Experiencia negativa: 3 of my kids took the class in February of 23, by now Late June I STILL have gotten no response to calls, text, emails! They got my money and didn't do their job!

Experiencia negativa: they are so horrible with communication. they told us a month ago they were going to call us in the next week and now they don’t answer thre phones.

Experiencia negativa: Very uncooperative for classes- schedule driving but overbook - therefore you may not have a slot to drive - doesn’t return calls in a timely manner - I would not recommend this driving school to anyone

Experiencia negativa: My son attended the class but did not have his TIP card yet. We were told that once we obtained the card to just call them and they would set him up for his test and driving portion. Mind you I paid the up front costs. Now 2 months later I have not been able to contact them. No one answers nor do they reply to voicemail messages. I have sent multiple emails as well. Despite bad reviews we used them simply because of location. Total waste of my sons time and my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give less than 1 star I would. Save yourself a huge headache and go with any other school available because this one should not even be in business. 7 months of no response to emails, phone calls, and texts.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible. After my son finished the course, it took 3 months of sending e-mails and texts just to set up the driving portion. That was a cluster of reschedules and multiple calls from them trying to shorten his time behind the wheel. Followed by another couple months of e-mails and texts trying to get the paperwork. Still haven't gotten any more than a text saying sorry will get with you by tomorrow.....and 2 weeks later, still waiting. My advice. Same price everywhere else so don't waste your time cause it will be a constant aggravation.

Experiencia negativa: First I would warn all parents of this place. I enrolled and paid via pay pal for classes that listed on the web site. I chose this place bc it had classes my child could take while on holiday break thinking it would save us time in the long run by not attended another driving school that would consume her busy weekend schedule. I was wrong. 3 days before the scheduled classes We got a text From Lisa stated she needed to move the class by one day. Ok no problem made arrangements ask her what time we needed to be there and she told us 8:30 am and made sure it was for the Dequincy site she said yes even repeated the location via text. We got there early I swapped shifts to make sure I could get my child all squared away. . 8 30 am comes and no Lisa , other parents are looking around like maybe we missed something. 9 am comes still not there. so I start calling thinking, car trouble, train surely some reason that she was 30 min late. my calls are forward to voice mail on both the cell phone.I call the business number and get the recording leave a message. I waited until 10 am and still no call no show. I paid a head of time. I have heard nothing back from anyone at this business. In a day and time where even toddlers have cell phones and this business owner Will not call or email or text, on my line, my child's, my emergency info left for my child which she had access to all that information , nothing at all. This is not How business in this day and age should run. It is now almost 9 pm and they have still not reached out with so much as a ( my bad) . This business is disgraceful and unethical . I wouldn't send reformed inmates to this person as all she could teach them is how to run a scam. Should have been a red flag when I realized the website was apparently created in 1998 . If your thinking " oh this hours will work for my kid "or this is small town feel or this is a little bit cheaper than the other drivers education centers let me warn you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I am going to hope and pray pay pal refunds my money as even on the pay pal site she refuses to reply to my messages as of this post she has ghosted me.
