Experiencia negativa: Do not use this business at all. They are very rude to children. They curse and yell at them. They are very hard to get a hold of and won’t return calls. Horrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere

Experiencia negativa: My daughter got her permit in March, but they couldn't get her first lesson in until May, and she couldn't drive until then. So she sat for 2 months without being able to drive. Tried calling to schedule the last lesson, and they are almost a month after her birthday, and she can't take the test before that. I called multiple times to schedule it, and no one answered. Disappointed with how long it took to schedule lessons. Didn't have a problem getting her into the class to get the money, though. Wish I had gone with someone else.

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional didn't even want to talk to me and basically shooed me out the door. All I wanted was some information. If you can't be bothered to inform potential customers, then I doubt you're professional enough to teach anyone.

Booked two appointments for behind the wheel training and had me waiting 15 minutes for them to show up but they ended up canceling on me because they forgot. Low budget and very unprofessional company. Would not recommend if you’re looking for quality and reliable training

Experiencia negativa: Very in organized do not give all details when signing up. I signed my son up and him completing the course took longer than expected as life happens I never reviewed a courtesy call a just checking on you call I went in to pay to complete and was to old I would have to pay 179 as well as an additional $150 for his lessons as it was over 6 months also he was never even mailed his certificate of completion when he finished for his permit very unprofessional very unorganized. I do not recommend if rather pay a new school and start all over then give them any additional funds.

Experiencia negativa: Be very careful with Kern driving school they will NOT refund or give any kind of extensions. I paid $204. 00 For nothing No service for my teenage daughter.

Experiencia fantástica: I had no idea my permit was less than a month away from expiring and I had absolutely no driving experience. My dad called and this driving school was so flexible and was able to fit me in BACK TO BACK for all 3 lessons on a Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Not even a week later and I am now licensed. My driving instructor Rose taught me literally everything I needed to know. I am so thankful for this driving school!!

Experiencia negativa: Brad is not Good, i didnt go to my last driving lesson because he cursed at me for something that he expected me to know , ive payed almost a thousand of dollars , not to hear these poeple cuss and yell at me and to ask me about my personal life and to also put me down . They expect everyone to have somone to practice with also by the way . Not good poeple at all , Rose Brad And his Son Carter ,judge and criticize you .instead of teaching! and expecting us to know everything right off the bat . Carter is alright though compared to his Father!

Experiencia fantástica: My oldest went through kern driving and passed her driving test her first try. My son is now going through them. They are busy and booked when scheduling driving lessons but great with appointments. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I had been shopping around to get my nephew signed up for driving school, everyone had over a three month waiting period. I called Kern Driving School and they also said I had to wait but I spoke with ( Aunt Donna), she took my name down and asked me to check back later and she would try to get my nephew in. I waited a few months and called her back. She did what she promised. She was able to work with our schedule and four weeks later, my nephew had his driver's license. She even scheduled his DMV appointment when his behind the wheel training was done. Thanks again Aunt Donna! Uncle Eddie

Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience with an instructor and the higher ups. Terrible customer service and just bad people involved. Jamie treated me terribly and was so rude. Don’t send your kids here

Experiencia negativa: I had my first driving session here two weeks ago. The instructor I had was Rose and she was a bit harsh to me as if she had expected me to know how everything works. She was surprised when I told her I didn’t have prior experience in driving, but the whole purpose of paying for a driving instructor was to teach/guide me how to drive. I understand it’s her job to be strict, but she was impatient and showed little consideration. She could have at least treated me a little nicer. I did not like how she was aggressively helping me stir the wheel and not to mention that annoyed look on her face the entire time she was teaching me. I wish I could ask for a refund but unfortunately, I can’t.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service, wrong business hours, always says open when they’re closed. Dont bother calling its near impossible getting ahold of the person in the front office. Students vape inside class, smoke cigarettes outside. Tried adding an extra $50 to my bill out of nowhere and had to remind them 3 times it was wrong before they took the extra $50 off. Its a bunch of bums looking to scam

Experiencia negativa: Had our of state ticket they don't meet the requirements to clear the ticket. They don't mail anything but they still charged me and simply put it that they can't help if the out of state doesn't except it

Experiencia negativa: Don’t go here took 2 months to get my sons 1 st behind the wheel and when I complained the person who answered the phone got attitude with me and didn’t seem to care. Hopefully there are better driving schools out there to use.

Experiencia negativa: READ THE FINE PRINT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. It took my daughter 8 months to complete her written training and test and we lost all of our money for the drivers lessons.

Experiencia fantástica: I took drivers education and driving training both at Kern Driving and Traffic School. My experience with them was GREAT!!! They taught me the rules of the road, and I Passed my permit test the 1st time. They picked me up for my drivers training and even went on the freeway on my second lesson. I have recommended Kern Driving and Traffic School to all my friends.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Kern Driving School was great. They always called me the day before my appointment. My instructor was AJ and he is the best! Make sure you ask for him. He is usually busy but he is worth your money. I took my DMV only once and passed!
