Experiencia fantástica: Our youngest daughter had a bad experience with her driving test at another place which will remain unnamed (in Hudsonville). This added greatly to her tension and anxiety. We gave her another 30 days of driving while we looked at all the other options available for driving tests. Fleet had good reviews and, once I called and spoke with Jayyddin Ring, I had the best feeling and booked a date/time for a driving test. Jayyddin told me she had the perfect driving instructor for our daughter. Also you provide your own vehicle, unlike the other place, and my daughter was very familiar and comfortable with ours, of course. Finally the big day arrived and we went there and met Kim Merwin, a soft-spoken guy, and I instantly felt at ease -- but even more important, my daughter did. After the preliminaries they took off for parallel parking and backing up, then the road test. I didn't go as she's already 18. She came back grinning from ear- to- ear and started she passed the test! Kim gave her a few pointers, signed her documents and we were on our way! Thank you, Jayyddin and Kim. Top notch customer service and professionalism! Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I took a standard road test for my license. The instructor was very clear in his expectations and was easy to understand. They also had a good course set up and ready to go to take care of the parking and skills portion of the test. 10/10 service would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended! We had wonderful customer service and the guy running the test was patient with my teenager. Even though she missed a turn during the instruction, he was very kind and explained to her what she did wrong. For a nervous teen, the last thing they need is a rude instructor...We tried Integrity Driving in Hudsonville prior to Fleet and the instructor never even greeted us and was extremely rude. Go here instead!

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately I don't remember my examiners name but I had a great experience here taking my road test. Having an instructor that is welcoming and a good communicator helps so much with this whole process because you don't want someone who is rude from the start because that makes you nervous which you don't want, you want to feel comfortable which I did with my instructor. He explained everything thoroughly and gave you tips on how to become better. I had taken my first road test at Century driving school, this was my second test at Fleet compliance and such a major difference I could tell, I would recommend coming here to take a test for whatever you need to take it for.

Experiencia fantástica: After having an unpleasant experience at another driver skills test facility near me, I decided I would give Fleet Compliance Group a go. I was skeptical at first, but it was relatively easy to schedule a time to take my auto road skills test. When I arrived, the secretary asked for a photo ID (not sure why, it's not a requirement of the state to have when taking the test), I didn't have mine. I was able to take the test anyways and was greeting by my examiner, Kim. He was pretty laid-back which helped put me at ease. Needless to say, I passed the test. Overall, I had a decent experience with Fleet Compliance Group and would definitely recommend them over the competition. The one piece of advice I will give to those wishing to take the test is to try clarifying directions if you're not 100% sure you're going to turn on the correct road.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled my son for a driving test on September 3, 2019. A week or so before that day they called and said they needed to reschedule because nobody would be there that Tuesday. They said maybe we can schedule him for that Saturday, I'll call you back. I'm the meantime I had 3 back surgeries. Yesterday I called to see if he was scheduled for this Saturday. They said no he's not scheduled but we can schedule him for the September. So, they scheduled him for a day they couldn't do the test, dropped the ball on rescheduling, then won't reschedule for another month. Obviously they don't care about anyone but themselves cause they wouldn't make an exception and squeeze him. I call BS

Experiencia fantástica: A few days ago I took my driving skills test at FCG, for my first license. Now, when choosing FCG for my driver's test, I was admittedly a bit skeptical for a few reasons. First, the company is obviously primarily geared toward CDL training and workshops, geared of course to semi and truck drivers. I didn't know what to make of that as far as its impact on my driving test experience, but I went ahead with it. I've had some issues with overly harsh/rude/etc driving instructors and staff, so that made things a lot worse as far as my nerves and skepticism went. But, FCG was a pleasant surprise throughout the whole process. I registered for my test over the phone and they were able to get me in the same week, which was big for me. The woman I talked to over the phone to register with was incredibly nice and worked with me politely. On the day of the test I was still pretty apprehensive, but once again I was greeted with friendly faces and a cozy waiting room as they sorted through paperwork. I then met the guy who would be my examiner - unfortunately I can't quite remember his name. But, right from the get-go, he was incredible too. He was kind, patient, and made me feel right at home which contributed a lot to my ability to remain calm and drive like I know how to. I also get the sense that he, and FCG as a whole, was very much committed to seeing me succeed in getting my license, and become a better driver overall. I really appreciated having an examiner with an attitude like his - he was more concerned about evaluating my driving skills and reading into them to see where I could improve and become a safer, better driver. Another specific thing I'd seen in the reviews is that people weren't allowed to use their backup cameras on the test, which was not my experience - I was allowed to use it. The only real negative thing I can think about is I would've loved it if they had an online registration system, but it was absolutely worth the extra effort to call and set up the appointment - and that process was by no means difficult. So overall, FCG absolutely exceeded my expectations for a driving skills test and they will definitely have our family's business and recommendations when it comes to drivers tests and CDL work in coming years! Thank you for a great experience, FCG! TL;DR: FCG is an incredible place to take your driving skills test, even though they're primarily a CDL/trucking education company. The staff, from the receptionists to my examiner, were all very kind and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend FCG!

Experiencia negativa: All they want is your moneyi have tolked with several people and have herd the same thing if you donttake there cdl driving school they will not pass youthe first time you go for a combination road skills and inspection test dont ever go there. I rented there truck and thefirsttruck would notpass theair brake portion off the test paid fora goodtruck and gotjunk

Experiencia negativa: We took our son here for his driving test, when he was in the car for the parking portion he was told he couldn't use the backup camera - our camera is part of the rearview mirror. The instructor didn't help figure anything out and my son was panicked and tried to park without using the mirror, which or course, is impossible. As a result, he was failed on the spot. My husband called and spoke with Bobbi to get some clarification and help, she was of zero help and hasn't even returned our phone calls. We wanted our son to be tested again at no charge or to have our money refunded as we do not feel the instructor handled things properly, no one has helped us and won't even let us go beyond speaking with Bobbi. I definitely do NOT recommend taking your teenager to this company for testing, seems they're only out to make a buck and don't care at all for the people they are suppose to be in business to serve.
