Experiencia negativa: I have been coming here for the last 10 years and now that I came back again the lady at the front desk has horrible customer service. Can’t connect with her manager Cinthia. She basically avoids contacting her manager. Not recommended

Experiencia negativa: When I bought a 3 lesson package here, each for 2 hours, and the instructer came an hour and 30 minutes late during the second lesson. This would've been fine but he then told me he can't extend our time and that I would need to schedule with him on a Saturday specifically at 8am because that is the only time he has available outside of official hours. This was unprofessional and very inconvenient because I never had any available time as I work every weekend. So I decided to just leave it alone and took my remaining driving lesson. Today, after booking a driver/car for my DMV driving test(I did not learn how to drive through them as the lesson issue turned me off), when I walked in they told me that they didn't have any instructors in today and had cancelled the appointment. They said they called me yesterday. I didn't notice the call as I was working until 8pm last night. This was booked weeks in advance so they should have known they wouldn't have any instructors available. Calling one afternoon ahead to cancel is in my opinion way too late. I would not work with them again, and don't recommend anyone else do so unless you don't mind an unprofessional atmosphere.

Experiencia negativa: Representatives very rude and unprofessional. Same day cancelled driving lessons due to short staff/instructors. Not professsional at all to work with their customer.

Experiencia fantástica: Henry is the best instructor. He is very proffesional by having compassion for every student that he teaches. Not only is he patient, but also treats you as he would want to be treated. He reassures you when it is your time to take the test. Thank you Henry!

Thank you so much Henry and Ricardo for the good driving lessons and taking him to DMV for the test. My son and I are very happy with the result. Pleasure to do business with you guys. Experiencia negativa: I don't recommend them, they just want money..they don't help you at all what you need. Staff(s) are not nice at all , you talked to someone in the office they say different things.

Experiencia positiva: My son took his drivers Ed and passed the course on Jan 11th. We did not receive the certificate and it is January 22nd. I called the number on the website and Ricardo answered the phone. He was really rude. He gave me a 5 minute window to drive from Hacienda Heights to West Covina. He left before I got there and it took me 7 minutes. He would not answer my call. I called the number on the door after 10 minutes and Cynthia answered. She was amazing. She said they mailed the certificate on the 14th but she would head to the office and give me the certificate. If I judged the service off of Ricardo I would not recommend anyone here and give it 2 negative stars. However, the course was good and Cynthia was amazing that's why it gets 3 stars. If I judged it off of the course and Cynthia I would give 4.5 stars. My recommendation is to call or email once you complete the course to ensure the certificate gets mailed.

Experiencia negativa: They were courteous and professional, but they are in dire need of more diverse cars. All they had were small Toyotas-- not an accommodating school for *tall* students. I got a refund and went to California Driving School in Monterey Park, which has SUVs for learning.

Experiencia fantástica: My son had a great experience with driving lessons. I would recommend Ricardo he was very patient and nice but, I believe he is not giving lessons anymore and is getting ready to retire! When you have a student driver who is focused and ready to learn they do great and pass their test... I didn't want to go cheap on lessons they were reasonable, reputable and had good instructors so that's why my daughter now will be going there!

Experiencia fantástica: I went here back in 1999 for the driving service test where they teach you how to drive and pass the same day of the test and let you drive their car- I passed! Listen to the instructor. Mind you- I had alot of practice driving. I dont recommend for someone who has no concept of space around them or no concept of where or how the wheels are turned.

Experiencia negativa: Horrid! I would never recommend this to anyone. My expirience there was awful from the receptionist to the instructor. The receptionist was rude to both my mother and I , she did absolutely nothing to help me with a problem I had with my instructor she claimed he did nothing wrong and if anything my mother was to blame which made absolutely zero sense. In addition to the incident with the instructor he was also extremely chatty trying to make conversation with me about driving unrelated things , looking at his phone while I was behind the wheel , he didn't even give me the time I payed for . I payed for half of 6 hours and no refounds are given dispite the horrible service. And as if that where not enough my instructor cut my time short and didn't even sign my permit that says I completed 2 hours with him . Honestly , I urge everyone considering this place to spend their time and money wisely and go else where
