First ABC Driving School

Experiencia fantástica: Would absolutely recommend First ABC Driving School. Esther was the best. She was very helpful to my daughter to help prepare her for her test. She was on time and classes were finished in one week.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had my son take driving lessons. She gets it done all in one week, which i feel was nice because lessons reinforced without time to forget. Other schools do 2 hours weekly, which might work better for you, individual choice on that. She comes to you, you use her car, i stalked my kids location while he was out and he went All over the area, not just a repetitive route. This is a straightforward, get in car hours done experience. My son did the online class through one of the online places nearby and then the in car with her. She rotates the area she's in week to week so you'll have to schedule based on when she's in your area. I'm not sure what she does if you're more than a city or so away. We called in mid June and had about a month wait, but I'm sure schedule vary.

My Son really felt so comfortable with her. She also made sure i was still taking him out to drive. she made sure if was prepared . Esther is Awesome!! You will not be disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give zero stars! I read the great reviews and felt like this school would be great for my son so I called to sign him up. I called in early June.The instructor Esther seemed pretty on top of things-had us enroll online for the classroom part (2cool driving school-which we did, and my son completed in a timely manner) and she scheduled us for every Saturday in September from 11am-1pm while on the phone. I texted her our info that same day at her request and she responded "ok" so I assumed that everything was set. She even called me back a couple days later asking us if he had any friends in the area so she could get them in after his in-car instruction (good thing we didnt!). That should have been it right? No. Per her request, I tried contacting her (both called and texted) 2 weeks and then 1 week before his first scheduled in car instruction. No response. I finally did get a hold of her later on Saturday (the week before his in car was supposed to start) and she acted like she had no idea who we were! He was not on her schedule. She kind of remembered after I told her our location and apologized and said she'll be out of town the 1st week of September but his first in car will be Sept 10th 4pm-6pm and she'll text me that night the rest of his schedule. She never texted me! I've tried contacting her since, both calls and texts, and have gotten no response. I'm pretty upset we have wasted all of these months waiting on someone who is so utterly unprofessional and flaky. I guess its for the best- I mean, if she can't even keep her schedule straight or return calls or text then its not someone I'd like my son to have "instruction" from anyways ‍♀️. I decided to call elsewhere and we were lucky we were able to get in car times from another school just in time for him to be able to take his driving exam when he turns 16. Steer clear of this "driving school", they are not professional and will waste your time!

She quickly got us on her schedule, and then was more than accommodating when we had to reschedule. My son enjoyed driving with her, and from the lessons he has been giving me while I'm driving, I know he learned a lot

A Woman answers sounding bothered and after asking am I an adult or teen immediately asked have she spoke with me before I stated this is my first time ever calling she then sarcastically replies God bless you honey. I immediately hung up to avoid tasting the lemons that got her her bitter this morning.
