Experiencia fantástica: Susan was the sweetest person ever behind the front desk she answered all my questions and her and my instructor Brian made me feel calm and less nervous. My driving instructor Brian was the best and he was patient kind and he actually cared about me I couldn’t recommend a better driving school for drivers ed or your road exam they are the best ever!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Receptionists are so rude. I called to make an appointment, she told me to wait just a second and then hung up on me and they always have an attitude. Terrible customer service

Experiencia negativa: Acabo de llamar para pedir informes y la persona que me atendió parece perico, habla y habla pero cuando intentas preguntarle algo te habla en un tono de molestia como si no quisiera explicarte el proceso paso a paso, muy mala atención.

Experiencia negativa: Awful scheduling!!! For drive times it's all unorganized and unscheduled! They just call you to let you know about your drive time, theres nothing more that I hate than unorganized schedules! What if something came up and I couldn't take my son when they told me about the drive time? And pay a no show fee? No thank you. That's absolutely henious. Dont go here yall!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I enrolled my son there and have had great experience. They were very nice very efficient. They have limited drive times but if you just be patient, they will get to you.

Experiencia negativa: This is THE WORSE PLACE EVER!!@ My child has been enrolled in this school almost a year and has YET to complete her required hours...I call the "corporate office" and each time I am routed to the Altamesa School with no answers to my questions, with the main one being when can my daughter drive? I can hear the confused lady rambling through some papers and then offers one day a month!

Experiencia negativa: Don’t waste your time with this place!! Tried calling to ask for lesson prices and they were rude! They kept on telling me to call a disconnected phone number to get the price of the lessons. How hard can it be to just tell me the price?!

Experiencia negativa: Please do not sign your kids up for this location. They have minimum instructors available for drive time and they are unorganized and forgot they have your child scheduled. I wish I could receive a refund or someone had forewarned me. It has been a complete nightmare

Experiencia positiva: When I finished taking my lessons I was not informed on what to do next, they informed me later once I was drop off at the school to go to the DPS and later come back. My parents had to make an appointment and I am force to wait till February. I have to get my permit in the DPS and without it I can't start my driving lessons. I am stuck.

Experiencia fantástica: Best driving school experience ever. They don’t make it complicated. I finished the in class classes and now I’m currently finishing off my drive times to get my official license.

Experiencia positiva: At first I was having difficulty learning to drive because the first instructor I had was very disrespectful towards me and I felt nervous trying to drive.. he yelled at me every time I made the slightest mistake.. he didn't seem to have the patience to teach me both leasons I didn't with him he sighed throughout the lessons.. however the driving school switched me a different instructor Ms. Meadows for my other two lessons and she was wonderful!! So I did take my road test with the school and I passed!! So my point is it was a nice driving school besides the first driving instructor Mr. Derryberry. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Absolubly bad place. Paid 360 over a year to have my son's driving permit and still nothing they just took my money. Will report them to the Better Business Berau. Waste of money and time.

Experiencia negativa: By attending this institution, I have figured out a pattern in people. So it seems that people tend to become grumpier as they age. Particularly if they have a pitiful past. They begin to hate the world for something that may have been solely their responsibility and vent it out towards people(in this case the students) who had nothing to do with it and in the end take positions which are not very meritable (drivers ed teacher). This type of situation is clearly apparent in this place. However, it is important to understand that not everyone in here are insecure edlers who have life issues. Teachers like Mrs.Meadows and the counselers are quite good people in fact. This review merely warns the potential customer that if their child gets Mr.Derryberry, it is best to go somewhere else, and if this isn't reason enough, his attitude is further exacerbated by the braindead students who attend there.

Experiencia negativa: I took a course here when I was a teenager. It is a very unprofessional setting. The instructors have absolutely zero teaching and people skills. The only reason for going here was because, my father had to pay for my brother and I so, it fit the budget. If we knew how terrible this place was, we would have never gone. If you have the money, I recommend going to another driving school.
