Experiencia fantástica: Janine was a great instructor and I learned a lot from this driving school. Made me feel very comfortable and ready for the road test.

Experiencia negativa: The course was simple and easy to use but I paid extra for my certificate to be emailed and I did not receive a copy. I patiently waited 24 hours as the website says "courses completed after 3pm will receive the certificate next day." After 48 hours I called to confirm and the woman on the phone said she sent it again. I did not receive it. I checked my spam and nothing was there. When I called back and asked her to please confirm the email address she had on file for me she said it incorrectly and when I corrected her she said "yes, that's what I have." After multiple attempts of her "sending" me the email with the PDF, I said maybe there is an error in the email as I am not receiving it and she said she could not repeat the email to me and that it was incorrect and that's why I am not receiving the email. She said she could direct me to an 800 number. I explained very politely that this is frustrating as I paid for an expedited service and the incorrect email is likely the issue. I asked if we can please just confirm the email address once more since it was repeated to me incorrectly the first time. She proceeded to provide the 800 number for me instead of just working with me to update my email address. She actually told me "I have to go" and hung up on me. The email being incorrect was proven to be the issue after I called the 800 number. I was extremely polite and this is horrible customer service for a VERY simple fix. I do not like to leave negative reviews but to hang up on a customer who is paying a fee for a service instead of using your problem solving skills is unacceptable. Poor customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: Last week I had the pleasure of taking lessons at Avanti Auto Driving School.My instructor was Janine and she was a fantastic instructor. She helped me get over my nerves, build skills quickly and gain the confidence to drive in traffic and at the speed limit.She is kind and respectful, but very serious about developing skilled ,safe drivers. I can’t recommend her enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Writing this on behalf of my partner, Mia. She's had a license for several years but did not take to driving because we lived in Miami, where the motorists are NUTS! lol She started driving again and wanted some refresher lessons with a professional. Janine was perfect for the job! She's fun, talkative and puts her students at ease and instills confidence with her demeanor and approach. Within a couple of lessons Mia was on I-95, changing lanes and passing 18-wheelers. Thanks to Janine for her help!

Experiencia negativa: Rudest owner ever. I tried to book an appointment for my child. The owner was argumentative and insulting the entire phone call. It’s as if she doesn’t want business. Do NOT use them. I would never allow my child in a car with these people. Edit: To answer the response given. Completely inaccurate. When I was asked questions I responded. I told her I just got back from Hospice and a family member is dying and I work 12 hours a day. That I could look it up and find out who the driving school was but I would rather have my child just do the one lesson with them. I could very much answer. I said I didn’t know if it was good enough to pass exam because It isn’t my job and I wanted a professional to verify because my child took lessons a year ago and had been in a car accident and had only been driving about 6 months and did not drive right after their lessons. She was so rude and insulting so I told her forget it and hung up. I called back to ask for the owner and she claims it’s her snd pretended the phone didn’t work saying “hello” “hello” I never used any foul language at all. I tried calling a few times and every time she pretended the phone was broken. I read in another review she did the same thing. The woman lies and is crazy. Stay away.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I would have read the other google reviews before ever hiring this company. The woman who I spoke to on the phone trying to resolve an issue did exactly what others have complained about including being rude and ultimately hanging up on me. Not worth my time to go into the details of what happened but do yourself a favor and use the other well known driving school in South Florida. They are amazing and run their business understanding how important customer service is as opposed to this company.

Experiencia negativa: I was looking for a driving school and I called in 01/18/2021 at 3:20 and got a call back at 3:32pm. I decided to be part of it and getting my driving practice. The Lady on the phone was very very rude and mad she start yelling and screaming in the phone because she was not available to write done my email address. I was repeating it 3 times and she still didn’t get it. I was saying something else and she was writing something else. She started telling me how supposed to be a email address, and I say to her You are telling me about my email address. And she said look for another school. I ask her to speak to the supervisor she said to me I’m the “BOSS HERE” hope she was not the boss. She hang up the phone by saying I’m the Boosss!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I took a driving test today and passed on my first try. Ivan was very helpful, helped me to review road rules and did a practice test before the real driving test which gave me the confidence that i can do it. I highly recommend taking driving lessons with Ivan. It doesn't matter if you already know driving and want to review or polish some of your driving skills, or this is your first time driving, he is very patient and calm while explaining it to you.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm very thankful that someone recommended Avanti to me. I'm 27 years old with very little driving experience since a major accident years ago, but I decided it was time to really learn the ropes again and regain total confidence. Mark did a fantastic job across the board, teaching me everything from parking to highway driving over the course of three fun 90 minute lessons together. It was a great experience and I will be forever grateful to Mark (and Paula) for their kindness and flexibility over the phone and guidance on the road. Here's to being the better driver! Highly recommended! :)

Experiencia fantástica: Paula is absolutely the best! She has helped both of my children learn to drive. Recently, I had an issue that would require driving school but there were two tickets at the same time. My concern was that you can only do driving school for one. She gave wonderful advice that the court house agreed will probably solve the problem. Fingers crossed, court date is in April. She also made it effortless for us to set up the traffic school for one of the infractions, and it was very reasonably priced. Finally, I was having a hard time trying to schedule my daughter's driving exam in Delray, Paula said, "No worries, I can do it for you now," and got us an appointment on my daughter's birthday at 3:30 in the afternoon. THANK YOU so much. Paula goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to be of assistance. I highly recommend Avanti Driving School!

Experiencia negativa: AWFUL! THIEVES!! was so thrilled to have found this seemingly wonderful driving school for my daughter. I paid in full for 3 1.5 hour lessons of which my daughter used one. I called to reschedule and Paula was horribly rude, ended up hanging up on me and refusing to reschedule the lessons. I called her back to discuss and she pretended as though she couldn't hear me and hung up again. So now she has my money and my daughter has no driving lessons. Do not trust your money to this rude and terribly run establishment.

Experiencia fantástica: I know Erin C. and her review is very "dishonest".. Erin was bragging how she put them in their place just because they couldn't accommodate their her needs. So I'm setting the record straight. Erin was the only one actually disrespectful to the school to "Paula" because at the last minute, she wanted to set up driving lessons and the school had other commitments with other kids in the time that she wanted for her lessons.. Erin should be ashamed of herself.. I used Avanti for both my kids were very professional and Paula was great..

Experiencia negativa: Worst Driving school i have ever experienced. !! There is a receptionist there named “Paula” if you ever talk to her. She is very disrespectful and does not understand the needs of others. Literally had a time where i needed an appointment last min.- but was going to wait a month... Luckily got the lesson the day before, had to reschedule due to family matters.. Literally said "I will cancel..but don't call again- find another school". That was the first time i cancelled ever at the school, not a newbie there. Not recommend to anyone. No good customer relations. No consideration whatsoever.
