Experiencia negativa: This driving school is very inconsiderate of their customers. My son made an appointment and I took off of work to drive an hour to take the test. My son and I waited outside for 20 minutes and they came out and said, we’re not testing anymore today. No apology or anything! They are also being audited by the state. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Janice was extremely nice, she made my son feel comfortable, relaxed and was able to get us in for a same day road test. She made his birthday wish come true (to have his license the day he turned 16- mom fail- scheduled appt incorrectly at dmv) but Janice to the rescue! I'd recommend this place to everyone! You use their vehicles for the road test so you don't even have to worry about having a vehicle to drive!

Experiencia negativa: No doubt they are racist. From the phone call to coming over. Never seen a rude set of humans and disrespectful set as I encountered today. It’s better you drive far than coming over here.

Experiencia negativa: This guy is very rude, he canceled my daughter's classes so many times, then yesterday he texted my wife at work multiple occasions then called her, demanding payment of $200 right away, and because she didn't get the attention he wanted right away, this morning he canceled my daughter's classes for not payment, what about he not giving classes? We didn't have problem to pay those 2 pennies, but changing my daughter's schedule each time they canceled was concerning us. Another thing we noticed is that they might be racist, my wife is Latin, and since first time she went there they were rude with her, but we learned that they are very nice with Caucasians, since I am a white American, I guess I should have been the one talking with this people from the beginning.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT spend your money. I'd give minus stars if I could. My son was taught to drive by my father. He has been driving for a long time, but Covid made scheduling the driving test impossible. The DPS employee recommended that we find a private school to administer the test. Janice was rude when we called to schedule. I wasn't concerned about that. My son began the test with her. She freaked out, said she was terrified of him and insisted he return to the origin. They were gone less than five minutes. She had no real feedback, just criticism, and repeatedly said she was 'scared of him.' It's hard to say if she is an unstable mess or if she is completely racist. The irony is: we went immediately to the DMV. They were slow and agreed to administer the driving test. He passed with flying colors.

Experiencia fantástica: Get experience with the instructors. If you are a nervous person while driving you won’t be as nervous when driving with these guys. 100/10 highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were helpful and understanding due to the fact that the dps appointments are so long away. There was no wait and I'm grateful to them for helping me obtain my license... I would highly recommend them to everyone...

Experiencia fantástica: I took the road test and with Gods grace i passed.. Ms Jany was very kind, Throughout the test she teach me the road signs and how to do proper driving.. I like her attitude on how to teach and to become a defensive driver.. I really recommed Bell County School of Defensive driving.. God bless & More power

Experiencia negativa: Today I left for work & wished my daughter good luck on her upcoming drivers test that was scheduled at the Bell County School of Defensive Driving with instructor ( Janice Hallmark) . I was confident that she would pass, if she was giving the opportunity. Which leads me to my heart of my review. How can my daughter fail a drivers test that was never administered? Ms. Janice Hallmark had already filled out the driver score chat prior to my daughter (attempting )to take the test. Janice seen my daughter & decided she will fail today. Yes, a classic case of discrimination. Ms. Janice was so caught up with the questions being thrown at her by a relentless, take no for an answer, 18 year old Super Woman that she made a huge mistake & gave my daughter the documents after telling her that she simply didn’t feel like administering another driver test today. So we have proof that a driver test never took place today & yet she was failed ( pre determined) . I’m disappointed in this public official & I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will take legal actions against this business . Trust me there is more proof & more supporting facts that I will no disclose at this time until we speak with attorney. Keep your children away from that school & especially away from Janice if you are different!!

Experiencia negativa: The lady that works at the desk is the rudest person I have EVER talked too and not knowledgeable at all. She has no patience and doesn't listen. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!

Experiencia fantástica: Mrs.Jane is one of the most patient and cooperative people I’ve ever met. Getting my drivers license was super easy and there was almost no hassle at all. Totally recommend for any parent or kid that doesn’t do well under pressure or needs their driver’s license asap.

After the driving test, they also gathered all the required documents in an envelope that made the process at the DMV go smooth. Thank you
