Alpha Driving School

Experiencia negativa: Kathy Church is completely unprofessional. 1st session. She was late. Had to add half an hour to 2nd session. 2nd session. 15 minutes late. 3rd session. rescheduled to due to a family emergency. Then she was 15 minutes late. Kathy said she was going to go on the freeway but didn't because something was wrong with her car. 4th session. rescheduled one hour before start time to very next day because she had a fever and was worried that she would be contagious. Then, no surprise, she half an hour late because she said pick up was listed at the school even though confirmation text said it was at our house. She then cut the session half an hour short. I've reached out to Alpha Driving School a couple of timrs and they've failed to respond. This entire experience reflects negatively on Alpha Driving School. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are a parent for your teen or for yourself looking for the BEST driving school, this is DEFINITELY the place to go to. Absolutely love this wonderful driving school. From enrolling my daughter online, her completing all coursework to help her get her permit, to her doing the behind the wheel driving with her amazing instructors, this school was top notch. Highly recommend this driving school to everyone. James, Cathy and Steve are amazing. Thank you all for helping my daughter get her drivers license. She passed on her first attempt, thanks to all of you. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia negativa: Very difficult to set a session. I have left messages and they do not call back. I have called several times and still nothing.

Experiencia positiva: The people were super nice but the place is very hard to get ahold of in my experience. It took 2 months to schedule 1 lesson because I couldn’t make one on the website or get ahold of them through phone. And when I was done I waited for my certification to be sent to me and after a week of not receiving it I decided to call and no one answered for days, and it turned out they never mailed it.

Experiencia negativa: If your going to be teaching people to drive maybe Learn how to drive your self, your side mirrors objects may be closer then appear, and might not want to cut people off going down a hill with your logo on your car Also to add there there was not a “student” in the car, it was a middle aged women alone, and I had a safe distance in front of the car in front of me until she cut me off and I had to slam my breaks

Experiencia negativa: The owners took off on a Vegas vacation during COVID stating they did not have enough instructors!! They instructed my wife and I to do the hours behind wheel and they would sign off on it! They lied!! Later we could not take our boy for his driving test and he almost lost his permit to expiration!! DO NOT TRUST THESE RIP OFFS! THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN!! They refused to give us a refund!! They did nothing for us!! Used COVID as an excuse! Insulted my wife and I on phone!! BEWARE!!

Experiencia fantástica: Alpha Driving School is honestly one of the best drivers schools in the High Desert. I would never have chosen another one to go to. The driver instructor/ owner of the company is the nicest person you will ever meet. They offer online and in class drivers ed, drivers training, and an amazing, welly priced bundle of the two. I loved learning from Debbie, and I'm so excited to take my drivers test now that I've completed everything. I strongly recommend this school to new drivers everywhere. Thank you Debbie!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the BEST driving school in the High Desert. All 4 of my kids went there. The instructors are very patient . Their prices are very reasonable . My Kids loved them. Thank you so much Debbie and James at Alpha driving school .

My son passed the 1st time taking his driver's license. They were very flexible in scheduling him within the month and my son was scheduled for his test at the end of the month. keep up the good work. A job well done. My son is licensed and we are happy with the service you provided. Thanks again!! from one happy mom

Experiencia positiva: The lady instructor was very nice my son liked her. The owner Debra has always been apologetic too. This said the instructor turned up later every lesson and came back early. I dont think they kept one orginal lesson date, they cancelled and rearranged everyone to the point the last 2 we said refund them. I wouldnt be confident in recommending this school based on the unreliable service. The online course was more than adequate and thorough, this i would recommend.

Experiencia negativa: This driving school is HORRIBLE & DISHONEST !!!! She lied saying that I did great and I would pass the driving test . I called in about my results and how I did the lady on the phone tells me I didn't do good and scored me at a -3. These people will try and get more money out of you . If you go here you better hope you don't get EMILY .... Just don't go here period

Experiencia fantástica: Just got done completing my last 2 hours with Emily! BEST INSTRUCTOR BY FAR. She made sure I was comfortable and ready for my Lisence test coming up. Will recommend alpha driving school to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to compliment and thank the people at alpha driving school. they were very patient and helpful with everything. the instructor worked with me with my crazy schedule and got my daughters lessons taken care of exactly when I was told! I highly recommend this to parents of new drivers, the lady is great my daughter loved her

Experiencia negativa: This lady is a slacker!!!! My son took his class back in June, and was supposed to be done with the entire course by October. It is now December and he still has another drive to take. She has canceled 3-4 times on us and has canceled to accommodate another students schedule but will not do the same for mine and expects my son to miss school and that I miss work to accommodate her schedule. I WOULD NEVER refer this place to anyone. It costs a lot of money and then doesn't even deliver as promised. I called to complain about this not being satisfactory to me since I am a paying parent and she laughed at me. How unprofessional of her to treat me that way. Very disappointed with her and this school!!!!!!
