Experiencia fantástica: My son and daughter have completed their drivers training through Drivers Edge. Both passed their road tests with flying colors. Better yet they are confident on the road. The day prior to the test I realized I misplaced an important document. Driver Edge responded and helped out in a Friday night saving the day. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I sent my daughter to a different driving school who did not teach her anything. Drivers Edge was so kind and helpful with my daughter. We did 2 private lessons with Mr. McKenzie who is amazing. He made her feel comfortable and gave her confidence in her driving and gave me some reassurance. Then we did private parking lessons and I apologize I do not remember their names but these two women were amazing as well. They took the time to explain everything to her mirrors and what to expect on the driving test. Because of them my daughter passed her test with confidence. I just have to say Thank You, you didn’t have to take my daughter but you did and for that i am truly grateful

The whole team is amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Grant MacKenzie for his outstanding teaching methods and personalized approach. He tailored each lesson to my child's needs, ensuring she fully understood the material and felt comfortable driving in various conditions. Mr. Grant MacKenzie is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. The scheduling process was seamless, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Thanks Again Driver's Edge! I Highly recommend Drivers Edge to anyone looking for top-notch driving instruction!

Experiencia negativa: I have never had so much trouble trying to get driver’s education for one of my kids. These people have no communication skills. I sent emails to get registered, and they sent me the information of which day and what time to come in and pay. The day and time they set for me was a day that they were closed and so I emailed them again, to which they gave me a phone number to call. I called the number when I got home and was told that I had to go in to get my stuff finalized. I explained my case and they bluntly hung up. Awful communication.

Experiencia positiva: If you're over 18 and thinking about taking Segment 1 for the instruction, I'd suggest either taking an online course or self-studying the What Every Driver Must Know booklet instead. The Zoom sessions were essentially 2 hours of watching videos, viewing slideshows, and sometimes playing Kahoot. Most of the content was just the same information being drilled into us every class session. The instructor spent at least 20 minutes every day talking about assignment due dates, instead of using that time to talk about actual driving information. It really felt like I was in a class aimed at children. The person in charge wasn't very friendly or communicative, and her texts felt a little dismissive. She wasn't very flexible when it came to my driving lessons. It just seemed overall really disorganized, which is disappointing considering how much I paid. The driving lessons themselves were very good, although I don't feel like I got enough driving time for the amount I paid. The instructor was very kind, patient, and helpful. She made me feel calm and confident behind the wheel. I just think students should have a few more lessons to make the outrageous price worth it. Tl;dr: The lack of organization and communication made the course not worth it. If you're over 18 and the Graduated Drivers License no longer applies to you, I'd recommend saving your time and money by studying the rules of the road on your own. You can find a lot of the same information from the course online or at the SoS. And much of this same information will be on the TIP test.

Experiencia negativa: Communication was a big issue. When I first attempted to take lessons with Drivers Edge, I received no response for weeks. I called five times and left a voicemail. Even after getting a response, I scheduled a driving lesson and was told I could pay in person. Once I got to the lesson, I was told by the instructor that I couldn't pay in person and that I had to call and talk to the person over the phone again. They would communicate through text sometimes, and in the middle of scheduling another lesson, they would just stop responding for weeks at a time again. I did end up receiving a different number to call (Ms. Taffy), and she always picked up and was very nice. I mostly took driving and parking lessons with Ms. Mariah, and they helped me greatly in getting my license. So there is some good and some bad. Whatever phone number they list on their business card is definitely not a great way to get a hold of them.

Experiencia negativa: Thee worst communication skills I've had the displeasure of experiencing. They never answer the phone. Tried to get me to pay twice. I had a problem, I needed their help with, I still have yet to have it resolved. It's been weeks. I have to keep contacting them, and telling them my problem all over again. They talk over you, just completely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Experiencia fantástica: I called about 5 places and out of the 5 this place was the only one to call me back. (And they called back quick). I absolutely loved this place! Staff are all very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions. I used them for my daughter in 2022. My son is on his last drive today. I plan on using them for my other 3 kids if DEDS is still around in 5 years which i bet they will be!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Communication is a problem, made arrangements to pay and was told no problem just text me next day and we can take care of that, text the next day and got zero response for three days go the day my daughter is supposed to start and I call and basically get the runaround and not really an answer and then hung up on and tried calling back and nothing, lack of communication is a big problem
