Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE THIS SCHOOL. If you're thinking about this school, literally go for it. Mr. Brian is different from every other instructor. IM TELLING YOU!!! He continues motivating you and pushing you to the fullest. I have never met anyone like him before. He never EVER lets you give up even when you have doubt, he will bring you back up. He's very comfortable and kind. I will refer him to all my friends because of how good of a person and instructor he is. He's such a good teacher that I will miss having lessons with him since he MADE ME PASS MY DRIVING TEST FIRST TRY!!! I was so nervous but he helped calm those fears down! Get your lessons with him, you'll thank me later! Thank you Mr. Brian :-)

Experiencia fantástica: Brian was my daughter’s driving instructor. He always showed up promptly and even took her driving in the rain. Bella was very anxious about driving and she said that not only was Brian very nice to her, but was also very calming whenever she would get nervous. She said he would explain to her the reasons why she had to do certain things while driving so she better understood the laws of driving. He picked her up an hour before her scheduled behind-the-wheel test (at 6:00am) and after practicing for an hour he waited patiently for her to complete the test. The coolest part was how excited he was when she passed!! Brian will forever be a part of the magical memory of Bella getting her license. My family and I are truly grateful for his time, his patience and the knowledge he provided to Bella and for being such a huge part of her passing her test. We highly recommend Hi Driving School!!

He was extremely professional, prompt with time and schedules, and most importantly, genuinely a great human being. Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Hi Driving School, specifically with my instructor Brian. I recently got my driver's license and am grateful for Hi Driving School for helping me get there. As an older student, I was starting to get the idea in my head that I would never get my license. A friend of mine recommended Brian to me. Her daughter in law had recently gotten her license thanks to Brian's training. So I ended up enrolling in the 7-day professional package and had weekly lessons with Brian. I can confidently say that he is an excellent instructor. Brian helped me build my confidence in my own driving skills. He reminded me to have positive self talk. Prior to taking lessons with him, I would feel anxious whenever I got behind the wheel. However, Brian helped me overcome my fears by reminding me to have positive self talk and having me practice mock driving tests in the area near the Westminster DMV. Leading up to my scheduled driving test, Brian would have me drive around near the DMV. Brian would then conduct these mock driving tests. This greatly prepared me for the behind the wheel driving test. On the day of my test, he picked me up an hour and a half before my test. This additional preparation contributed to my ability to perform confidently during the real test.

My instructors Brian and Eranga Nissanka helped me to pass my behind-the-wheel test at the Fullerton DMV in only two lessons! I had failed my first driving test when I tried to self-learn but later decided to enrol in Hi Driving School and have NO regrets at all!!! Highly recommend this school with great and honest customer service. Brian had an engaging personality and was very straight to the point, it was great chatting with him while learning to drive! Two hours went by in a blink as he shared some life lessons too haha. Eranga N. was very kind and SO patient in teaching me how to park. She gave me the confidence to pass on my second try! So happy I passed as Fullerton DMV is quite known to be very difficult to pass, thanks to Hi Driving School. Check them out if you’re in the SoCal/ OC area!

He cares for a student to become a confident and safe driver. He guides your step by step with patience, knowledge, and insiders view how to pass the driving test and what are important points to consider during the exam. I am super grateful to Brayan for his time and effort which are much more valuable than money can pay.

Experiencia negativa: I left a voicemail asking for a call back. When the person called me they didn’t acknowledge my voicemail. They just said they had a missed call from me. Then I had to explain the situation and he said everything is online and did not give me any information. 1. Customer service is important. Not all your customers want to go online some want to ask questions over the phone or in person. 2. Check your voicemail and be prepared to call your potential customer back. First impressions are everything.

I haven't driven in 5 years and I did not start off well in the first hour, but after a few minutes and a great talk, I was able to get back on track in no time. By the end of the lesson, I was more comfortable behind the wheel than I was before. Got lots of great tips and a great conversation. Thank you, Brian!!

Experiencia negativa: I called to set up a driving package for my mom who only speaks Spanish. I specifically told the owner to only send a Spanish speaker instructor. He promised he would. The day of the class a Hispanic instructor showed up. The owner assumed she spoke Spanish because of her background. The person did not speak any Spanish and my mom was not able to receive any lesson for the day. I called the business number (a Google phone number) and the owner did not answered. I had decided not to complain anymore and I was already looking for other options for my mom. However, the next morning I received the following text from the owner at 6am in my personal cellphone: "Hi, Can you tell me what happens with your appointment yesterday? our instructor lost 2hrs of your time. And how about your next lessons? do you want to keep or cancel them?". At that point I was upset. First, he did not respect his customers enough to wait until 8am to contact me. Second, he did not seem to have a good employer-employee relationship because obviously he did not ask his employee about the situation, third, he assumes that just because a person looks a certain way, he or she is able to speak a certain language. It's just like if I would have assumed that because he sounded "Asian" on the phone, he could speak Japanese, or Korean, or Mandarin. So after I told him all of that he responded: "So sorry for the confusion. We forgot you requested Spanish speaking instructor. Sent the wrong one. Didn't write down". Well, Mr. Brian Lee, next time you might want to learn some business etiquette before you continue running your business.

Experiencia fantástica: Hi driving school is topmost. Inspite of my advanced age,I got licence only because of Brian's wonderful training. He taught me the minute details of driving. He is very cooperative. I was also comfortable with his charging. I highly recommend this school.
