Experiencia fantástica: At first I was skeptical about driving school, I didn’t have faith that it would be as useful as it was. Athens driving prep was a large step for me on the path to becoming a responsible driver. My perspective changed when I met my instructors Elly Creager and Chris. They were both extremely supportive and professional. Giving me the confidence boost and guidance needed to be successful behind the wheel. If I could give this review 10 stars I wouldn’t hesitate to do so!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed a car to take my road test at the DDS, and fortunately, Athens Driving Prep offered a Road Test Prep package. I took driving lessons with Ian, who is an excellent instructor with extensive experience. For anyone with a foreign driver’s license looking to get a U.S. license, I highly recommend Athens Driving Prep. They provide great and professional service!

From the very first interaction, he was incredibly friendly and professional. Ian was patient, knowledgeable, and tailored each lesson to my daughter’s needs. I appreciated his constructive feedback and encouragement, which helped boost her confidence behind the wheel. The vehicles were well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary features to ensure a safe learning experience. The scheduling was also flexible, making it easy to fit lessons into her busy schedule. Athens Driving Prep has now successfully taught all three of my children how to be defensive drivers!

Experiencia fantástica: Chris is a very intuitive teacher and very knowledgeable when it comes to driving! I had severe driving anxiety and throughout our lessons I worked through it and am now able to drive without the anxiety I was experiencing prior!

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend athens driving prep for anyone learning to drive. They were extremely helpful when teaching my youngest 2 how to drive. I thought my oldest on my own and it was not a fun time. Elly was very patient with my youngest 2 children and they really learned a lot. Highly highly recommend!

He was very encouraging towards my son and offered him lots of various road experiences to ensure that he was comfortable and ready to tackle the task of driving independently. My son gained confidence and I feel he is more prepared now to take the driving test and begin driving solo.

When I scheduled a road test and Athens was fully booked, they arranged for me to take the test in Greensboro. Elly was wonderfully patient during the wait. Experiencia fantástica: Elly and her team taught 3 of my kids to drive this spring/summer. Highly recommend her program! She knows what she's doing and it shows! She's organized, timely and very patient :-) Each of my kids needed different things when it came to learning and she accommodated each of them. I feel so much better about letting the kids practice behind the wheel knowing that they have 6 hours of instruction to start off with!

I even booked extra sessions closer to my daughter’s 16th birthday to practice harder driving situations and parking. This gave her extra confidence and me piece of mind! Experiencia fantástica: Elly is a phenomenal driving instructor and coach. I had previously worked with a driving instructor who had rushed through the basics and was only intent on getting me to pass the road test. But Elly made sure to go through basic skills, using techniques to remove the guesswork out of driving. She focused on little things that made a big difference to my driving - pedal control, improving spatial cognition, safe following distance etc which I had been worried about. She is also a great coach, and built up my confidence over a short period of time. Look no further for a driving instructor, can't recommend Elly highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter took 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving class with Elly at Athens Driving Prep, meeting in Watkinsville. After each class I was extremely pleased to see noticeable improvement in my daughter’s driving skills, confidence, and assertiveness. As she progressed through the program from beginner to more advanced driving skills, Elly provided us with reports of activities after each class, detailing areas my daughter had mastered and those in which she still needs practice—a very helpful resource. I feel sure my daughter (and everyone else on the road with her) is safer driving on her own thanks to Elly and Athens Driving Prep. I would absolutely recommend this program for soon-to-be or newly licensed drivers.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had her learners permit for several months but was scared to drive. We never graduated past parking lots until we met Elly at Athens Driving Prep. Elly is great and has my highest recommendation. After our 6 hour on-the-road driving package, my daughter was confident to drive anywhere in town. I’m so happy we took lessons with Elly. It was a bonus that she was able to pick up my child from either home or school which saved me a lot of time.

But shortly after we got in the car I felt really comfortable and I had a great time learning how to drive safely! Any fear that I had about driving that’s closely thrown out the window because I felt like I was in safe hands! Great time!

Experiencia fantástica: Elly is a great instructor. Before we start with our first lesson, she understands where we come from and then design and plan our lessons accordingly. Teaching and guiding us through each lesson. At the end of each lesson she would share a progress report which is very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I signed my son up for Athens Driving Prep's 10 hour package. It was the best money we have ever spent. Having used Elly's service within the first week of getting his driving permit has made my son so comfortable driving. He is not nervous driving in congested areas, highways or rural winding roads. All due to Elly's training. I feel so much more comfortable driving with him as well.

I had taken classes with few other instructors where none of them told me what to focus on or how to correct if mistakes are done.But she makes sure that we understand it by giving enough practice.The tips and feedback that she send each day has helped me to know my progress.I would recommend her.

Made a nervous couple of parents feel more comfortable with letting our 16 year old take flight and gave our son the skills, knowledge, and confidence to ace his driving test and feel good about driving! We learned quite quickly that kids don’t want to hear our driving tips but hang on every word whispered by this instructor! This is a great investment for all!

Experiencia fantástica: Best thing I ever did was schedule professional driving lessons for my child!! Why did I not do this for my first 2 Huge difference, much less anxiety for mom. Instructor was professional and took teen from step B to X in just 6 hours of instruction. Teen is more relaxed, more aware driver at this point.
