Experiencia fantástica: The driving school is very good. I was signed up for driving lessons straight away. My driving instructor taught me how to drive in just twelve driving lessons. I always had fun and became more and more confident in driving thanks to my driving instructor. I've only had good experiences and would recommend it to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to take the MA road test and I had no idea how technical it was. I got lucky and had driving lessons with Marsha Kay at Mr Kay’s Driving School in Haverhill. The MA road test is the hardest to pass because of all the specific rules. Marsha is a great teacher. She put me at ease with her humor and gentle instructiotaught me how to parallel park which I have never been able to do. I highly recommend this school. And especially Marsha.

Experiencia negativa: I was just behind one of their vehicles. The car stopped in middle of road where you bear to right and just sat there for at least 30 seconds. No stop sign there. Is this how new drivers are taught? Good way to cause accidents stopping randomly.

Each instructor has been wonderful and has taught me so much, especially Lisa! If you want to pass your road test, take lessons with Mr K’s, implement everything you’ve learned and you will pass!

Experiencia negativa: Mr K is the meanest person ever. All he wants is your money so he’ll tell the RMV to fail you on purpose or take it harder on you. Worst place ever

Experiencia negativa: The in class session of the course was straight forward and went well. However the driving portion is an absolute nightmare. it is EXTREMELY difficult to schedule classes in the portal as all the dates are always unavailable. i’ve been taking the in car lessons for the past 2 months and have only taken 4 classes out of the 12 that i’m supposed to be taking. Additionally I had a class scheduled for today and my driver just…never showed up (???) when i called them asking what happened, the woman on the other end just told me that i wasn't on the schedule despite the online portal saying otherwise. And For my first couple of lessons i had pretty nice instructors but during my most recent lesson, this instructor was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. (man where do i even start?) He would yell on different occasions to the point where it had reduced me to tears. At one point He actually made me stop at a gas station so he could buy himself some snacks… in the middle of my lesson??? and had the AUDACITY to offer me food while we were there. After I told him I didn’t want any he continued to constantly ask me “are you SURE you don't want anything?” No sir i’m here to learn how to drive, not to buy snacks at a local gas station , you seriously cannot lie about this stuff. My parents did not pay y’all $800+ just so you can drag their daughter into a gas station. Im not going to drop names out of respect and privacy but that whole situation just made me incredibly uncomfortable and i really don’t want to go through it again. There are so many other things i want to say but i feel that this review is becoming extremely long so i’ll just leave it at that. Please do not spend a single dime on this place unless you want to experience extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness.

Experiencia negativa: I thought where I sent my son was bad at least they gave him some on the road lessons. You cannot even get an appointment here sopposedly all booked Everytime I log in to check, and they had the nerve to tell me that if my daughter does not complete the road classes by August then i have to pay an additional $100 on top of the $800 I've already paid. Worthless auto school do not waste your time or money.

Experiencia negativa: I would rate negative if I could, but for the purposes of leaving a WARNING, I will settle with the one star. This school is an absolute disgrace and a scam. DO NOT waste your money. The lack of unprofessionalism is disgusting. We were called on the day of to report our address was out of the “pick up” area. After we of course had paid in full. I was then told to drop off at the auto school, and then my child (a minor no less and during school hours) was contacted changing the drop off location yet again. When we were obviously late due to the miscommunication, the school had the nerve to not only cancel the lesson entirely, but then charge us for a “last minute cancellation,” and then emailed my daughter (not her parents) stating they heard “she quit.” Also worth mentioning, the driver who was scheduled from 3-4 for this lesson stated he was only available until 3:40, so the lesson was not worth completing that day. I could go on and on about the lack of professionalism. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT make the mistake I did and trust Mr. K’s with your drivers education.

Experiencia negativa: I would give zero stars if I could. Currier has no idea what he is doing and has way too many students to accomadate them for the amount they pay to go there.

Experiencia negativa: HUGE SCAMMER!! I was charged $550 for 12 hours which I had noticed was more than the past charges listed in his receipt book. I did get into a minor accident which he tried charging me $500 to cover as a deductible and would not let me continue my lessons. When I had asked for the money back for the lessons I had not completed he told me no. Over a thousand dollars for 12 hours of lessons I don’t think so. Not to mention one the instructors I had was nodding out in the passenger seat during my lesson.

Experiencia negativa: I would rate no stars if could...but have to give 1 star in order to leave review.. Driving instructor never showed up and even claimed to have rang the doorbell. When I spoke to lady who identified herself as owner she had driver bring her to house later in day as if this is confirmation that he was there earlier in the day.... "Buyer beware" believe the reviews that are warning you. My experience is that they do not accept responsibility and are not professional toward customers; the owner would rather come to my home to argue with a customer in defense of a lying employee that never showed up for their scheduled appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Sad to say Mr. K's Auto is NOT someplace I recommend to anyone, ever. We were a return customer for Mr. K's, I had previously sent 3 of my children to Mr. K's under the previous owner and was very pleased with the company, however the company was sold and new management came in. It was by far the most unpleasant experience we have encountered. It took my child over a year to get their license. There was a lot of information that was not made known to us until the last day of the class. We were informed regarding the limited number of instructors and that they were in the process of hiring staff. Several months in and they still were not staffed appropriately, there were no realistic time frames for teenagers to take classes unless you wanted to pull your child from school to have a road lesson, which I DID just so that they could get the lesson in. I tried to go to another school and was told I would need a certificate that my child had taken the class time if I did not want to pay for that again. Management refused to provided me with anything to help us get out. I stopped asking for any type of reimbursement as I was told that was not going to happen. There was one excuse after another, multiple emails, phone calls back and forth without any resolution other than we had to bite the bullet and finish with them. Avoid them at all cost.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT SEND YOUR STUDENT DRIVER HERE. They by NO MEANS offer a flexible schedule. They tell you your child will be able to get 2 lessons a month, but with no availability at any time after 1:00 PM on weekdays (no weekends) for over 1 month and a half that is hardly 2 lessons a month. Management does not return phone calls or emails, he is wildly overwhelmed. Their website lies when they claim to have 4 instructors. They have 2 driving instructors, one of them very part time (and he's the good one). When calling other local driving schools seeking one that could fulfill the lessons in a reasonable time frame, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ASKED IF WE WERE COMING FROM MR. K's! Even though Mr. Currier admitted to me that they don't disclose a no refund policy he refused to comply with my request for a refund for the remaining driving lessons - so they keep your money but don't offer the services they claim to. Call MV Auto, they don't overbook their classes.
