Experiencia fantástica: I was not a student, but I had a good experience taking my driving test here. I also received quick answers to my questions by phone and email.

Experiencia negativa: This program doesn't give out all necessary paperwork and does NOT respond to emails in a timely manner! What I am seeing is a set up for failing teens on purpose

Experiencia negativa: Terrible. Power tripper. Asked me to do illegal things during driving test, then penalized for not doing what he said. and would have marked me down for doing what he said as well. Lied, tricked me several times, rude. Job security. Fail ppl so they have to pay again.

Experiencia negativa: This is a warning to anyone else. It’s on you if ya there after sign up for this driving school. They do not stick to scheduling even if it’s in writing. It’s nearly impossible to reach them by phone (something they don’t like to do). Very combative. They’re not understanding of the hard working class. Like I get it, things happen. Just be open with the communication and level with us. But it’s not right or appropriate to cancel on folks without warning and then pretend/gaslight folks you never met. We have to schedule around work, school, and even medical appointments. That’s an impact in so many different ways. I would never ask for perfection from anyone. I would like to see problem-solving. I would like to see practice of responsibility.

Experiencia negativa: I usually never leave reviews on places but this is just awful. The absolute worst place to go. Don’t try reaching out to them when the instructor doesn’t show up for your drive, they’ll just kick you out of the school. Try any other driving school. If you have any sort of complaint on how you or your student/child is treated you’ll get kicked out. That’s $700 I’ll never get back.

Experiencia negativa: horrible communication. if you need to reach out to them, good luck getting anybody to respond with help. Their phone message even says they won't call you back and re-directs to email and Facebook Messenger, both of which they also ignore.

Experiencia negativa: These people will take every opportunity to milk money out of you, take your time, confuse you, not answer you. The actual driving instructors are nice but the classroom teachers are terrible. There online methods are terrible, tests are taken through zoom chat. Just overall terrible, try to find someone else.

Experiencia negativa: There has got to be other options this place doesn't communicate at all, does not return calls does not have any information on when classes are its bizarre.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience with North West Driving School. All of my instructors had a passion for educating their students, and making a fun environment in which to do so. I am proud to be an alumni of N.W. Driving School.

Experiencia fantástica: Tabitha uses good examples of what not to do! Everything was explained well throughout the whole class and was very helpful! I recommend to other drivers-in-training!

Experiencia fantástica: This was a fun drivers ed program. All of the instructions are really funny, and the homework is pretty easy. I recommend this to other drivers-in-training.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at northwest driving school. Teachers were very enthusiastic, drives were fun, and there were many opportunities to retry anything. There wasn’t to much homework and the lessons very helpful for the test. I had a overall great time and highly recommended nds for your driving school.

Experiencia negativa: They do not answer there phone. and do not follow through with appointments very flaky business, have tried calling and calling every day on all open hours have tried emailing finally got an app and when i showed up they refused to take me out for the driving section, saying i didnt have an appointment when i had an email sent to me with the date and time. I do no recommend this as a driving school the employees do not try at all to satisfy there customers.
