Experiencia negativa: Go ANYWHERE but here. My daughter went here to take the Segment II test, completed and passed it. A red flag went up when my daughter texted me and said they had "lost her test," before we even left the building and she would have to retake it. (??) She got 1/2 way through the 2nd test before they "found" her test and sent us on our way. We were assured we would have email notification within 24-72 hours. After a week went by, we called the customer service #. We were cut off twice before talking to a person so we left messages. We were excited when they actually called back and the person said they were looking for my daughter's certificate -- but then they HUNG UP on her! About an hour later, the certificate appeared in my daughter's email -- with no word from the company that it was forthcoming or any explanation for the delay. We had to reschedule her road test and Sec. of State appointment, but at least we finally got it (which is why I rated them a 1 and not a 0). If you feel like you aren't experiencing enough stress and aggravation in your life, then this is the place for you.

Experiencia negativa: Canceled the class the first time and when i got in to take my segment two test they made us take two different tests because everything was so unorganized, i didn’t even get my certificate i ended up having to drive to royal oak to pick it up

Experiencia negativa: Waited so many months to schedule my drivers test.. on the exact day of my test they told me that I had to wait an additional two weeks. No communication what so ever, call center is a hot mess and extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend, so much time and money waisted.

Experiencia negativa: They racial profile people they tell you to hang out the window while you’re sitting in a seatbelt to parallel park and to drive the car if you’re learning disable they don’t have patience I have informed them ahead and they did not understand that I have a learning disability and they never have any consideration there a pitiful score to go to do not go to it

Experiencia negativa: We registered well in advance for our daughter to attend a class starting in the end of July (changing summer plans to be certain she is accommodated) only to be told "due to covid", only 9 students can take the class. I have no clue how the 9 were picked. The email notification said we could enroll for a later date but they also raised the price by more than $100 to "stay in business"! I wouldn't be so irritated if the cost was the same. I'm not impressed and I don't have my refund. Covid has been around long enough that using it as an excuse now is just piss poor business management.

Experiencia negativa: Instructors are immature and rude (impatient, disrespectful, and just straight up nasty as a person). Don’t let the instructor get you down nor discourage you from getting your drivers license. Find a better place that actually knows what they’re talking about and properly give you instructions. They’re only there for the check not the job.

Experiencia negativa: Instructor was unprofessional and didn't correct new driver in a timely manner allowing our vehicle to remain in harms way on multiple occasions. They need to recruit instructor's with better talent and professional demeanor! I had heard that this location wasn't passing new drivers so they could get more (re-take) money...and I still went...shame on me! Please take your business else where.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing and comfortable expierence. I felt glad that I choose this place to take my test. The instructor was amazing. I live an hour from detroit but have family there. Which is how I ended up taking my test here. I'v been recommending it to people where I live to drive there from the country. Being comfortable I believe is MAJOR in any type of test. The fact that your employees provide that and are genuine is amazing! Well worth making the drive.

BEST PRICE AROUND $50 FOR ROAD TEST W OWN VEHICLE TAKES 30-45 MINUTES /OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK /THANKS SO MUCH!

Experiencia negativa: Because sears been in business for quite some time the new owners is caring on the name. Business is really slacking and customers service is not genuine.

Experiencia fantástica: My instructor was very sweet, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I would most definitely recommend others to go there. In fact my brother, his wife and a few of my other family members went there as well. We've all had wonderful experiences and when my daughter gets of age she will go as well.
