Experiencia negativa: No la recomiendo para nada, el señor del mostrador es el más inapropiado para atender al público, persona mal educada, queriendo que le diera los datos de mi tarjeta bancaria para hacer un pago mio a motores y vehiculos, he perdido mi dinero pagando el tramite con ellos, porque no me dio solución a nada, mal mal mal, si no quiere perder tiempo y dinero, escojan otra escuela, sin contar que sus clases de manejo no son apropiadas para aprender y todo lo que hacen no es de buena voluntad, después que pagues ya te jodiste.

Experiencia negativa: Quiero aconsejar a las personas que llegan que pidan que los atiendan la mujer que está en la oficina, porque el señor que pasa ahí todo el tiempo es un incompetente, lento, no sabe hablar, no sabe ver los horarios, por 2 ocasiones simplemente no quiso ayudarme y me dijo que viniera otro día. No entiendo como colocan a una persona iletrada a hacer un oficio del cual, no es capaz. El servicio al cliente es pésimo, sin embargo el instructor Dino totalmente diferente.

Experiencia negativa: Quiero dejar la nota de la mala informacion y mala atencion al cliente sin dejar opciones del servicio, la persona llama para escuchar opciones no para cerrar las opciones. No tienen buen servicio al cliente.

Experiencia fantástica: Conseguí mi licencia en mi primer Road Test gracias a las instrucciones y clases de manejo que me dio Hugo! El me ayudo y me enseño todas las reglas para manejar en Nueva York, y la técnica más favorable y fácil de parqueo, aunque yo ya manejaba en mi país yo fui a tomar mis clases con una mentalidad abierta dispuesta a escuchar y a aprender, no ha demandar o imponer mis viejos hábitos de mi experiencia manejando, si eres de las personas que creen que se las saben todas pues de una vez te digo que vas a reprobar! La escuela Ahorre tiene unos precios de verdad muy baratos y accesibles, es una escuela con personas honradas y muy justas! me voy feliz! Recomendare esta empresa y este excelente instructor a todas mis amistades! Gracias Hugo!!! I pass my Road test on the first try!!! It couldn’t be possible without the instructions and driving classes that my instructor Hugo gave me !! He teach me a lot, if you want to learn how to park Hugo has the easiest parking technique!!! My mentality at the moment I started every class was always open to listen and learn, my advice for you guys is to just relax and feel like a brand new student, no matter if u had experienced driving in your past, because here in NYC all is different, just be open to hear Hugo and follow his instructions I assure you that u will get the best results. The Ahorre school has very accessible prices, and is an honest and fair school to me!!! I had been asking in another driving schools and I was so disappointed because they always trying to charge a lot of money for no reason!!! Literally trying to steal my money! Experiencia negativa: The man of the front of the desk has zero customer service experience and was overall rude when trying to ask information on the Driving Courses

Experiencia negativa: Pésimo lugar, no lo recomiendo desde el señor que atiende la recepción maleducado y patán hasta los instructores que si no pagas varias clases no te enseñan lo que debe ser.

Experiencia fantástica: Muy buena escuela mi maestro fue Dino Pacheco muy Profesional explica con mucha paciencia,un consejo si quieres ir a tomar clases es bueno saber manejar para que se aga más fácil, esos que se quejan de los maestro son los que no se dejan enseñar Gracias a Dios y a Don Dino Pacheco pase mi examen de manejo muy encantada con la atención

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience!! I was turned away for not speaking Spanish. The man at the Front desk stated he received too many complaints in regards to only having a English speaking instructor in the past so instead they only have a Spanish instructor. I called the day before and the receptionist stated I could just come in with the permit and pay partial payment for 7 lesson package nothing about only speaking Spanish as I had the conversation in English. The next day I went all the way up there just to be told that nonsense! False advertisement.. nothing on the site states you must only speak Spanish

Experiencia negativa: Pésima escuela, solamente se enfocan en pedir dinero pero no quieren enseñar realmente, tiene un "instructor" Hugo que en lugar de enseñar grita y ofende... No pierdan su dinero ahí, debe haber una mejor escuela en Queens.

Experiencia negativa: Para el día del examen llevan un auto con problemas con los frenos , pastillas muy muy desgastadas.. no llevan el auto con el que practicaste.. seguramente para complicarte el examen . Pienso que no quieren que apruebes para que sigas pagando entrenamiento . Esa es mi impresión.

Experiencia negativa: Pésimo lugar. Personal muy mal educado. Desde la secretaria hasta los maeatros muy Groseros. El maestro de manejo no tiene buena manera de enseñar. Golpeaba mi mano para que la quitara de la palanca de cambios. No tienen pedagogía. Nunca escojas este lugar. Hablan de religión en el curso de las 5 horas. Nada profesionalea.

Experiencia negativa: I was really excited to take driving classes but this school is not very professional. They aren’t very good at communicating exactly what services they offer and are rude when you try to question them. They also are a bit shady when it comes to reclaiming or expressing an issue that you have. My mother called to complain about a miscommunication that happened between us and the school and they refused to pick up. When they finally did pick up they just argued on the phone about how it wasn’t their fault that we weren’t aware they didn’t offer pick up services (they never said they don’t) and then refused to pick up when she called back to ask if they can change the class for another day or refund us the money. When we went there the office they seem to have pretended like they weren’t open to avoid dealing with us. I thought this was really weird considering we had just been there 2 weeks ago and they were open on that specific day of the week and time. Just please save your money and your time and avoid going here for driving lessons

Experiencia positiva: I took two lessons with Hugo and passed the road test. Hugo is tough but he knows the ropes, if you want a driving school to babysit you I will suggest to go somewhere else. Driving in NYC is not easy therefore you have to learn to drive with traffic, comercial vehicles, people jaywalking, etc.

Experiencia fantástica: En lo personal estoy muy satisfecha de esta escuela y del instructor Dino .. Gracias a él pude pasar mi examen de manejo me dio esa seguridad y confianza para aprender a manejar y lograr pasar mi examen .

Experiencia negativa: Muy poco profesional este instructor acostumbra a recomendar mas de 20 horas de clases y si el cliente no toma las clases q segun el recomienda no les presta mucha atención lo q el quiere es q los alumnos no pasen el examen en la primera vez para q regresen y gasten más dinero y lo primordial para el durante la clase es su celular su negocio es lo primero el alumno no es tan importante mi recomendación es que no gasten su tiempo y dinero en este lugar ....

Experiencia negativa: Worst service ever, they lie and steal money from you. At the beginning they said they won’t charge you extra if you failed the exam, then they charged you $80 La peor escuela de manejo, cobran extra por todo aunque no lo hayan dicho. JAMÁS VAYAN ALLÁ, busquen otra escuela

Experiencia negativa: Honestamente no pierdan el dinero ni su tiempo. El instructor muy malo, cero profesional, malgeniado, impaciente y grosero.No recuerdo el nombre del señor por que ni siquiera tuvo la decencia de presentarse. Honestly do not waste your money or your time. The instructor is bad, zero professional, bad tempered, impatient and rude. The classes are very poor you do not learn anything.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional. Instructor’s name is Dino. Although I passed my road test on Wednesday, I did it because I took last minute classes at Learn-Rite. Dino is stressful- always nagging..he does not know how to properly teach someone who has little to no experience behind the wheel.

Experiencia fantástica: Prices are cheaper then other locations. Passed my road test very good people and will teach you everything you need to know dino is a good instructor
