Experiencia fantástica: So easy to work with and they always respond in a timely manner! Having my kid take classes here came as a recommendation from another family and so glad we did!

Experiencia negativa: Both my kids purchased the bundle package of classes and behind the wheel. When it came time to sign up for behind the wheel, they were told to email the instructor, which they did. Sadly, the school has never responded or refunded them their money. It's been over a year now, and I've encouraged their friends to go elsewhere. Whatever you do, don't get their bundle package. My kids did pass the written exam.

Experiencia negativa: Where do I start?!? Trying to get a hold of them has been a nightmare! My son attended their class, they told him he was ready for the actual driving test… in which he ended up failing! So I called the driving school numerous times and left voicemail to see if we could get additional classes. Here we are 3 months later and still not a phone call back. My son took his test again today and failed it again, afterwards I’ve tried calling numerous times again and no answer. Not sure what kind of business they are running but it’s pathetic!!! And just in case you comment “I have no clue who you are”, let me be clear… you do know who I am, im very upset right now and I don’t like to leave reviews like this but please… do better!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We have used 1st Class Driving School in Savage for multiple kids and have LOVED them. They are excellent at fine tuning students driving with their encouragement during Behind the Wheel training. We also appreciated their willingness to work with our schedules. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia positiva: My son who is now 19 went to this driving school and it went really smoothly. My daughter who is now 16 almost 17 is still in the process of doing btw and such but when she took the online classes back in 2020 we did run into a problem. Not sure if classes are still only online or not but 1 of the classes my daughter was a few minutes late to because we were having problems with our wifi. Since she was late the instructor kicked her out publicly in front of all of the other students so of which she knew from school. At that time each class was only offered once a month or so. She had to wait a month to take that class. I just think that staff need to take into consideration that people could be late to an online class due to technical difficulties. This is really the only problem I have had with this company ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Easy going, solution oriented and flexible. It's refreshing to work with someone who does their best to provide what their customers need. With Covid, we delayed behind the wheel and Joe fit us in the schedule in record time. Super helpful!! Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my Drivers Ed classes and my behind the wheel classes here. Could not recommend them more, they showed me everything I needed to know and even went out of their way to help me practice parking for my test.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe went out of his way to make sure we could get behind the wheel times that would work for our daughter. Extremely helpful and very friendly.

Experiencia negativa: I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the behavior of one of your drivers. It would behoove you to train you instructors in safe practices. Approaching an occupied student driver car on foot from behind is inherently unsafe and inadvisable. Secondly, any communications that your employees have with any member of the public whether they be student and parent or other driving instructors should be conducted in a collaborative, instructive, respectful, and professional manner. Lastly, if/since you seem to have a contract with a local church to leave cones set up for your students to use and no one else, then appropriate signage should be placed informing the general public of those rules. At a minimum if it is your intent to not allow anyone else to use these spots then your instructors should be coached on appropriate and safe means of communication with the people that they choose to approach. Whomever was instructing your student today was incredibly rude and condescending and not a good representative of your company. I hope that you do better in the future.

Experiencia negativa: Signed my daughter up for the total package 2 years ago. She got through classroom fine, for her permit- but was unable to schedule timely btw lessons after she got her permit. Have never been reachable since then, by phone or email. She’s almost 19 now, so... ‍♀️ All that money for nothing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always been told depressing stories of how boring drivers ed is, but not this place. I genuinely got excited to go to class because my teacher was so great. He made class engaging and he would tell all kinds of funny (and occasionally unpleasant for the purpose for us students to become safe and smart) drivers stories while at the same time teaching us what we need to know to pass the written test & and to be safe on the road. He made the class a comfortable place to ask questions. For the behind the wheels, there was never an awkward silence between the teacher and myself. I had 3 different teachers for my 3 behind-the-wheels and each one told me valuable things. From parallel parking and 90 degree back strategies to what a real road test administrator is looking for to pass the road test. I really could not have gotten my license without this school. I 100% recommend this school to anyone who is looking to get their license quickly while also getting the most valuable knowledge needed to become a safe driver.

Experiencia negativa: I paid $370 for the classes and the behind the wheel but nobody is answering the behind the wheel number when I call

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly Recommand 1st class driving school.I have had a tear of driving for years. I couldn't learn driving for financial issue he helped me out a lot!!! Driving has been a struggle over years.Becouse of this ANGEL I AM driving anywhere. Thanks soooo much!!!
