Experiencia fantástica: Cruisers was so easy to work with and very affordable! They provided both of my sons with a quality driver's education experience. The behind-the-wheel instructor was simply the best and they meet you at the school or your residence. Quincey was always prompt, courteous and taught things to my son that I didn't even know! We found out about them when my oldest son was unable to continue his drivers ed program with our initial choice as they did not have enough staff. Cruisers was able to easily slot him in so that he didn't have to delay his progress. Would definitely recommend them!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy we found Castle Rock Cruisers Driving School! From start to finish they were friendly, professional and very easy to communicate with. Their lessons were relaxed and effective (as opposed to my son’s experience from another company where he said he was yelled at for each lesson ). Amber and her team treated my daughter like she was valuable and gave her encouragement and confidence. The testing process was seamless and she PASSED the first time. A huge confidence boost for her! Another thing that makes them amazing is how they communicate via text, phone or email (I preferred text) and they answer back quickly each time. I can not say enough good things about this company! You are an asset to Castle Rock!!

I have drove with Quincy and April and they both are professionals. The inschool drivers ed is amazing with the way they teach and give you honest and accurate Information. I highly recommend doing drives ed with these people for you are getting a very good deal.

Experiencia fantástica: All my kids went to Cruisers, very happy with everything. Two of my kids had very busy schedules with sports and Cruisers went above and beyond finding times to drive that fit with their schedules. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Wish we would have used a different company. Next to impossible to schedule drive times! We have left several messages as they never answer their phone, and have not had calls returned. Instructors do not instruct. They merely ride along with student, not giving any pointers or suggestions. We were told that we should save our drive times until it is closer to getting license. Not sure why. Have also had numerous times where another student is picked up and will drive the other kid back home.

Experiencia negativa: Do not use this company!! There are too many better options out there. Our initial experience with the classroom sessions went smooth. Easy to register online and class times were easy and straight forward. The problems start when you want to call to schedule drive times. They tell the kids to make these calls themselves because they should start being responsible. Problem is, this company NEVER answers the phone during business hours. My son would call after school and leave messages and they would either not return the call or return the call during school hours and just leave him a message to call back. So I took control and started trying to call to schedule the appts. Same problem.... No one ever answers and its hit or miss if you get a call back. If you miss the call when they call back, then tag - your it. They leave you a message to call them back and the insanity starts all over. We are 2 mths into this calling back and forth and have yet to actually talk to someone live on the phone to schedule a driving appt. Go somewhere else if you need a driving school. It is just too frustrating to work with this company to make it worth your time. They obviously do NOT put the customer first.... especially after they already have your money.

Experiencia negativa: We scheduled a driving appointment for our daughter. The instructor never arrived. We called and left a message to inquire about the missed lesson. We did not receive a call back. We attempted to call several more times and left a message. We still have not received any response. In fact, have not on a single occasion, had anyone actually answer the phone when we have called.

Experiencia positiva: ^^UPDATE: Update on Cruisers driving school... talked to the owner. Apparently, there was an administrative error with dates. They're happy to honor the rest of her training. Problem solved.^^ Parents who need to schedule driver's training for their teens, avoid Cruisers!!! My daughter tried to call them for 2 weeks to schedule her on the road hours. She took the classroom portion July 2016. They finally call her back today and because it's 2 days over her "anniversary", they want $50/hr + testing fees (over $300!!!). This is ridiculous!

Experiencia fantástica: I have now had 3 teens go through Cruisers teen driving. Service is outstanding, response time is minimal and most importantly they ensure our teens are road ready. I like that they now offer online training for the classroom work. I would recommend their services.

Experiencia negativa: The instructors are good, but to get ahold of anyone is nearly impossible. It often requires multiple messages before a return call is made. The positive is that they meet at CVHS but the negative of not getting ahold of anyone is starting to outweigh that.

Experiencia negativa: I base my opinion on what I see. What I would guess are instructors that drive in the castle pines and castle rock area, They do not follow the rules of the road and I would not hire them based on their respect for other drivers on the road. I am talking about the gold sedan and the saturn suv in the area. If you are going to drive like that I would suggest you take off the cruisers logos on your cars

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience. Needed to take the road test only and they got me in the same day I called at a reasonable price as the DMV is backed up 6 weeks. Use your own car to take the test and head down to DMV after to get your license.

Experiencia fantástica: I didn't have any trouble getting appointments scheduled. The class was quick and the drive times were easy to get and I could pick times that were convenient for me. I loved the fact that my child could be picked up from anywhere and dropped off where I needed him to be. Very convenient! He passed both written and driving test on his first try. I recommend teen cruisers and have referred friends. Very happy with them!

My son was extremely nervous and he talked with him about what was to be expected and calmed his nerves before they drove off. I would highly recommend cruisers

Our daughter was so nervous about taking her drive test for her license but Verl chatted with her first, made sure she felt comfortable, and gave her an opportunity in the parking lot to get comfortable with the Cruisers vehicle. Experiencia fantástica: After trying multiple times to schedule at the DMV up in Denver and getting tired of the inconveniences that were happening, we heard of Cruisers through a friend and decided to give it a go. Cruisers Teen Driving is by far the BEST driving school in Castle Rock and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get their license fast and easily. The instructors are patient and calm and really helped boost my confidence (which I severely needed) behind the wheel. Town driving especially used to be so stressful and cause conflict when my mom was trying to teach me. If you are a parent, leave it to the experts because Cruisers knows what they are doing! We never had problems scheduling times, and if you hate sitting around and waiting for your ticket to be called in order to take a drive test (which Cruisers does) then don't go to the DMV or any other driving place in Castle Rock! They offer everything you need including drive tests, behind the wheel driving hours, one-on-one instruction and class sessions. So don't look anywhere else and GO WITH CRUISERS! =)

Experiencia negativa: I'm surprised a local, family owned business would take our money and never call us back. Our son attended the classroom portion during spring break. He said it was informative and he enjoyed the experience. The first one hour drive time was scheduled fairly easily and he did well. After several calls to schedule, the second drive time was a disaster. The guy from Cruisers picked up our son at the house and asked if he minded if he would help run errands. The car had a broken window, so they went to go and pick up another car. After driving for a while, they went and picked up another student (so much for one-on-one time). The guy from Cruisers asked our son if he minded only getting 45 minutes drive time, but said he would be credited for an hour. The young gal they picked up took the wheel. Apparently she had little drive time, as she admitted. With my son in the back seat, the new student promptly ran a stop sign and they were nearly broadsided in an intersection. He was dropped off at the house without further incident. Our son had difficulty getting someone to call him back to schedule the third drive time. Finally, an appointment was made, but Cruisers failed to show up for the appointment. After several calls to Cruisers, no one has called back. Cruisers' website informs readers that emails probably won't be returned, so leaving a voice mail would be the best way to contact them. We are very disappointed and frustrated. Our son has four more hours to complete the requirement. It doesn't look to me that that will happen anytime soon. I would NOT recommend Castle Rock Cruisers to anyone. My next stop is to file a complaint with the BBB. At this point, I consider their inability to fulfill their agreement with us to be theft. SHAME ON CRUISERS- a local, family-owned business.
