Experiencia negativa: Scam company, don’t be like me I failed to look at the reviews before I payed my money, they pray on people in bad driving situations and take advantage of them having them take classes that they don’t need to reinstate their license. Then anfter they’ve overcharged you for courses you don’t need. When I asked to use a car to take my driver test, they said I had to pay another hundred plus dollars!

Experiencia negativa: They make you pay to have access to a calendar to schedule your own classes, but there were never any classes available. When you call, they won’t tell you that there’s no drivers available. When you then cancel because it’s impossible to get a lesson, you have to pay a fee. I tried this place twice, two different years.

Experiencia negativa: This place should change their name and leave professional off. I have had a family member show up twice, be the only one there so they didn't t do the class. Since they don t have sign up you have to take your chances. The opposite of professional.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst place !!!! So rude and it takes forever to complete because of their availability!!! Professional driving school? What a joke!!!! You have to check website everyday to see whats available have to go to different locations I wish I sent my son somewhere else! I would never recommend this place to anyone! I also reported them to BBB!!! The staff is so rude!!!!!! They had my son do maneuver ability one time they have hardly any classes in the after noon all hours during school time

Experiencia negativa: It is so ironic because the place is so unprofessional. I had Mr. Fowler! He was a terrible terrible instructor. He is unsafe. He kept forgetting stuff. He forgot to literally had me check my mirrors. I highly suggest you do not take this with Fowler. He called his girlfriend while I was in the car with him. He had me park at a stop sign so he could tell me about his book. The man is unstable in we have to do something about it. He yelled at you and didn’t teach you. He didn’t know I was going on. Experiencia negativa: I had to cancel my classes the day after I purchased because the website does not let you see availability until AFTER you pay for it. Once on, it shows you that there is availability on the BTW schedule and no availability for the next two months when you go to schedule. I called the office to ask if there was a mistake and the receptionist cut me off and told me “that’s because you have to wait for them to open up availability” and hung up. I called again asking for a refund because my driving test was already scheduled for the following month. The receptionist was so rude, cutting me off, not listening to concerns, leaving me on hold for long periods at a time, and hanging up before making sure that all my concerns were addressed. When she processed my refund, she did not tell me that it would take a week to process. Today, I called to check in to make sure that the refund was processed and a different woman answered the phone. She was sweet and wonderful but that woman who usually answers is super rude and has no grasp of the attitude and patience a receptionist should have. This place has 2 stars for a reason. P.S. Try reading your reviews and stop charging people so much for a service that people take nothing away from besides BTW trauma.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter had an in car scheduled with Tammy. She decided to have my daughter wait while she stood outside, talked on her phone arguing with someone and smoked a cigarette. She gets in the car decided my daughters shoes were not good enough and cancelled the lesson. VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and lazy!

Experiencia negativa: Avoid Mr Fowler at all costs!!!!!!!!! I have lived in the big city my entire life. I recently moved to Cleveland and had to get my licence. To prepare I bought the premium package - 10 hours of in car lessons then the instructor will drive you to your previously scheduled class. Here are a few tidbits of what happened. 1) He yelled at me over the phone for missing my 8am class saying he was at my door. I wasn't home because my class was at 10am!!! Given he double booked some poor kid sat in the back seat for my entire lesson. 2) Every day we spend at least 45 minutes of lesson time either at McDonalds or parked on the side of the road as he takes calls 3) Of the 6 times he's picked me up, he has only been on time once! Meaning I'm supposed to be home by 12pm for work, however it would be as late as 2 pm before I got home. 4) Twice I saw poor kids leaving his car in tears. 5) He will literally grab the wheel from you, creating more havoc than needed 6) He can;t remember what you did last class. I went on the freeway my first lesson 7) A kid missed her actual driving test because he was late to pick her up. 8) Cherry on the cake. To avoid that he would miss my drivers test, I called him the evening before and the morning to remind him. When he showed up he refused to take me to my lesson saying we don;t have enough time. So I had to reschedule. 9) When I took the test there were things we did that we never did in the "10 hours of driving time" I can't state this enough. Avoid this company. Or at the very least, avoid this man. He's 80 years old and unfortunately can't keep track of his day-to-day schedule. I'm all for seniors working, but this is irresponsible and dangerous.

Experiencia negativa: Overall 4 hour class and 4 hours behind the wheel were good, when I had to go test with Mr.Fowler it was horrible he was rude acted like he was my father called me names !!!! I reported the problem and all they said was......... NOTHING!!!!!! George was a good instructor that I had behind the wheel! All I can say is don’t take your test with Fowler he will downgrade you before you even test! I would recommend this school just not Fowler!!

Experiencia fantástica: Sue taught my class and was the most delightful surprise. I thought I was in for a mundane, boring, disinterested driving class. Sue made this class not only informative but interesting and fun. She is a professional and has invaluable experience driving both personally and for a living. The things I learned during this class will stick with me for life.

Experiencia negativa: You pay a lot of money to get Cheated. I was not taught maneuverability until my very last session. Then when I asked hey kept saying next session. They are okay people, but it's not worth the money you pay to not learn maneuverability. If you do choose a instructor Alonzo and Rafat are the top two. Then when I asked about my maneuverability they said I have received my money's worth bcuz I did maneuverability 1 time out of 1 session

Experiencia negativa: Garbage service. The phone receptionist (lady) is so rude. She literally put me on hold for 5 minutes without answering my questions. They don't care about customer. They only want money. I was going to take this call oj well thanks to the rude receptionist, I will be going to different driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Professional driving school to anyone who needs s remedial driving class, Sue was the instructor and she took her time & answered any questions the class had. Very polite, informative, easy to follow. Thank you again Sue!
