Experiencia negativa: Please do not send your love ones to this place. The clients can leave and go as they please. Tech are too busy trying to be friends with clients. While other techs are sleep. My daughter never got any help at this place she didn’t have a chance. Pax billed her insurance and billed her as well. On top of that they told her that she need to pay outta pocket to stay there. The outcome for my daughter was not good. Please find another place. Until this day I haven’t heard from Pax regarding any sympathy or condolences.

Experiencia positiva: My daughter was here for a couple of months. It was promising at first. Her belongings were stolen by someone living with her. No communication from staff. Our insurance was billed 30,000. Now my daughter is back home and nothing has changed.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Pax Memphis in 2019. The facility was very nice, but the staff was the nicest part. I couldn’t say enough. Amanda walker is what really made this place great. Without her I wouldn’t have been as successful as I have been. Thank you pax but more importantly. Thank you Amanda

Experiencia fantástica: The techs here are amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything that you need. The houses are super comfortable and are a recovering addicts dream. This place most definitely helps recovering addicts and alcoholics get the level of care, support, and supervision that they need. This place has helped to slowly integrate me into society and helps to teach you how to live again without drugs and alcohol to function.

Experiencia fantástica: Pax recovery .i myself have been here going on me a month now .And it's a good program .I would recommend it to others .We do attend groups daily and do go to out side meeting .They are very careing and strong with our recovery .Our choices and wants actaully matter here to them and they will go out there way to make it happen for us.They do provide food card to us .N they will help you get food stamps .The houseing is amazing and the people here are cool .I haven't had any issuse while being here.The techs here have been in our shoes and wants nothing but the best from us .Thos is a great program and o came from Florida to be here .I haven't used or had any THOUGTHS of using .I would recommend this program .And there willing to help you once your ready to leave .They go above and beyond for us .All are very respectful .Go here if you need help .But like every good days you may have bad days and there are many to talk to here weather it's a tech or us ours selfs.

So glad I have people like Sean, Chastity, Amanda, Charlie, Judy, Zach, Kevin, Caleb, Jeb, Kaylin, etc. who love me and care about not only me, but helping me work this program! These people will come to the rescue even on their days off! You won’t find many places like that.. they definitely do not do it for the money. If you want help & are willing to go to any lengths to get it, this is the place for you!

Experiencia fantástica: When I called I was greeted by Kim who is the initial point of contact and she was very understanding of what I was going through and promptly got me in. Upon arrival to Pax, I was greeted by staff members who were very kind and compassionate and made sure all of my needs were addressed and met. All staff here go above and beyond all expectations, because most of them are in recovery themselves and understand what you are going through. Highly recommend giving this place a shot!

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been at Pax Recovery Center in Memphis Tennessee for around 6 months now and is doing very well . The staff there never gave up on him. They have gone above and beyond there way to help him. We have tried other treatment centers that just didn't seem to work. But after finding Pax Recovery center he seems to be on his way to a sober life. The staff there are very caring and compassionate. They have been in touch with me (his mom) through out his stay . He really likes it there and has made some friends. They helped him get a job which he really likes. I'm so glad we found Pax Recovery center in Memphis Tennessee. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is going through the struggles of a family member suffering from addiction of any kind. My family seems to be finally healing.

Experiencia negativa: From a family members point of view...this has been the most heart breaking and disrespected experience of my life. There’s been little to no communication except calls for money from the facility. I didn’t know if my son was alive or dead or still there. No progress reports. The first time I was allowed information from the therapist I was verbally attacked and accused of things I didn’t do.....believing the addict and not the person who would do anything to help. This is a high priced black hole to put your money in. No appreciation for choosing them. No attempt in any way shape or form to please or comfort or work together. Doubt they’ve heard of team work or working toward integrating an addict back to a family situation. Seems my son only became more agitated and confused and angry once entering there. Very sad.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever. Employed a racist house manager who gave clients other people's meds including controlled ones. Every single person has relapsed that went there except for me and 1 other. Allowed clients to have drugs in sober houses. Also if you want to sneak a man in through a window or back door, this is your place. Did not set up any follow up care for me. Only saw the doctor twice and my therapist 3 times in 3 months.

Experiencia fantástica: This place saved my life! I have been shown tough love which is crucial to my recovery because as an addict, I will bs anyone who leads me to believe I can get away with it. I feel super safe which is great compared to where I came from. It’s so nice to have guidance as I figure out how to live a sober life. Scot truly cares about the people part of this program & it shows that he’s not here just to work, but to shape us into a functioning members of society with self respect.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to treatment before and always felt that I could get away with whatever I wanted. Being younger Then the rest I felt out of place.. The house is run really strict it’s what I needed. Scott doesn’t take anything and it’s what I need. I look up to him. He’s leading me in the right direction and I appreciate him and this treatment very much. This is definitely the place for me.

PAX Memphis been straight forward with me helping me put my recovery first. Scott, the director of housing, has also helped by making sure everything I needed was taken care of, that way I can focuse on my recovery and not worry about the little things.

Experiencia fantástica: PAX Memphis is a wonderful new recovery center in Memphis. The staff are all such caring, wonderful, and giving of themselves to help patients. They are compassionate and very senstive to patients' individual and group needs! The staff takes care of all required insurance company requirements and paperwork which helps the patient focus on recovery. I highly recommend PAX Memphis to anyone interested in successful recovery.
