Experiencia negativa: DO NOT EVER GO HERE. The lady is called Maggie, rude person I have ever seen. Appointment got was at 9am, when reached the office was closed. And no phone response. Worst place. Wasting my time. She yells at everything and she was even trying to call cops.

Experiencia negativa: J&M driving has one phone number, I called many times , they never attend the phone , neither they called me back. The phone is just for show? Why do u need a phone like this? I feel I did a mistake registering with them for knowledge test

Experiencia negativa: I brought my au pair from Mexico here to take her drive test. The lady was really rude to her and got angry with her right from the beginning. It made her super nervous as the lady was being so mean to her and unfortunately she failed the test as a result. I asked the lady in the beginning if she could speak slowly as the test was not in Spanish. She did not do that and got frustrated with my au pair. I would not recommend this place if English is not your first language.

Experiencia negativa: Took my cousins here for a written exam. First time here so didn't realize I needed an appointment( which is fine, my own fault for not doing research). Instead of calmly explaining to me that reservations are required, the lady seemed rude about it like as if I was bothering her. Ended up making reservations for the following week. Somewhere on the website it says to show up 15 mins early before your appointment. The appointment confirmation email itself didn't say this, it only says your reservation time. So we showed up 5 mins before our appointment time and ended up being late. Lady again says we were late and its our fault for not reading the website carefully. I pointed out to her that the email confirmation did not say anything about being 15 mins early. She refused to give us our deposit back because of my attitude. I had to be persistent with her in order to reschedule for another date so we wouldn't lose our deposit. This lady is the worst, if you don't come early she will scold you. Take your business elsewhere.

Experiencia positiva: I enjoyed taking driver's education classes here. Maggie is a great instructor to work with. It was useful for me to take classes here, even though I didn't have to take classes, because it helped me understand the laws of the road and get a better understanding of how to drive from someone other than family members opinions.

Experiencia negativa: I was there before 20mins of my scheduled time and after 10mins I called the phone number but did not attend. Later she came and tried calling again when I was there, I said I was the one called and she got angry and started scolding. since it was locked I just wanted to make sure and called, but she did not get my point and keep on saying why the heck you called me as we have 10mins more. She is ofcourse very rude.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever, I don’t know how the other instructors are here at J & M, but we had just beyond the worst instructor. Her name is Maggie, she was very catatonic, would raise her voice as- if she’s scolding a child. Seriously if no one has ever complaint about this LADY I’m beyond amazed. If you do read this Maggie – I think you have been doing this job for such a long time that you no longer have the drive or enthusiasm to teach.

Experiencia negativa: Idiots. The left lane is for Passing Only. Wide open I405 and you instruct the student to randomly merge into the left lane as I am about to overtake. Thanks for helping to make driving in this country miserable.

Experiencia negativa: I called them once to get an appointment for my wife. The person attending the call seems in a hurry and when I asked about if I can request for a female driving instructor simply because my wife prefers that. She said 'No' and explained that they would treat everybody equally. I said, no problem but if there is some female instructor available on some given day and if we can meet her schedule shouldn't we be able to get one? She become rude and said no. I was about to say ok thats fine and this is just our preference. But she kept on saying that we wouldn't do this and you should look at other place. I found it rude. They definitely lost a customer for good.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to take my drive test there and my instructor was friendly and made me feel at ease! I definitely would go there again if I needed to.
