Experiencia negativa: I called to.inquire about driving lessons for my daughter who lives in Utica. I live in Richester, where driving schools are plentiful Moreover, was going to pay for her lessons , however way they accepted payments. I understand the pandemic has had an impact on businesses, but the very least they could have done was called me. After a few weeks, I emailed them using their website to do so, and still no answer. Sadly, they have no competition., which may explain why they have poor customer . I read a response from the owner who claims his secretary answers rings during business hours, however I have been calling for six months and no answer.As'I have mentioned, if they had competition, they would improve their customer services.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service. I tried placing a driving lesson that cost around $80 dollars. They told me to send a text message to a number with my 5 hour course certificate (which I did) and a text message that I want to schedule a driving lesson. They call back telling me that they scheduled a road test for which cost $180. I repeatedly told that guy that I wanted a driving lesson with the $80 cost. That person was rather impatient and rude especially when they were in the wrong when I clearly indicated what services I wanted. Afterward, I tried calling them and was immediately sent to the voicemail with no ringing in between (an indication my number was blocked). I tried calling them with a different number and was able to get the ringing and then sent to voicemail. I strongly advice anyone who wants a good service and experience with getting your license to avoid this place. They want to charge to extra for services you don't need and will rudely serve you when you don't want the service they force on you. Again do not use their service and please look at other negative reviews.

Experiencia negativa: I doubt that you guys are in real business. I called the number in last December and I was called back and told that to call back in March. So, I kept trying to call since March till now. Reached to voice mail and never get a call back. Tried to go in person to Genessi office and nobody answered the ring. Tried so many times and last Saturday, luckily one guy answered the bell in office and told me to keep calling that number, no one is answering or calling back.

Experiencia negativa: Off and on I have called the phone number for about a year, they have never answered. I always left a message, they never returned a phone call. I genuinely question if this is a real business or perhaps went out of business but after this long who cares?

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic, David is an incredible instructor. He was incredibly calm and patient with me. Gave me more driving tips in an hour than I've learned in months, can't wait for the next lesson

Took the day off work and drove 30 minutes away and the instructor said they couldn't do my road test bc the date looked like it was ALTERED and like it had a 7 under the 8 of 2018 and they are making me pay for a third road test which they should be paying for bc it wasnt even my fault. Horrible place. Rude people.

Experiencia negativa: Our son took his 5 hour class here. No complaints about the class itself. He learned Alot and did well. Our main complaint is that he lost his certificate. He called the school and they hand wrote a new one however charging him $35 is outrageous. The class itself was $50 so for a certificate to be nearly as much is insane. Horrible customer service on your end. I will be telling everyone I know about your ways and so on.

Experiencia fantástica: Bernie and his son were both incredible instructors. They were honest, so very patient, thorough, and gave advice only experienced instructors could give. They are wonderful at figuring out your trouble points, and will help you resolve them. They are experts through and through. Would recommend to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: These trainers on the road are looking for perfection. My boys drive the dodge work truck and drive my RV just fine and they were both failed. Our tax dollars at work!

Experiencia negativa: This is by far the worst company for five hour courses!!!! They are VERY RUDE!!! Help me start the petition and end their career of making fun of people and not treating us and our kids as we deserve!!! This is America! When you don't like something you change it!!!! Help me change the way these ignorant, arrogant people treat us!!!
