Experiencia fantástica: Straightforward exam. Met in the parking lot in the back, confirmed documents, and went over how the exam is organized. Started with parallel parking, a basic sanity check in the parking lot, then the road test, mainly in a neighborhood. Be mindful when you book the appointment, as there is a school nearby. Overall it was a great experience! Examiner gave very valuable feedback at the end of the exam. He was very calm and friendly, which really helped with my stress control. If I had to do the exam again I'd come here again, but I will probably never have to.

My instructor, Eve, created a very relaxed and helpful environment whilst being very professional holding myself and her work to high standards. Highly recommend. Call before and ensure you have ALL documents. Process should go smoothly once you have an appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give this place 5 stars I 100% would. Not only did I place a last minute road test on a SATURDAY, the instructor was extremely kind. I didn’t even attend driving school here yet she strived to build a personal connection with me before and after I took my road test(which I PASSED)! The instructor was patient as well as helpful throughout the road test. Honestly the BEST experience I had!

Experiencia negativa: I went to Bissonet Office to verify the information that was online, hoping to receive good classes for my wife, and the service for both theorical and driving exam, the office door was closed and a phone I called and the lady just told me to wait for an Spanish Instructor to call me back, I ask for the prices that I saw on the internet, she asked me If I have my license , then start talking of other services like classroom prep . No one had the courtesy to receive me and say hey we do exist the prices on the internet are correct but please take an appointment. Bad service.

Experiencia fantástica: Ms. Eve did my driving test, she is extremely personable, sweet and made me feel not only comfortable but relaxed during the entire process. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to take the road test and obtain there license.

Experiencia fantástica: Was urgently needing to re-take my driving test. Had an issue getting there & was running late, they waited for me on a Sunday. Don not only helped me out but was able to get my forms done quick upon passing. Really need more people like this out there. If you bring what you need (print out your Impact certificate, drivers permit & pay cash) you will guaranteed get helped & the service will be great.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my road exam today with Mrs. Eve and my driver instructor Mrs. Lupe was so nice to me. Mrs. Lupe is awesome, professional, and such a great help. She also helped my youngest sister obtain her drivers license as well. Both Mrs. Lupe and Mrs. Eve are very nice, supportive, and both want to see young teens obtain their drivers license. Customer service was on point and everything was professionally done. Good job ladies, thank you for all your help. I will recommend others to APEX Driving School .

Experiencia fantástica: So far everything has been amazing! Don makes everything super simple and makes me feel comfortable behind the wheel! I was able to quickly schedule when I wanted my classes and he came to pick me up on my first class and still does. This is one of the best schools I've been to!

Experiencia negativa: Bunch of unprofessional workers who are not responsive or keeping their words ever! This lady (as far as we know her name is Lupe), schedules a driving test and never shows up! We had to wait 45 minutes on Sunday for someone to come out! I'm not sure if the the school knows that she does private work in office hours but I am very disappointed with their service!

Experiencia negativa: These people are unprofessional and unorganized. It will be 3 years before my child receives license at the rate they are going. I have been trying to get driving instructions and license since last year before Covid. smh.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I have to give them a star did give none if I could. This place is very unprofessional we had an appointment for 10:30 and the instructor (John) was all the way on a north side of town for a different person for the appointment and said he “forgot to write it down” an then they tried to pass it to about her I presume instructor who from the start couldn’t make up her mind and talked down to you as if you are a child in the rudest way possible. Would not recommend this place at all don’t wast your time and money.

Experiencia fantástica: At first, I was apprehensive of Apex Driving; but Ms. Iris has proven herself to be the most competent driving instructor ever. She teaches with an emphasis on Simplicity and not overcomplicating simple driving rules. I enjoyed spending time with her, as she has taught me a lot in the duration of my driving lessons. I would recommend her to anyone as a great driving instructor.

Experiencia negativa: Secretary Mercedes didnt know anything about the package for driving. I was about to spend 400$ and she had no idea how I would take the online course for the texas permit, or any information on the driving training. She didnt have any training or a handbook, or assistance. The way this place is run is brutal on their staff as they dont give them the proper training to answer very simple questions. Felt like a scam because of this. I do not recommend this place to anyone. No wonder it was a cheap package.
