Donna Ferrell, Susan Montgomery and Karen Farris have put my daughters through to make sure they drive safe and ensure that before passing them to receive their license they both knew everything so as a Dad I didn't have to worry. They are very dedicated and patient and affordable. Thank you all for all your hard work.

I can't say enough about these ladies and the amount of dedication they have to making sure their customers are treated so wonderfully. They go above and beyond and there prices are unbeatable. Please come here before going anywhere else if you or your family needs driving training. They even test you there so you don't have to go do the road test at the dmv. Great job!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. This entire establishment is Trash! Beginning with the Owner Donna on down. She is very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I had questions that I needed answered before the start of my child's class on Saturday due to the miscommunication from her staff. She proceeds to ask me have I paid yet? I reapplied no, I have not and will not pay until all of my questions and concerns are answered. She then proceeds to say I suggest you find another driving school since your not happy. I am so glad I did not put my money or additional time into this company. Trash! Trash! Trash!

Experiencia negativa: THIS PLACE IS RUN BY A VERY RUDE INDIVIDUAL NAME DONNA THE OWNER. SHE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO MY WIFE IF U LOOKING TO SIGN YOUR TEENAGER UP TO DRIVE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SHE IS THE WORST!!!!

Experiencia negativa: We were satisfied with my daughters instructor, we were excited that she would take the test with someone she was comfortable with. However, her instructor was out of town and she took her test with an older gentlemen she did not know. She was crying when she made it back to the class. I assumed she did not pass. He told her, myself and the other people that were waiting how poorly she did. After 10 minutes Of him berating her, then moving on to me, I asked if she passed. He said she did, but he wouldn't let her drive by herself and it wasn't pretty. I completely understand that things like this need to be said, but how about in private and in a kinder tone. I am trying to build my kids up, not tear them down. I believe the final parting comment was He believed the only reason she passed was because she had a good instructor. As I said, we enjoyed Kathy, her instructor, but I think he could use some sensitivity training. When a 16 year old girl is already crying, telling her how much she sucks, did not help. What should have been a happy accomplishment, and exciting moment, has been alot of tears. Pass or fail, would have sufficed, then letting us know what to work on in a constructive tone.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter took the class via zoom. Her driving instructor was assigned to her the same day. She was able to get all her driving sessions in with Suzanne within the 3 months that she needed it. Suzanne was very sweet and my daughter really enjoyed her driving lessons with her. We took the road test through United as well & my daughter now has her drivers license. The whole process was very streamlined and they walked you through each step, which was helpful for a first time parent of a driver. I am confident my daughter has the skills of the road she needs and would highly recommend United Driving school.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a negative review, I would. My son took his class on September 23, 2023. Here it is over 5 months later, and he is still waiting to finish his last drive and take the road test. Meanwhile, my niece took her class on February 3, 2024 (through the same place) and she is already done with her driving and has her license as of 2/26/2024. It took her 3 weeks! 3 weeks...and here we are 5 months later and still waiting! My son's first driving instructor took him on one drive and then ghosted him. They did work with us and give us another instructor, Suzanne, who is the sweetest but she is having to work my son into her busy schedule. They also did not charge my niece the $40 fee for her road test because her instructor rescheduled their first drive. By that reasoning, they should refund me the $375 I paid because of how long it has taken them to do the required class & 6 hours of driving. I used United for my daughter a few years ago when she got her license and it was nothing like what it is now. This go round has been very unprofessional!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience! The instructor taught me everything I needed to know and ran me through exactly how the driving test was going to work. Everyone was so kind and friendly and I passed the driving test the first time because of their helpful tips and guidance. I would recommend United Driving school to anyone that is looking for a good and credible driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this company to teach anyone how to drive. I have had two children go through this school already & I have one more child to go. The instructor Suzanne is absolutely amazing & Mr Bill that gave my daughter her test is absolutely amazing. My children learned alot & I'm very impressed.

Experiencia fantástica: I think that they are the best driving school in York County. They are definitely the lowest price. While it seems that most of their business is high school kids they do teach adults as well.

Experiencia negativa: Would not let them teach anyone I know. Saw them this morning speeding (10-20 mph over posted speed, stopping too close behind other vehicles, illegal lane change (crossing solid white line) to avoid waiting like everyone else. Guess this is not “lead by example”, but instead “do as I say, not as I do”. Remember, you’re your own best or worst advertisement, as a driving billboard.

Experiencia fantástica: Due to many reasons, my 24 year-old daughter has not gotten her license yet. She took some driver’s Ed driving classes a long while back. She had finally reached the point where she was ready to try to get her license. I called United and scheduled her for a one hour driving refresher course to be followed by the driving exam. My daughter had the one hour refresher session driving with Jim. He did a great job helping her brush up on things she was rusty on. He was very patient & kind. She took her road test with Donna, the owner afterwards. Donna was very professional and thorough. My daughter passed her test. My daughter had an excellent experience here. I can highly recommend United to provide a wonderful experience that gives someone the knowledge they need to drive safely.

Experiencia positiva: Instructor was awesome, helpful for our child, on-time and a good communicator. The instructor wore a mask which we appreciated. Would have rated our experience higher but the TESTERS at UDS did not wear a mask while in the car. Inexcusable during these times. Also, all cars used should be smoke free.

Experiencia fantástica: Donna and her team at United Driving School are excellent. Our daughter has struggled with anxiety w.r.t. driving, which led her to fail her first attempt at the test by making silly mistakes. Donna was kind and understanding, going out of her way to make our daughter feel comfortable and ready for the next test. Well, two weeks later and she passed. Thank you Donna and Karen!

Experiencia negativa: A few years ago, I took my drivers exam at this school. They informed me prior to the test that if i hit the curb during parallel parking it would be an automatic failure. I hit the curb during the exam and was told that i failed and had to stop the exam. Later on, I went and took my test at another driving school, 911 driving school with cops who ALL told me that I was NEVER supposed to fail my exam the first time and that UNITED DRIVING SCHOOL WAS WRONG. If you hit the curb during your exam, that does NOT count as an automatic failure according to the rules set by the DMV for the exam. So United Driving school took my money and wrongly failed me. I am so glad i went to 911 driving school. I passed my exam with 911, the instructors taught me an easier way to parallel park, and I got a perfect score on my exam so please take your business to 911 instead of united.

Experiencia negativa: We showed up today for an 8am class to be told “oh um. We aren’t having it and will figure something out.” What??? I just spoke to you two days ago to confirm class and location. You took my $340 and now you don’t hold class? What kind of business operates like this?

Experiencia negativa: My child had to take a test im an unfamiliar car and his test person was having a bad day. Paid $40 for nothing. Not to mention the car smelled like cigarettes. Disappointed
