Experiencia fantástica: I have 2 children and both attended Faith. The owner OMG words can't explain how kind she is. Most of all she's a woman of God. Her and her staff is amazing. This will always be my recommendation.

Experiencia negativa: My experience there was bad they took to long to allow me to finish driving kept on getting the run arounds so unprofessional and the lady name Taylor was the worst attitude and all I wouldn't recommend that school to no one

Experiencia negativa: No disorganized I signed up for the one day class now it’s 2 months later & I only drove once everytime you call nobody answer the phone

Experiencia positiva: My son received a lot of great information Ms Taylor did a awesome job teaching the class she's very detailed and professional however he did not receive any driving experience strictly hwy driving no interstate or in town driving. For the price I think they should receive more interstate and city driving time..

Experiencia fantástica: All 4 of my boys received their license from Faith Driving Academy... Ms Taylor is a very pleasant and detailed person wen it come to teaching our kids the rules of the road... thanks to all the staff for giving my sons the gr8 guidance they needed to be safe drivers

Experiencia negativa: They are very unprofessional, the entire team has an attitude with the exception of Ms.Taylor. This a great example why family members shouldn't be working for you. My daughter took the driving class over the xmas break, she also took the written park of the test which she passed. She is still waiting to take the driving part of the test. This is so very sad until its unbelievable. Never ever will I send my other kids there. The only faith you can have in this company is that for sure they will take your money and then play games for their services.

Experiencia fantástica: In 2016 they give you a money work and if you fail they kept you until you pass. I didnt have no problem with them they was great people.

Experiencia negativa: The lady Ms.Debra at the front desk is rude, disrespectful and has a bad attitude ! She handles the paperwork and is related to the owner ... Spend your money elsewhere she treated me inhumanely !

Experiencia negativa: They gave me and my mother horrible customer service. I recommend not to go here unless you have no other choice. I live right around the corner from them and when my mother call the place they said "they was full" so I went to APS driving academy in baker. I came back to Faith driving academy to take the final test and they told me and my mother that "they was always open" they never said "they was full." I was listening to my mother and an unknown woman from Faith driving academy talking.. she said that they was full" so that's why we went to baker. Very very bad customer service.

Experiencia negativa: THE WORST DRIVING SCHOOL. Rude workers, and getting scheduled for road test is impossible. They lie and say they will give you a call back, and never will. If you can avoid this place, take your money else where. I REGRET PAYING THEM.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible and the workers are ghetto and rude! They all old and angry, for no reason at all. And half of them don’t even know what be going on, they just there to say they have a job i guess. It’s really bad business. Do NOT bring your kids here if you can afford some place else. I regret giving them my money but I was broke and you get what you pay for!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 14 hour pre licensing course here. Very nice people and always ready to help you with your driving skills. Mr. Curtis who does the classroom teaching and Mr Lawrence who takes care of behind the wheel driving are really nice persons. I would strongly suggest this place to anyone willing to take a driving license

Experiencia negativa: The elder lady there is extremely rude. Every time I called to schedule my road test she had an attitude problem. She has no regard of how she speak to someone with humility. She needs to enroll in an interpersonal communication class. Everyone else there is well mannered however she needs to be replace or put in her place. She had the nerve to snap on the phone with me more than once. I'm a very nice person, however no one likes being spoken to with disrespect. I'm not sure what her issue is but she needs to do a self evaluation if she wish to continue working with people. Or someone like myself will get fed up with her disrespect and report her to the Better Business Bureau.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn't refer ANYONE to Faith Driving Academy.The instructor Chris is very unprofessional, rude, and unorganized..On THREE different occasions, he scheduled for my son to come and take the road portion of the test, in which no one was available either time..There was never a cancellation or explanation for why no one was there ..then I would call and he would never answered or return any of my calls..Then Finally, when he did complete the road test..he scheduled us again to come complete paperwork and pick the paperwork up..and again we were back to the NO SHOW, NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE..than to top that off..when I finally did get ahold to Chris on the phone..he was very rude and disrespectful, saying something came up and he would have to leave..there was never an apologize of no sought for the inconvenience..
