Experiencia fantástica: I had heard great things about Hernandez Driving School, and today I finally got to take my road test with them. Martha made me feel very welcome, and Mr. Hernandez explained everything clearly before and during the exam. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, costumer service and instructors. Came in with very little knowledge on driving the first day and by the end of the day I was able to turn, and get on the street and by the second I was driving on the street turning and was even able to parallel park!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Today my daughter did her writing class with instructor Joey and she hasn't stopped talking about this class sonce i picked her up. Quizing me on my driving lol. But she did very well and also said Joey made the class fun and gave so much information. Everyone was very professional. Definitely plan to take her back to take her driving test with Hernandez driving school. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Mi experiencia con ellos fue super un sábado tome la clase para adultos de 6 horas,hice el examen escrito,y saque cita en edinburg dos para el lunes y ya tenia mi media licencia,regrese a Hernandez driving school para hacer la cita de manejo y en ese momento me la hicieron y pase todo muy bien,saque cita nuevamente cita en el dos de edinburg qué son más rápidas y el miércoles ya tenia mi licencia sin restricciones!! Solo 4 dias tomo todo el proceso, gracias Hernandez Driving school y a todo el personal que son super atentos y amables!!! Ya tengo licencia yayyyy!!!! Se los super recomiendo,también hay clases en español los miercoles,y sábados en ingles!!! Además ahí fueron mis hijos para enseñarse a manejar y también todo fue muy fácil y rapido!!! Yo no los cambio por nada!!!! Gravias Nuevamente a todo el staff! Dios los bendiga siempre!!

Experiencia negativa: The driving instructor, Joey, was great himself. No issues with him. But due to anxiety problems I never finished the course. Called much later for information on my specific situation. Woman who answered was patronizing and rude after I asked a question on why it might take months to get all my driving hours. I called her out on it then claimed I was the one who needed to calm down. Dismissed my MH struggles. If everyone had my level of anxiety, no one would be driving. She told me to just come in person and abruptly hung up the phone. This experience put me off and I went elsewhere.

Experiencia positiva: Joey and Martina Hernandez are incredible instructors! However, I am giving 4 stars because I did not have a great experience with Mr. Jose Hernandez. His teaching methods made me very uncomfortable and nervous (constantly got after me whenever I made unexperienced driver mistakes). He even grabbed my wrist even though I did not even make a dangerous mistake (I didn’t turn the wheel correctly.) I felt extremely uncomfortable. Luckily, the office was accommodating enough to let me change instructors. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: I sent my son to this school and after receiving the certificate they gave him a packet with outdated dps application and a check list that doesnt list the proper documents needed and since the beginning they gave me the wrong info about the hours for the class and they want to do all communications through messaging and never talk to u until u complain and if ur not satisfied with their services they wont refund ur money and the guy also claimed tht if we had an issue he would report the dps employee (lmao) and now he just sends a snobby message saying its not his job to help with dps issues he only teaches how to drive so yea i wouldn't recommend this school to anyone
