Experiencia negativa: She is a fraud I payed her $470 for 3 lessons my son only got two she said her phone was messing up and things got got all messed up then she tried saying there was something wrong with the car but she never told me or my husband about it and would not refund any of my money she said she messed me but I screen spotted everything she evere sent me and it was not there don't use her unless you want to give away money for free

Experiencia fantástica: Our son unfortunately failed his first attempt at his license test with our instruction but had no trouble passing and feeling confident after his time driving with Smart Choice!!! He loved his time with his instructor and had a great time learning to feel confident driving!!!

Experiencia negativa: The lack of professionalism is stunning; from numerous last minute cancellations, no shows or arriving hours late to having to hound and wait for a refund (I’m sure this factors into the why you have to pay upfront instead of per lesson!) Do yourself a favor, save yourself the frustration and time- use a more reputable business even if there’s a waitlist, which in the end, would have been quicker had we gone that route.

Experiencia negativa: We paid for three lessons only got two she canceled and refused to reschedule or give us our money back we still haven’t heard from her and it’s been two months! Don’t go here !!!!!! She just steals your money!!!!!!!!! And what is said below isn’t true post a picture where you ever scheduled a visit with him before you so called just showed up

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Jennifer! I wanted my daughter to have a positive learning to drive experience and I knew I couldn’t provide this ..lol. So we had Jennifer teach her. She was extremely accommodating to our schedule. She had awesome communication and made our daughter feel very comfortable. Our daughter looked forward to each lesson and learned a lot from all of Jennifer’s driving experiences. She taught our daughter to become a confident driver which was very important to us. I recommend her to everyone. We have not one complaint. It was worth every penny.

Experiencia fantástica: We highly recommend Jen at Smart Choice!!! My daughter had an appointment for her driving test on Thursday. We are definitely procrastinators. My daughter was starting to panic and had a-lot of anxiety about the upcoming test. We googled local driving schools and stumbled upon Smart Choice, so glad we did! I sent a text Monday morning inquiring about the possibility of helping my daughter be more prepared for the road test and she started that very afternoon! The next day I noticed a huge improvement in her driving and confidence and when Thursday came- she passed!!!

He did course training with her an she took him for his test. He passed!! She works around your kid’s busy school/ work schedule. Experiencia negativa: If I could give a zero I would. Please save your money and call a different driving school. The instructor/business owner is unprofessional and dishonest. She requires full payment in cash or check before first appointment which she was given. When asked for a receipt she completely ignored the request. I should’ve known at that point that I made the wrong choice. After the first lesson she dropped my son off and left. She doesn’t provide any feedback. After a week of not hearing from her I messaged asking when the next lesson would be and could she provide feedback from the first lesson. Mind you, she had been paid in full at this point and I’m messaging and asking for another appt to be made. In my opinion, that is something that should’ve been laid out right from the beginning. The second lesson was rescheduled several times for a multitude of reasons/excuses. At this point I am feeling like I have paid 460 dollars for lessons wont be fulfilled. Finally, the second appointment was made weeks later. She picked up my son but asked to use my car for the lesson. I didn’t have an issue with this but this isn’t customary with driving lessons. She left her car parked in front of a fire hydrant located in the front of my house. After the lesson, Once again, she dropped my son off without any feedback and without scheduling third appointment. I messaged her asking how he did and she responded it went well. When asking my son how the lesson went he told me he drove in a neighborhood without any other cars around. The first lesson was spent in a parking lot. This is after he had already spent over 20 hours driving with me. I messaged her and asked her what the third lesson would entail and that it was my hope that these lessons would include driving where there was busy traffic. She became defensive stating my son almost caused multiple accidents due to oxygen deprivation that he was suffering from after basketball practice. She further commented that as his mother I should be more careful and asked if I wanted a Maddie Potts on my hands. For those of you who don’t know Maddie Potts, she was a high school student who collapsed and died during a soccer game in front of her family friends student body and faculty. It was devastating and shocking to the entire community and of course her loved ones. I was shocked and appalled that a driving instructor would find it perfectly acceptable to say something like that to a customer. After this text, I asked for a refund for the last lesson and informed her that a third lesson would not be necessary. She stated she would cash app the refund. I have now asked multiple times for this refund and she has not responded since the first response 5 weeks ago. She is unprofessional, rude and dishonest. 401 driving school is who we are using now and couldn’t be happier. All appointments booked during initial call and instructor gives immediate feedback after lesson. My son was taken on actual roadways on the first lesson and at no time was the instructor concerned with my sons decision making or driving. Definitely worth the change!

Her hours were very flexible, she was accommodating and most of all, assisted with developing my daughter's confidence behind the wheel. She spent hours driving with her all over the state, manuvering parking situations and highway driving. I highly recommend Jennifer if you're looking for a friendly and professional driving instructor.
