Experiencia negativa: Instructors are very nice and helpful on driving skills. The classroom products and instruction are terrible. Instructors simply read slides to you and several times the material is very different from the very small booklet you are provided. When a question is asked about it they simply read the slide again. It's very sad to pay $1000 to have sub par materials.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this school and grateful that I had Mike, RJ and Billy where I gather what I needed to pass and obtained my CDL'S I rated this school at a 2 because the above names don't get the credit they deserve. The trucks always had issues everyday, not enough seat time due to these issues and big classes. Although Mrs. Tammy can be sweet but too much and really need to let them teach while she do classroom . And what they don't tell you is the challenge of employment once completed unless your going into business for yourself. Never once did a recruiter come and neither do they have companies willing to hire out of Fleetforce without 3 months-2yr experience and that sucks, whike other truck schools have that option. They will send a list but again the experience needed for any to hire you And still haven't recieved my certificate of completion. But good luck to others

This school is a mess all the trainers all over the place everybody tell you something different for every maneuver SMH, can they all be on the same page. I came here to learn not keep getting pushed away by the instructors.. It's 3 females in this class and they help the guys more than the girls. They act like they aggravated with us for not knowing . Highly don't recommend this location.

Experiencia negativa: I took the CDL class here and I’ve sent so many from Panama City to test in niceville and we’ve all had the same issues nobody is teaching the females.. Like they only for the males and that’s not right at all .. I can say if it wasn’t for Diesel I wouldn’t have learned anything and now he’s gone I fear for my friend .. Not only do they only help the males out they only help the ones that’s getting it not the ones that struggle that’s not right either .. so my friend did the mock test and they said she can’t move forward when they started doing it like that ? And I feel she’s not even getting trained so there’s no way she will pass she needs help just like everybody else it’s 3 girls there they need helpppp..A lot of people sacrifice a lot just to even come to this school a lot of money spent and nobody want waste if they not getting taught the right way

Experiencia negativa: This will be a great school If the lead instructor would actually do there job and stop putting things off and pay attention to the student, I commend diesel for taking time out and helping me and training me. He has great communication skills and a lot of patience. There were so many days tammy had me in a jackknife according to the Picture you can see why I was in that Position

Experiencia fantástica: I attended this CDL course from April 29th to May 24th, 2024, and successfully passed my exam on May 24th, 2024. Instructors: The course had a mix of instructors throughout. Initially, we had one instructor for the first two days, followed by a change due to training commitments. Eventually, five trainers stayed with us for the entire four weeks. The training team was diverse in teaching styles, which suited different learning needs. Thank you, Tammy, Diezel, Mike, RJ, and Wayne you were all great. Class Dynamics: We were a group of 18 students, spanning various ages and backgrounds, which made for a rich learning environment. Initially split into two groups based on alphabetical order, we covered both theoretical and practical aspects of the course. Training Materials: The course content primarily relied on videos and practical exercises rather than textbooks. We received a printed pre-trip section of an 80-page manual and used quiz packets for assessments. Practical Training: The hands-on experience was intensive. We practiced pre-trip inspections and driving maneuvers, despite initial equipment challenges. Despite setbacks like a truck malfunctioning, the instructors managed logistics well with shaded areas and provided essentials like Fleet Force reusable water bottles and access to filtered water. Instructor Styles: Each instructor brought unique strengths to the table. Some were direct and interventionist, while others took a more nurturing approach. Personal challenges like my new need for glasses while driving were accommodated with patience and support. Road Experience: My road instructor was particularly patient, which was crucial as I initially struggled with confidence. Additional ride-along sessions helped me understand practical nuances, significantly boosting my confidence. Outcome: Out of 18 students, one was dismissed for misconduct, and three didn't pass the final exam. The three were able to re-exam and passed, to my knowledge. Despite the challenges, I am immensely grateful for the course's structure, the dedication of the instructors, and the camaraderie among students. Together, we navigated the intense pace and supported each other's success. Conclusion: I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a fast-paced, hands-on training experience. It's demanding but incredibly rewarding for those committed to mastering the skills required. The photos I added are spread sheets I created from information given during the course. And they are probably more legit and thorough than about anywhere. Stick to the curriculum they give and the videos they have you study and just show up. You got it

Experiencia fantástica: Professional instructors and very knowledgeable and what they are talking about. The instructors let me learn at my own pace and style. I was nervous about backing semis but with the help of everyone they explained the concepts I got it down super quick. It was a really fun environment where the people who want to learn succeed! I would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Fleetforce instructors in Niceville, FL are absolutely incredible . Each instructor genuinely wants all students to pass and caters to your weak areas. Diversity makes a big difference because students are able to grasp/gravitate to one or more teaching methods. Instructors Diezel, Tammy, RJ and Hank have worked together with a large 15 member class and handled it with laughs, ease and a “ you can do it ” attitude. I am proud to say I received my CDL from here and would recommend everyone to learn from the best teachers .

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re meant to be a truck driver, you’ll learn everything you need to know at this school. The lead trainer, Diezel, is entertaining and gracious. He’ll patiently explain the same thing over and over until you understand. The classroom instructor, RJ, is a charismatic individual who makes the classroom portion go by as fast as humanly possible(not an easy task btw). The official tester, Tammy, is a lovely woman who anyone would be lucky to know as a person. Tough but fair. To awake in the mornings for my taste tho. The other instructors, Hank and Kevin, were also extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Fun individuals to be around which helps with the boredom that inevitably pops up from time to time. You get out what you put in as with any challenge in life. Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: If I could rate Fleetforce in Niceville 10 out of 10, I would. Ok, so I'm extremely late with my review. My last day of school was December 15th, and I tested out on December 16th. I was a nervous wreck through the whole process, but the Fleetforce team was nothing but amazing through every step. Miss Tammy made sure it felt like home, and she was so easy to talk to about things you're going through.. The instructors (RJ,Diezel, Kevin, and Hank) know what they are doing and will push you to your potential... But I have to take my hat off to Diezel. This man went through something we've all gone through in life by losing a loved one. But he still stayed the rest of the week to make sure his students didn't miss a beat. I have watched him run the whole pad( with all 4 trucks) by himself and didn't even break a sweat.. lol he has patience like no other. Thank you guys for making my 4 weeks there amazing. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for allowing me to be a sponge and soak up the knowledge that yall gave me.

I had a little car issues my last week and they made sure I made it to school which I greatly appreciate because they went out of their way to make me successful. They are patient and walk you through your training to make sure you're obtaining basic knowledge and skills you'll need on the road. They were good about adapting their teaching style to my specific learning style. I really enjoyed my time there. It is a great school and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to obtain their CDL. Experiencia fantástica: I'm a former truck owner/operator who needed to upgrade my CDL to a Class A. The Federal regulations make it difficult to achieve this. Fleet Force in Niceville removed that difficulty by hiring seasoned professional truck drivers who are personable. They have the knowledge to teach any person on how to safely operate a semi tractor trailer that has no experience. You will learn backing maneuvers that you thought were impossible for you to accomplish. I'll be moving forward with much knowledge gained.
