Experiencia negativa: I went there to take my test , I passed the driving part but not the other part , when I was take the 4 hour course , I called and the lady told me to buy the 24 hour course ( it took me a week to finish it was really long) as I explained I have court soon and I was trying to have my license before that and trying to redo the test , they waste my time and I had to pay $80 and another $80 in total of 160 bc someone didn’t give me the right information

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service, pretty hefty price for a test that lasted 15 minutes, and they forgot to upload test results to the BMV. Waited 2 hours just to get told I couldn't get my driver's license because someone didn't upload one document.

Experiencia positiva: Rightway driving school examiner is good . He makes more comfortable for second language people . In my experience I felt so comfort and easy .

Experiencia fantástica: Being an adult and trying to learn how to drive can be a little intimidating. I was so nervous and a little embarrassed when I first showed up! However Mr.Randy and his team made me feel comfortable and were very kind. They worked with my schedule and made it super easy to reschedule if I needed too! Mr. Randy is hands down the best instructor! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and will make sure you know all the rules of the road! He sets you up for success by making sure you don’t lack for knowledge! He gives great tips and reminders! I will definitely be sending my son here in the future!

Experiencia positiva: The staff is nice. Ms. Bussy was patient with me today. After checking, the office was correct. The email states my son’s in cars were at 9 am the following weeks. Thanks for your kindness when I was frustrated. Only 4 stars because just like everyone else, they are short staffed. It’s hard to get done fast at this school because there aren’t a lot of drivers. Hopefully they hire some soon!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Rightway Driving School. Randy is a wonderful and patient instructor and helped me have all the information I needed to pass the road test. There was initially a scheduling issue with some of my in-car lessons, but Randy helped sort them out so I not only got all of my lessons, but even squeezed me in for a road test day after my 4th lesson, even though I wasn't scheduled. Overall I would highly recommend this driving school to anyone who's never driven before, or just needs a refresher course.

Experiencia negativa: Awful experience ever!! I PIF for my son’s lessons and never got 4 lessons as told by Ranita. No one has even called to reschedule due to their training the instructors had. So unprofessional! When someone pays for a service you make sure you follow through. Then when someone pays for a service that means your customer has that allotted time but the instructor handles personal things while clients are in the vehicle. How unprofessional once again! This business is tacky today the least!

Experiencia negativa: I haven’t even had my first in car yet and this service is so incredibly poor. I’ve been trying to schedule my in cars for months and no one got back to me until September. Then the customer service person could not hear me at all, even after clarifying and spelling my name, address, and email out, SEVERAL times. I was supposed to have my first in car today at 11:30, noticed that the email had my address spelt wrong, so I called to make sure it was corrected because all my forms that I filled out, have it spelled correct. Come to find out, the costumer service person never even put in ANY of my appointments. I payed all $400 up front, as a minor, and that is NOT easy. I went here because all the other driving schools had poor reviews hoping I’d get better luck here. I haven’t even stepped in a car yet and I want my money back.

Experiencia negativa: Please dont go here. Don’t even inquire. Their customer service is so bad; if only i can give zero. Driving school is not cheap, so, make sure to use your money wisely.

Experiencia fantástica: This place was GREAT. Renita and her team are incredibly responsive, and have been in the business for years and years, so they know what they're doing and are apparently familiar with every rule, process, and procedure of helping a first-time driver get their license. Communication was prompt and responsive, instructions and requests in voice mails were clear, and customer service in-person was friendly and professional. In-car driving instruction and feedback was clear and by-the-book - no jaunts for the instructor to do personal errands (yes, I've experienced that before!). Prices are on par with the other driving schools, but unlike some of the other driving schools that didn't even respond to my voice mail inquiries, Rightway has its act together. We'll be using them again when it's time for Teen Driver #2 to hit the road. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: A+ Rightway Driving School does it right! Randy was my oldest son's driving instructor prior to opening Rightway (through another driving school), and then my other two children were taught by Randy through Rightway. All three of my children passed their driving tests on the first try! I credit Randy for being extremely patient and emphasizing the maneuverability portion of training during in-cars. According to my daughter, the way he taught maneuverability was A1! He also explained things well, didn't make it awkward, treated her like a normal driver and didn't mind going over something again if she needed extra help. Our experiences with Randy have been great over the years and I would definitely recommend Rightway Driving School!

Experiencia negativa: Not recommended if you don't want to be stuck waiting for half a year to the point where you give up and take the road test yourself, also these guys need to change their policy so customers like me can get refunds if they're forced into the position of that. Never go here.

Experiencia fantástica: My family had an amazing experience with this driving school! The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and made my children feel comfortable behind the wheel. They provided them with valuable tips and tricks that helped both of my sons pass their driving test on the first try. The scheduling process was easy and flexible, and the pricing was reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this driving school for anyone looking to learn how to drive. Five stars all the way!

Experiencia negativa: Left 3 emails and messages. Called 3 times and nobody ever answered. They didn't return any calls or emails after 48 hours. Husband went to location. Suite number wrong. Very rude individual at the location. I live 3 minutes away but I will be giving my money to Westland driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: They squeezed us in when no other company could. They were professional, upfront, and informative. They adjusted the schedule to accommodate my son’s temporary permit about to expire. They prepared my son to pass his test first try when he was not at the first in cars appt.

Experiencia negativa: Mr Randy im truly happy that so many people have had a great experience with you because mine has been extremely horrible. So I signed my grandson up for drivers ed and he had to start off with the on line parts first. Well each day we ran into different problems the materials would not load or only some would load or the site would be down and we would call and text Mr Randy and we never got any response so I changed WiFi thinking that might help but nope so as the dead line approached for the test the site was down I spent two days calling and texting over an over and still never got anything then that evening it loaded and he was all ready to take the test and it had expired I called and I text still nothing but now two months later Mr Randy call my grandson s mothers number and ask can we schedule driving hell you have a lot of nerve and your unprofessional on every level your communication is poor customer service is horrible and you just took my money no service rendered in my entire adult life I have never experienced such horrible service I would never recommend this place unless he steps up and makes it right Signed ANGRY GRANDMOTHER. So this is to address your comments yes the review came way past the expiration date thats because I tried to get in touch with you for weeks and as well as his mother and you never returned a call even though that program is not yours prosaic you use it and you took my money while using it and never responded while we were having issues so a friend reviewed you and said i should write a review because I hadn't thought about it i just decided to never recommend you to any one else so thats why this review is month s past the expected deadline and I will post my phone bill where I call your number over 27 times I just feel like you need to make this situation right instead of making excuses once again that would be great business practices

Experiencia negativa: I don't recommend this place to anyone. I paid money for my child to take the course. After, the money was paid didn't hear back from Randy. Reached out several times left voicemail and still got no calls back. The system acted up a few times and my child couldn't get on. Reached out again still no response. Then Randy pops up out of nowhere talking about driving lessons. Very unprofessional and very unorganized

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Randy was super helpful and one of the few places around here with good communication! He won’t play or charge you an extra fee for your certificate of completion. He’ll get you on the road and to your drivers test in NO TIME. My last in car was today at 8:00 am and he had that certificate of completion in my hand at 9:45. At 1:45 I took my drivers test and passed with 100%. Overall he is a great instructor and one of the best out there!

Experiencia fantástica: Randy is a natural coach, great encourager and was able to build confidence around conquering the maneuverability testing after our child failed twice. He explained what he saw in the first 15 minutes and from then on he was great. We highly recommend Rightway Driving School LLC.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend going to right way driving school randy treated me right I am currently preparing for my drivers licenses test and for all the teens worrying about anything DOO NOT WORRY AT ALL, I was worried about failing the maneuverability part of my test but with randy and his tips you will lose all worries 100% and his personality fits perfect with anyone he’s so nice, professional and convenient and can be very flexible for any schedule as a teenager he’s the perfect fit for this!
