Experiencia fantástica: Luis is so helpful and kind. So recommended unlike integrity driving school that don't help you out, 360 is fast and easy and they take the time to help you understand anything you need to know

Experiencia negativa: Si puediera daría 0 estrellas, Mala forma que te contestan en recepción y aparte groceros. No podía llevar un carro prestado porque tenía que estar asegurado a mi nombre pero como quieren que esté a mi nombre si no tengo licencia, es algo ilógico pero lo hacen para que pagues los 90 dólares para que hagas la prueba en sus autos.

Experiencia negativa: Would give 0 if I could!! Refused to let me use a car I am familiar with and charged me 100 dollars just to fail me for issues they said were not really issues. Said I had to be on the cars insurance and when I called my insurance they said that was not true!!! Do not go to them!!!

Experiencia negativa: Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Terrible customer service, highly unprofessional and very unorganized. I will never recommend anybody here it was a horrible experience, luckily we found another driving school (Integrity Driving School) where my family members were able to complete their driving test and get their license. If you don't get treated with respect please take your business somewhere else!!!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been an experienced driver for a while now so I was confused when I failed. They gave me a 76% for the minimalist things. Also, they told me here I couldn’t use my car because there was a new “law” that the car insurance had to be under my name?? There’s no way you can even do that without a license but anyways. No other school will tell you this, I literally called 3 different ones asking if it was true. I paid $90 and failed then left to A1 Driving School in Yakima and passed with a 92% AND only had to pay $35!!!

Experiencia negativa: Very very unorganized and unprofessional! No set schedules, no communication and they lack in education! I’ve even requested a call from the owner and I received not even an acknowledgement from staff regarding my concerns. Parents if you like attitude and unorganized education for you students this is the place for you.. update as of 7/7/21 my daughter had received a message from the instructor and because I gave a bad review my daughter is now not able to continue education. So I texted them to set up for a refund and they REFUSED to refund me my money until I TOOK DOWN MY REVIEW. So future reference if you don’t like this place don’t voice it. As for all of the 5 star reviews and feedback.. to be done within 2 days, it’s super sad having to call friends and family to leave reviews. I personally know some of them and they were asked due to a bad review and foul talk about it. First amendment is our right. Very sad all because a concerned parent voiced her opinion a child’s education is affected and others. Very unprofessional to have her family and friends give reviews out of spite and star ratings. I’m sorry to whoever reads this and has been through the same experience as us. Very childish behavior is shown today on their own site!!

Experiencia negativa: My niece attend this school right now. My sister hasn’t been happy how they handle business. So decided to leave a review (negative one at that) as a manager in different fields of work, when we receive a bad review we try to call the customer to see what we can do to fix it…. We’ll….. instead of fixing the problem by calling my sister, the teacher that was trying to reschedule a missed class due to a family emergency for my niece decided to reach out directly to my niece and canceled the rescheduled session until my sister took down her bad review. I posted a picture of her unprofessional response to my 15 year old niece! I’m literally at lost of words and the level of professionalism with this company. I’m hoping this reaches the owner or someone with more authority than whoever this was. She has a big impact in the lower valley community and I’m sure her word of her experience will cause a lot of missed opportunities.
