Experiencia negativa: Worst driving school ever.The instructors Always cancel and have excuses.

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give less than 1 star review. Complete waste of money. My son got no class time with an instructor. He got 6 less than 1 hour sessions with a driving instructor. He didnt even drive the whole time he was out for these less than 1 hour sessions as they would drive to other students homes and pick them up and then they would drive. Do not use Always First.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give "0" stars I would. It's gone way down hill since I had both of my daughters use them years ago. In the end I gave up, and should have written a review last year/beginning of this year to warn others. Read below to see what was going on......... The online classroom work was fine, and didn't need any interaction, so that was ok, but the problems began with the driving part. My son only got 1 1/2 hours of actual driving time but it was so sporadic and all over the place that it might as well not happened. For ex: - First day didn't happen. Instructor showed up at my house and said that she "waited" for my son to come out, didn't call, didn't honk horn, nothing. So my son sitting my the window didn't know she was there. So after 10 minutes she drove off, she says, because he wasn't ready. - On 8/17/22- Drove from 7:15-7:45. 30 Min drive - On 8/18/22 - Did not go on drive, said there wasn't a car available for the lesson - On 8/22/22 - 6:00-6:45 pm. Was supposed to be a long day to make up for not going, but this was it. - On 8/24/22 - Did not show up. Son set by window watching and no one came. I eventually called an hour after the appointment and found that there was a "scheduling error" and wasn't on the books for someone to come out. - On 8/30/22 - Notified my son that the Instructor had Covid and said that another instructor would fill in for that week. No one called and no one returned left messages either. Had to wait two weeks until call was returned. September - (Didn't write down the date) - Took son out for 45 minute drive, texted me and said that felt he wasn't ready for highway and suggested I drive more with him to get him comfortable with driving before they gave him his next lesson. And here I thought this was supposed to be a driving school where they gave 'DRIVING LESSONS". In all I gave up because they didn't really care about giving out lessons.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had 3 kids go through this program and not one issue. My daughter recently went through it and response was excellent, instructor was perfect, and she even tested with another instructor who also was wonderful. Not one complaint.

Experiencia negativa: STAY AWAY!!!!! Driving instructor waited until the very end of the 15 month time period to do the 6hrs of driving instruction. Not going to get it done in time for my son to get his license on time. Blames students schedule for not getting it in. 15 months to do it and waited until last two weeks!!!! Idiots!!!!! Would give zero stars if allowed. Looking into lawsuit. Contact me if you want to get in on a class action suit!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible communication, little to no response, have been waiting 2+ months to get my daughter scheduled to drive with an instructor and can't even get anyone to call and schedule. Save your money and go elsewhere, they'll leave your kids terribly disappointed and unable to complete the course.

Experiencia fantástica: My son got his license at 16 and 120 days! I highly recommend this driving school. They were easy for me and my son to contact and Becky was AWSOME!! Thank you guys very much!

Experiencia negativa: Unorganized. Timing doesn't exist, and I didn't get driving time with an instructor until two weeks before I could get my license. Online courses were difficult to get into as well.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give it 0 stars I would. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE THE HEADACHE BY NOT CHOOSING THIS PLACE! The paperwork was never mailed and when I stopped at the office no one was there even though they were open. Called and had to come back. Then came time for scheduling a driving instructor. Many calls and several months later it got scheduled. My son completed the course and driving with the instructor. He asked if he needs to turn in the course completion certificate and was told no. He also asked multiple times if there was any other forms and/or anything he needs. He was again told no. We go to the BMV for his driving tests and he’s missing a completion form stating he completed the course work and driving lessons. Needless to say he was so disappointed!!! Stopped at the office and again no one was there during operating hours. Had to come back for the form.

Experiencia negativa: I would give this place a zero if I could. I’ve been trying to get onto the driving schedule for 3 months. Every time I call, I’m told that it’ll be 14-16 days. I was very patient, and I waited a very long time and gave you guys the benefit of the doubt. We’re not rich, and this costed a lot of money considering we never even got to go driving. Sometimes the lady who answers the phone would tell me she’d call me back later that day, but I NEVER got a call back, or a confirmation I was on the schedule. What makes it even worse is that she would sound ANNOYED that I was calling her, as if it hadn’t been literally 3 months since I was trying to get on the schedule. Overall, I would recommend this place to no one. I’m incredibly disappointed, and this place is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and possibly a scam.

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend spending the money on this! Driving school! We have been trying to get an appointment with a driving instructor for 3 months and not a single return call. Very disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: It has taken months for the instructor to get with us and they kept giving m the run around, saying he will call tomorrow, he will call this weekend , he will call today ! Finally after several months of this I had to get rude to get a response, then he text and 2-3 weeks later he takes my son one time then tells him it will be 6 weeks or so before he picks him up meantime have family let you drive as much as possible….. honestly I thought we paid for a service they were supposed to teach him to drive and they aren’t doing it ! I’m very disappointed and would NEVER recommend this driving school! It’s a waste of money just teach them yourself because that’s what you will end up doing if they had a zero star rating that’s what I would give them!

Experiencia negativa: It's pretty much like EA sports video games, everything you do has to cost money courses and drivers ed I already paid 350 dollars now they want another 450 dollars to do the course I feel it's a scam to get money

Experiencia negativa: I'll start by saying that I've had my driver's license for many years, so I've not taken a class with this company. However, I'll make sure not to recommend them to any of my friends looking for a school for their kids. Just encountered one of their vehicles on 10th St in Jeffersonville (a grey Hyundai). The man driving it was weaving in the lane and doing significantly under the 35mph speed. I passed him and when I looked back realized his lousy driving was because he was texting while driving. When I encountered him the drivers eyes were looking down more than they were looking at the road. If they can't operate their car safely when they're the only one in it, why would anyone expect them to teach a new driver correctly?

Experiencia fantástica: Our daughter had a great experience! John was wonderful as well as the lady in the office. The schedule was extremely accommodating to our crazy busy lives. She got her license today! Good job everyone at Always First Driving Academy!

Experiencia negativa: The driving instructors I received through them(last names Hobbs) was horrible. He makes you feel stupid and incompetent every time you mess up(I let him no I had very little driving experience before had). Every lesson felt like torture driving with him. He did not seem like he was trying to teach me, but to get the required time of the lesson over so he could get the job done and collect his check. I would certainly not recommend this driving school to anyone, especially that certain instructor.

Experiencia fantástica: They let you work on the online part at your own pace! The driving instructor called and we scheduled the drive times at one time. He also let me drive 2 hours in one day if he had time. I definitely recommend it! It was a little expensive, $375, but it was so worth it.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service. Already paid & been calling 3 weeks to get my daughter w/her instructor & still nothing.
