we could get him in the road safely!
Experiencia negativa: The old man that gives the driving test is absolutely unprofessional. I would never recommend taking a course or test with them ever. I am absolutely disgusted with how he treated my daughter. She failed her first test. Now, I’m not saying the first time was incorrect but the guy was extremely rude. As soon as my daughter got in the car he made her extremely nervous. ONLY reason why I brought her there was because she took her driving course there and she really liked the instructors. I decided to reschedule the second test there again. She failed AGAIN because of a speed limit sign you can’t see. I went through the area with her after and I didn’t even see it. And the guy completely embarrassed her in front of other people there waiting saying “you would think she would’ve learned from last time”. So we asked for her papers to take her somewhere else and he got really mad and said “she’s not going to pass next time anyways”. I don’t even understand how this man is in business. I would not recommend this place at all. If I could give zero stars I would.
We are so sorry to hear about this! I hope it was just all a big misunderstanding! Have a great day!
Experiencia negativa: Was told from the DPS that I didn’t need my learners permit to take my drivers test at 20 years old. Scheduled a appointment with him and he refused to let me take the test. Even through it isn’t required for a ADULT to have their learners permit first. In the state of Texas it isn’t required for someone over 18 to have a learners permit to take a drivers test. Just disappointed the lack of knowledge he has and also disappointed in missing a day of work and school, to be told I couldn’t take the drivers test.
Experiencia fantástica: Very good instructors.
Thank you!
Experiencia fantástica: The man was so sweet
Experiencia fantástica: I dont love it but I cant hate it the teacher does his job so it's fine.
Thank you!
Experiencia negativa: Failed the first test on a THURSDAY! Was told to come back in another two weeks at 8:30. We get here and guess what, he was scheduled for Tuesday! What a joke. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS FOR A TEST WITH SOMEONE ELSE. A whole month.
Experiencia fantástica: Good person, i just did my road test yesterday!
