Experiencia fantástica: JC was a great instructor, he thoroughly went over the rules and all the guidelines for proper usage and protocol, and a little exam right before the hands on training to recap everything we went over was perfect. The hands on training was very informative and useful and once again JC was on point with everything, 3 point contact enter and exit and always gave nudges in the right direction if we were ever straying too far off course. I'd recommend this place to anybody looking to get certified on operating or learning all the fundamentals of operating a forklift or just getting their license renewed as a refresher course never hurts anybody.

Experiencia fantástica: My friend and I had a wonderful time forklifting. Instruction was very thorough and the test is meant to help you understand the safety measures, not trick you into failing. Driving the forklift was incredibly exciting and possibly one of the highlights of my young adult life. We laughed, we cried, I lifted a pallet and placed it on a rack 10 feet off the ground. Great instruction, friendly staff, and procedures designed to make sure you understand exactly what to do and be safe while you’re at it.

The level of detail provided by David covered all the safety concerns and procedures one should follow when operating a forklift. David also went through the safety specifics of how to get on the forklift, how to drive it correctly, how to lift loads properly, how to observe potential safety issues while operating the forklift, and overall safety knowledge to keep yourself and pedestrians around you out of harms way. By the end of the session, I got the message loud and clear: ALWAYS be safe on this machine.
