Experiencia fantástica: I had fears about driving before my experience with Mr. Rafael, but he completely changed my perspective. He’s an excellent driving instructor who makes everything feel easy. Especially parallel parking, which I used to find intimidating. His teaching style really sticks with you because he reinforces key points by asking questions, repeating instructions, and having you practice maneuvers until they become second nature. I highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive!

Experiencia fantástica: At first, I was hesitant to choose Woodlands Driving School due to some negative reviews I saw online. I even considered other schools, but when I called them, they barely provided any helpful information and just directed me to their websites. Everything changed when I called Woodlands Driving School. Ms Nina answered my call and patiently explained all the details I needed to know. Despite my concerns, I requested Rafael as my instructor based on the reviews. Nina assured me that I would have one of their best instructors. On my first driving lesson, Mr Rafael exceeded all expectations. He was incredibly friendly, constantly explaining road signs, traffic laws, and car functions in a way that was far better than any book. I have had other driving instructors before but never learned as much as I did with Rafael. His calm demeanor made me feel safe and confident on the road. Ms Nina was also amazing — always friendly and responsive. Even if she couldn’t answer immediately, she quickly responded to my messages and efficiently handled my bookings. On the day of my driving test, Nina guided me through the process and ensured everything went smoothly. Road test instructor-Mr was also very polite and nice . I was nervous on the test day, but he immediately understood, gave me a moment to calm down, and made sure I felt comfortable. During the test, he remained friendly and supportive. I scored 11 points for mistakes, but he didn’t just leave it at that — he took the time to explain each mistake in detail, showing me where I needed to pay more attention. Thanks to Rafael, Nina, and the entire team, I passed my driving test, gained confidence, and truly understood safe driving. I highly recommend Woodlands Driving School and suggest ignoring any negative reviews. My experience was outstanding, and I am genuinely grateful to the entire team for their support.

Experiencia fantástica: We had the best experience with The Woodlands Driving School. It was just what we needed for our daughter to get comfortable with driving. During the week they will pick your child up at your home and bring them back after their lesson. Every time I needed information or needed to schedule a drive time Nina was there to help out. Even if She did not answer right away, I would always get a phone call back in a timely manner. The instructor Mr. Raphael was great. He was able explain things to my daughter in a way I would never have thought of. You also get to take the driving test with one of their instructors. You do not have to schedule something at the DMV and wait in a long line. I would definitely recommend The Woodlands Driving School to any one that asks.

Especially Mr. Rafael he’s a great teacher and is really fun. He helped me a lot with being anxious about driving and taught me so much!

If you need to learn how to drive, this school is definitely my first recommended place Edit: Passed my test, and I attribute that achievement to mr. Rafael's great teaching, couldn't have done it without him

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service and can’t get a hold of them. I will pursue legal action as they will not answer our calls. After we paid the full fee, it was very hard to get them to do the lessons for my daughter. We were able to get some sessions in but now they are not responding to our calls to schedule the remaining session and complete the training. This been going on for months.

Experiencia positiva: I love the woodlands driving school and Rafael is a great instructor! But I’ve been trying to contact someone to schedule my last class and no one’s picking up. Other than that it’s been great I’d just like to schedule my last class :-)

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent driving school, I recommend it 100%. They keep in touch with you all the time during your classes, excellent instructors, both Nina and Rafa, are patient and give excellent advice. And you can take your test with them, Mr. Heredia is an excellent examiner and gives very good advice.

Experiencia fantástica: I took the lessons between February and March, and passed the exam right after the lessons. The instructor is very professional, patient and nice to me. He gave me more confidence to handle the skills and to drive 50 miles every day right after I got my license. Great job!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve had much trouble contacting the school for appointments and my road test. Fine I get it you’re busy, but when the instructor makes creepy comments and distracts me while driving it’s very frustrating. Rafael suggested I should be with older men as a 16 year old minor. Besides that Mr Heredia got in my mothers face after she asked a simple question about what he wanted me to do. He told her she should have common sense and all she asked is what he wanted me to do in order to pass the test. I highly do not suggest this school.

Experiencia negativa: I paid 120$ for 2 hrs , and they give break for 15 min i mean we just drive what are the breaks for ? If they do give breaks just mention on the website ! The time was 10 am and the instructor came at 10:30 . Yea and thats my fault that i didnt check the reviews .

Experiencia negativa: Paid for 6 hours of behind the wheel training for a family member. Upon paying, I tried to schedule service online which you cannot. I called several times and no one answered the phone. I even left a message and was never contacted. After weeks of calling and waiting, I reached someone on the phone and requested a refund. I was told that they do not give refunds. I replied that the website does not state that no refunds are given. The rep said that the manager would contact me and DID NOT! You cannot keep payment for services that were not rendered!!! Stay far away from this company!

Experiencia negativa: This place is a scam. We set up a driving test and the location listed on their website is incorrect and they don't answer their phones. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. IT IS A SCAM!

Experiencia negativa: My experience is the same as the other one-star ratings here. They do not do what they say they are going to do and do not communicate, especially if it is around something you have already paid for in advance. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: I have been trying to contact this company for weeks. I have emailed, called and left messages, and texted my sons assigned driver with no response. I understand shutting down for Covid but some type of communication would be nice. We paid for all drives and the test in full but he has only received 1 drive. I can't fathom any excuse for anyone to not return at least one of my multiple email/phone/text messages.
