Experiencia negativa: Worst place we could’ve taken our kid for driving lessons understand they had an instructor that was ill, but then the rescheduling of it was mishandled down to a deadline to get my daughter‘s license before she leaves town and the only way to do it is to pay an extra $25 to expedite a certificate that they could print off makes absolute no sense would not recommend this to anybody

Experiencia negativa: Stay away! They will steal your money! They have no open slots but yet they continue to let people sign up and pay $500. We have asked for a refund due to our inability to schedule and they are now denying us the refund. Maggie literally admitted to me yesterday that scheduling is a problem for them but no refund since we already paid the money. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY. THE COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE.

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU SCHEDULE UNTIL YOU PAY AND AFTER YOU PAY YOU FIND OUT THEY OVERSELL THEIR IN CAR TIME AND YOU CAN NOT GET SCHEDULED. IT IS A MONEY GRAB SCAM. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A TIME AND THEY TOLD ME I SIGNED SOME SORT OF CONTRACT AND I CANNOT BE REFUNDED. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. IT WOULD ONLY WORK IF YOU HAVE TIME TO SIGN UP 15 SECONDS AFTER THE SLOTS OPEN ONCE A MONTH. IF YOU ARE LUCKY AND THEY DON’T GET FILLED BY THE PEOPLE WHO SIGNED ON 5 SECONDS AFTER IT GOES LIVE. WE ARE STILL TRYING TO PURSUE A REFUND FROM THEM BUT MIGHT HAVE TO SEEK COUNCIL WITH A LAWYER OR THE BBB. THERE ARE MANY MORE OPTIONS THAT ARE MUCH EASIER TO SCHEDULE WITH.

Experiencia negativa: This website promises to be something special and an improvement from previous ways of getting your license and it not only doesn’t fulfill that it actually would have been better with no online course at all. The course itself is easy to not learn anything at all and yet still took forever to complete. The in cars are impossible to scheduler and even when you finally get them people snatch them up so fast you hardly get a chance. The instructors are a mixed bag, I had several that were pleasant but one specifically was terrible to me. This system needs to be improved because it was obviously only created to annoy people as all I have learned is how to deal with arrogant elders.

Experiencia negativa: Please avoid this company! We have been trying to schedule my daughter for her in car driving since January. Nothing is ever open. The few appointments that have been open have been during school and we are not going to allow our daughter to miss school in order to do these classes. Please go somewhere else! Even if we get in in June, that means it is taking six months to get this scheduled. If they do not have enough driving teachers, they shouldn’t take payment.

Experiencia negativa: These people are horrid. They care nothing about your children what so ever ! Please by pass them. Once the have you money I advance your out of luck!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give less than one star, I would. They say that they will get you scheduled in 4-6 weeks. However, we have not been able to schedule. We started trying in October, and all through December, there is not a single time that works with my work schedule. That wouldn't be so bad if they would just give me a refund so I could take my child to another school. However, many calls and many emails later, they are still not issuing a refund. They keep tryin to piecemeal lessons in areas very far from where we live. I do not recommend this company at all. It's the first time in a long time that I've had a bad enough experience that I'm actually contacting a lawyer to read over the contract. Terrible communication, false advertising, and bad attitudes.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible. Did the online portion for my son. And then the delays began. Delay for the online company to send the completion certificate. Delay for this company to enter the certificate. 4-6 week delay in being able to schedule in car time but even then there were no hours listed to sign up after the 4-6 weeks. Awful. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: The classroom was good but impossible to schedule drive time. It has been months. I've never seen an evening time open, only one slot during the middle of my daughter's school day. I called the main office and they said that new slots open on the 14th of that month and they are filled instantly. The 14th was a week ago and slot no new openings. Don't take my money if you can't provide the service.

Experiencia fantástica: My son recently finished driving school and I would definitely recommend. There’s an online class & driving package that I also recommend. It’s worth the money and convenient. Brooke Dowell was so great to work with!! She was super helpful, informative and flexible with scheduling! I alternate weeks with my sons father and she was able to work around both of our schedules as well as reschedule when unexpected issues came up. My son enjoyed his lessons with her and we will be back when my younger son is ready.

Experiencia negativa: Impossible to get a drive time scheduled for my daughter. We have been trying to get her in car done for two months and no one answers the phone when you call. The website for scheduling is always full I got lucky and have one scheduled but impossible to get any more scheduled. There should be a better system to get in car done.

There were multiple times I had to call the office due to COVID, but I appreciated the patience they had while navigating through each processes. This was my fourth child to use Driving Schools of Ohio. Brooke Dowell made each child feel safe and comfortable with her calm nature and knowledge about driving.

Carla & Tim in the Westerville office were amazing to work with. They fixed an issue and went above & beyond to make it right. I highly recommend using Driving Schools of Ohio. Safe, professional & great customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: Our son had a great experience with Driving Schools of Ohio! Brooke was an excellent instructor! We highly recommend the online classes & the in-car session combo package! It was worth the money! Our instructor, Brooke, was kind and extremely flexible with scheduling our driving sessions during this COVID-19 Pandemic. (She even worked around my son's football schedule.) Brooke wore a mask and thoroughly cleaned the vehicle before each session. We felt that our son was safe and in good hands. Brooke gave clear instructions and communicated grades after each session. We are happy that we chose Driving Schools of Ohio!

Experiencia negativa: They had one driver for the whole Dublin area and getting our in cars scheduled was extremely difficult. The driver had been doing in car lessons back to back for hours and our son barely knew how to do maneuverability at the end. They held on to the completion certificate until the very last day they could send it, forcing us to pay an extra $25 in order for me to drive to their office and pick it up in time for the test.

Experiencia negativa: The driving instructors here were not giving consistent instruction or feedback. My son was getting high marks on most things the first 2 times and then he had a different instructor the last 2 times and she told him he was doing things wrong even though it’s what the first instructor told him to do. Also, they charge a ridiculous $25 if you want your certificate right away rather than wait 7-10 days. We paid the $25 and it literally took her less than 3 minutes to get it in the computer and print it out.

Experiencia fantástica: Driving instructor Brooke was great! Ended up with scheduling conflicts and she was very easy to work with on rescheduling. She also instructed so well that my daughter passed her exam on the 1st attempt.
