Experiencia negativa: Very slow and long time waiting I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service went in to register a new vehicle under my name didn’t have the actual mileage from the previous owner they told me they could go in the dmv & take care of it for me, just would be an extra charge I said that’s fine as long as it’s taken care of NEVER got it taken care of I went in end of October 2024 didn’t receive my pink slip till May 2025 & didn’t even show the actual mileage waited all of those months for nothing mind you my tags expired in February & couldn’t pay it off till I received my pink slip so they made that another issue for me. The owner then said he could look more into me getting my refund on the extra charge & never got back to me. They also didn’t help at all with the situation I had to call different numbers to figure out what was going on for months when I went into their business so they could take of it for me that’s what I paid them for right?

Experiencia fantástica: I needed to register a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) and couldn't find much information online. I didn't want to take time off work, go back and forth to the DMV to figure out how to get it registered, and deal with DMV. Pram figured out what I needed and took care of VIN verification and getting all the paperwork needed. Saved me the hassle and the headache.

Experiencia fantástica: I dont even know where to start except these guys are awesome and know what they are doing! I bought a truck that was from Washington but registered in California 5 years ago but someone messed up where the license plate was pulling up a different vin number so I could not switch the title to myself. I went to literally 5 different places and nobody could figure out what happened or what to do except one other location that was going to charge me up the ying yang and not even give me plates or tags on the spot. After finding these guys they knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done quick and came in $300 cheaper then what I was last quoted and even got plates and tags on the spot so saved even more there! These guys not only saved me money and they pulled me out of a horrible nightmare that lasted for 2 weeks and going to multiple locations, PLUS if you have a hectic work schedule like myself they are open on Saturday! If I could give them 10 stars I would, if you need any dmv services go to these guys I promise you wont be disappointed!

Experiencia negativa: When you go into the establishment theres a weird look from the 3 guys that work there. They throw the sales pitch of $250.00 dollar fee but when its said and done they charge you almost $600.00 dollars and they won't show you any paper work from the DMV, they think they make it hard to sue them once you find out there scamming people. But we will see!
