Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend Haman’s enough! I enrolled as an adult learner with AuDHD and driving anxiety. Spending several weeks in the classroom helped me to build a solid foundation for in-car learning. I chose to have all of my in-car sessions with one instructor, Hannah, for comfort and consistency. Hannah was incredibly patient, encouraging, thorough, and helped with boosting my driving confidence. Highly recommend Haman’s for drivers of all ages!

I was very nervous of driving before I started driving school, but I learn and study a lot on how to become a safe driver. I want to thank, Mr. Scott, Mrs. Veronica, Mr. Lee, and Mr. Thompson for teaching me the right and the wrong of getting behind the wheel of any car. Once I get my own car soon or before the year is over hopefully, I going to be a safe driver that I can be.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to classes here a long time ago in sometime around 2004 or 2005 with a teacher named Mr. Jerolamon. Forgive me if I spelled that wrong. I learned alot and have carried it with me thru life. He always said don't brake for birds you'll never hit a bird. So if he's still around I just wanted to let him know in the last 20yrs I've hit more birds than anything I've never had time to brake for them either way they just fly straight into you randomly braking would have no help anyhow but I've never had an accident either so in the end it was half true. Thx

Experiencia fantástica: The difference in my daughter’s driving confidence and ability before she attended this course and after was like night and day. Out of all the instructors, I would recommend Hannah Blanton and Bob Huff the most.

Experiencia negativa: Finding available time slots for road lessons was overly difficult. Our teen completed classroom work at the end of September, and it took until the end of December, weeks past their 16th birthday, to complete the 4 driving lessons we had pre-paid for. We had to cut holiday travel short for both Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas weekend to accommodate what little appointment availability there was. We were initially excited that Haman's could administer the road test in place of making an appointment at the Driver Services Center, however, our teen completed the required testing on December 26 and still has not received the required documentation to obtain their license. (It is now January 16th). We were told to expect about 5 business days for processing, and we expected a couple of extra processing days due to the state offices being closed on December 26 and January 2. Now school is back in session, and we are stuck scrambling to find transportation for our child. Today I was informed the standard turnaround time is 10 business days (not 5 business days), and probably longer due to the holidays. We would have gladly gone to the local driver services offices to obtain a license during the school break if we had been informed about the extra lag time. If we go that route now, it will involve missing school, which is frustrating since we planned all the timing around winter break.

Experiencia negativa: I have seen these instructors all over town with new students and all I see is them riding in the left lane when there's no one in the right lane how can the instructors teach people how to drive when they don't know how to drive themselves. Don't you know left lane is for passing only not cruising around...

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you so much for teaching my daughter how to drive! I recommend this place to anyone learning to drive. They provide 30 hours of classroom time and 6 to 10 hours worth of driving time. Great job!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so thank for Haman's New drivers, I took the class in December and really learned a lot , just finished all my lessons and took my driving test yesterday and did really well. Mr Lee is a wonderful instructor. Being able to have this opportunity really helped me with how nervous I was with being on the road. Thank you again Haman's New Drivers

Experiencia positiva: The teacher was really nice and helpful. They only offer one style of learning classroom wise. Slides, talks, videos and writing things down on worksheets. I wish they offered more of a variety. Also, the front desk lady has been very rude.

Experiencia fantástica: I loved my experience. Dr. Thompson was fantastic! He was very patient and very straight forward when I made a mistake. I would definitely recommend this class for your beginner drivers! Also make sure to take the test after the practice is over.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter completed her first individual driving lesson today. She had class at the very end of July and this is the first time we could get a lesson that matched up with school and ball schedules. She had not practiced driving other than in our local school parking lot multiple times and one very short drive on a 2 lane road. To say she was nervous about the driving she would be expected to do at the lesson would be the Understatement of the year. We arrived to meet Mr. Skinner, her instructor for the day. Ya'll, he was AMAZING!! He immediately sensed her anxiety and promotly put her mind at ease. He started with the parking lot, took her to two different neighborhoods and then had her drive a short distance down Hixson pike to Hamans. Mr. Skinner consistently was putting her at ease while not just having her drive, but making sure she was knowledgable of what to do and why. I have been a driver for 38 years and I learned so much. She left feeling accomplished, much more comfortable with driving, and eagar to practice.....but more importantly, she is no longer dreading going back. Thank you Mr. Skinner for everything you do. From a 31 year veteran High School teacher.....you are a truly gifted driving instructor. Haman's is lucky to have you. Thank you for making our day much brighter than we were it expecting it to be.

Experiencia fantástica: They did a great job showing my son the safety of driving and teaching him how to be safe on the road my son has autism and they did a excellent job explaining step by step to keep him safe I would recommend them and I will go back with my next son

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely awful. Paid for classes and driving instruction for my teen. Class was overfilled and it was impossible to book the actual driving instruction because the slots were all filled every time I looked online. If I called they'd just tell me to check back the next month because nothing was available. Took several months and hours of calling and constantly checking the website just to get one driving session booked. Gave up trying for a while, called back to schedule more and was told that I'd "waited too long" and would "have to pay for the entire thing again". If they'd had slots available and enough instructors to accommodate the students they booked in the class that might be understandable - but it wasn't our fault we couldn't schedule for months and months and months on end. Very, very disappointed to the point of actually feeling like we were scammed.

Experiencia negativa: Complete waste of time and money. And do not take Mister Skinner's class.

Experiencia fantástica: The one-on-one drive time was fabulous for my new driver. Instructor Thompson showed remarkable patience and knowledge for the rules of the road. He nurtured my daughter's confidence. This personalized instruction was certainly worth the cost of the class.
